Wooow!!!! I feel like I am floating. I just had the most amazing out of this world massage and I am NOT exaggerating. My massage therapist was called Virgimia, she was so sweet and kind. She has over 18 years of experience and it shows. As a mum of 3 and Finance manager I rarely get time to myself let alone a whole 60 minutes. So this was much needed after a busy period of Xmas shopping and kids all at home. I got a chance to escape and truly relax. Virgimia said I had a lot of tension in my shoulders and I wasn’t surprised atall but I definitely feel a lot lighter and super relaxed. The spa itself was clean, calming and very welcoming. I was welcomed with a warm cup of herbal tea and the same after my massage. I stayed alittle bit longer in the waiting area with my tea and I am sure I over stayed welcome :) that’s how relaxing the place is, you could stay there all day. Location is fab! Right opposite Belsize Park underground station and close to loads of cafes and restaurants, if you wanted to grab something to eat afterwards. I wanted to share my experience of Full Body Massage at Belsize Park Spa & Massage. First of all, the staff is incredibely attentive and kind. I was offered a drink and asked to fill in a health form - I loved that health of a client is being taken into consideration. The treatment itself by the lovely specialist Mihaela was perfect. I felt listened, relaxed, the massage was just like You would imagine a relaxing / deep tissue treatment. I am a vocal coach so it is important for me to feel the tension released after such treatment, especially in the neck area. I would definitely recommend the Belsize Park location and Spa&Massage in general to anyone who wants to feel good in their body. ❤️ 15/10

Had the pleasure of a 60 minute full body massage at the Belsize Park location, From first entering to leaving after, I was made to feel really welcome, with super friendly staff, On arriving I was offered a drink, (tea I went for), the lobby/reception was really smart. The treatment room I was in, was quite large to be fair, and a new one for me I had a heater blanket under the towel on the treatment bed! Was a nice touch! In terms of the actual massage itself, I have to say, it was the best one I’ve ever experienced, When I was asked how I found it and I answers magical, I wasn’t joking! Haha. It genuinely was head and shoulders above any others. Highly recommend

I had a 45 minute massage appointment with Beatriz for my shoulders and back to release muscle tension and it was great. As per her profile on the website she clearly has those 15 years experience getting out the knots in my shoulders without it being a painful experience. The place is nice and clean and has a soft feel to it with the decor colours and a welcoming cuppa tea. I was in a basement rool so very quite, although I prefer digital clocks over a ticking clock where I get a massage so I can fully relax.

My muscles are often very tight as I have 5-6 times training every week. Lidiana gave me a Deep Tissue massage. I had a lovely massage here! I got to fill in a consultation form to highlight the areas I wanted the therapist to focus on. She was great at checking in throughout the massage to make sure the pressure was right. It was also really nice that they offered tea and water before and after the massage. I’m picky with my massages and this place didn’t disappoint! First off, location - it’s right outside the station so that was super handy. It was clean, staff were friendly, and Jana, my therapist did an amazing job (I like hard massages) and she asked me for which areas she should focus on on my body.
