A place that holds a lot of memories And one of longest standing hotels in infamous "Telephone Rd" in Houston Texas. Staff always friendly And helpful price's just went up Not really to happy about that & unfortunately I don't stay there as often..due to that if I'm paying that for a room I want the Holiday inn or Fairfield inn Four Points..put it is a good place to rest & shower it's quiet

But not much need for them This place may serve a variety of backgrounds and people from every walk of life .but it's always safe staff is In office 24/7 great food near by gas station next door car wash on other side grocery store & Lowes across the main street.. awesome..

The guy who works the front desk is very rude.. I am out of town.. don't know no one..I was late paying for my room..he said it was a problem..I had to leave..so I did..I met a friend over there..I came to visit her..he said I couldn't come visit if I didn't have a room there..I didn't know that was a rule..I would never recommend anyone there..And the guy at the front desk is the most dishonest rude person i have met here since in Texas

After telling me room would be available after 12p.m. I arrived to the establishment at 11:30 while maid said he was in the shower I left my bags on the floor(waiting area) to get cash from neighboring Shell gas station to get cash upon returning the gentleman told me no rooms were available after spending $10 in cash to get to the hotel he wouldn'teven refund my transportation moneytoget their..God I don't like wishing bad on people but this takes the cake....

I came hoping to rest after a lot of work! After paying, I went to the room where the air did not work, the bed had too many yellow stains and hair tangled in the pillows and blankets. I asked for my refund after 5 minutes in the room, don't go!!! don't waste your money for rooms that smell bad and aren't clean. tomorrow I will make my report to the health department in Houston and look for a solution! Tomorrow add photos.

Staff if out right rude. They went up in price only to compensate for their lackadaisical repairs. Half the channels on the tv don’t work and the tv echoes lots of static noises. Not a safe area so please go elsewhere. The desk personnel need a lot of training in customer service. Save your money folks!

The beds are nice and it's cozy in here but the only problem is the water in the sink does not turn on on hot water only cold water in the bath its cold water it's not hot and the place where it turns water on Is leaking from the roof

It is a beautiful place and the cashier is good and staff as well. There I fell comfortable and the cheapest price here. The good is that here all staff is friendly

It was right next to a major highway and restaurants. It's very clean, quiet and the people who are checking you in are very nice. Will come back again.

All I did was call to ask a question, very rude employee answered and hung up. Don't have to worry about me spending money with you! Not worth one star.

Bedbug infestation don't come here bed bugs are hard to get rid of I was bit up when i woke up and I'm having a allergic reaction don't come here.

This place is. They offer free Wi-Fi. Daily house keeping. And fresh towels. I enjoyed my visit. And plan to come again as often as possible.

Clean but needs updating. Very sketchy area. We were charged $60 maybe because it was spring break and other motels were booked.
