Sovereign smoke is definitely my favourite cannabis store! Let me tell you why… Once I walked Into those doors, I was greeted by staff who were very knowledgeable and familiar with the product they were selling. I asked questions about some of the product because I have never seen these products before and staff were extremely helpful in answering my questions. The staff at Sovereign smoke took the time to educate me on what product would be best suited for myself. I was amazed in the variety of product that was offered. I recommend this store if you want excellent customer service, friendly staff, and great product that does the job.

Absolutely wonderful and super helpful staff with an expertly curated selection of products to choose from. The whole experience is fun, inviting and very pleasing to the eye. The staff went above and beyond to make my day better, they definitely changed my view in regards to customer service. Have not gone into the store yet, however the experience speaking with Mitchell over the phone today, excellent. Mitchell, is very professional, greeted the phone with a welcoming attitude, clearly pronounced everything during our conversation, and helped out with vape cartridge inquiries, very knowledgeable. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I wanted something to help me sleep but I wasn’t sure what to get, and they were able to help me with an edible because I don’t smoke. They have an excellent variety of products to suit your needs. You should definitely check them out!

Been calling the number and waiting outside for 30 mins. Buzzer doesn’t work. Number on the door is not in service and the guy inside is so high he’s sleeping. (Other customers outside told me when I got here). If you’re going to be 24hrs, at least be functional.
