It was a traumatic experience settling Mum into a residential facility for the first time without the added run around we had with this company. Within 1 day we received 3 different pieces of advice on how or what we need to do to initiate the power of attorney. Richard is absolutely useless and has no idea what he is doing. Almost cost my family of 5 our house. We were forced to go elsewhere to get things sorted. And still want's payment for professional services hahahahaha if you were professionals we wouldn't of gone elsewhere.
