I was given a room on ground level. The room was simple and I could live with that. But the toilet smelled really bad, like a public toilet and the smell permeated the entire, windowless room. Throughout the day and night, it was noisy with the staff on speaker phones, watching movies, walking around and speaking to each other across the corridor at the top of their voices. To make things worse, their storage room was just across the hall from mine. It was unbearable. I was hardly able to fall asleep so I switched hotel after one night. I was not able to get a refund for the second night but I was glad to get out of there. I would like to ask for a refund on my second night, to be honest.

Worst hotel ever! The staffs have no basic manners in handling the customers, seems like not well trained for the job at all! They asked for extra charge for early check in which most hotels won't do that. When we arrived our room, the door was left opened like someone was using it. The room was full of smell of cigarette plus the room has no window. The cleanliness was terrible! The worst thing happened here was the electric blackout lasted more than 2 hours during the night of our stay there. We checked out and no compensation at all. Truly do not recommend this place.

I book a single deluxe, with 2 single beds Room is very small, not suitable for Muslims since no space for prayer The hallway and the room smell like cigarettes a bit but bearable The aircond remote was broken so its very cold at night The room itself is clean, the washroom is nice For their price, its totally worth it. What else you can expect Towels were provided, the only mirror is in the toilet Water heater (to boil water) none Hair dryer none Overall, for one night stay just to get a rest, its a good choice

I like the location because it’s opposite the Kelana Jaya LRT Station. But I was disappointed with the room. Hair was everywhere, even on the pillow case! I don’t expect they mop the floor but did they even bother to sweep the floor? The bed cabinet has got water stain on it… I seriously doubt if they sanitize the hotel as claimed. It looks nice and new but the upkeep is bad. It’s dirty due to lack of cleaning. There is NO lift at the hotel and NO operator phone in the room!!

No lift I stay at 3rd floor , only staircase from ground floor all the way up to 3rd floor . Room 303 No water kettle , No cup in the room , No in room telephone No toiletries The shower tube leaking water Got 8 tv channel ,only 4 can watch

The room so small and the channel TV only 3. Without a lift but it is okay for this budget hotel. The best part is the location to Petaling Jaya LRT, very convenient since it just a few hundreds meter from the station. No much mart nearby as well as restaurant. Then need to order via grab food. Good for short stay in PJ.

Price is over rm100. Bed spring spoilt and no RO water available. Nightmare to stay
