This is probably one of the worst businesses I've had the misfortune of interacting with. I visited Spa216 with a bridal party group so we could get our manicures, pedicures, massage, and facial (Lady Jane package) before the wedding. I contacted them in advance to make sure they could accommodate 7 women and confirm the pricing for the Lady Jane package, 550 cedis. When we arrived, they wanted to charge 2000 cedis for the Lady Jane package, and they didn't even have the ability to do half of the package (they had no water for pedicures and facials). Of course we were very surprised by this and honestly we should have just left after this huge red flag, but the wedding was in 2 days and we were desperate, so we tried to work out the pricing with them. We came to an agreed price and begin doing the massages and manicures. The massages were fine although I'm pretty sure no one there has actual masseuse training and they probably learned their techniques on YouTube. The manicures were actually horrible. I have no idea why they would claim they have the ability to do manicures when they obviously can't. I know they bought their gel manicure setup from Amazon for $20 because I have the same one at home. They did not do any cuticle care and they were incredibly messy at applying the polish and gel. Everyone who had a manicure started chipping and falling off two days later. On top of that, it took them 1.5 hours to do one person's manicure! We were there for 6 hours and they were only able to do 4/7 manicures. Pure foolishness. If you are considering Spa216, just save your coins and do your nails at home. You will definitely do a better job than they can.

I recently visited Spa 216 for a day of pampering and relaxation, and I must say that it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the friendly staff who made me feel welcome and comfortable. The atmosphere was serene and peaceful, and I knew right away that I was in for a treat. I opted for the signature package which included a full-body massage, facial, and pedicure. My massage therapist was knowledgeable, skilled, and attentive, and I felt completely rejuvenated after the session. The facial was also amazing and left my skin looking and feeling fresh and radiant. And the pedicure was a real treat - I loved the attention to detail and the care that was taken to make sure my feet were in top condition. Throughout the day, I enjoyed the tranquil surroundings, soothing music, and delightful aromatherapy scents. The facilities were spotless and well-maintained, and I appreciated the little extras like the complimentary refreshments and the comfortable seating area. Overall, I would highly recommend Spa 216 to anyone looking for a luxurious and indulgent spa experience. The staff were friendly and professional, the treatments were top-notch, and the overall ambiance was simply perfect. I left feeling completely relaxed, rejuvenated, and refreshed - and I can't wait to visit again soon!

I booked this appt well in advance since I was coming from the USA and was in consistent good conversation with a staff there and they STILL was 2h late into our appt! I appreciate the manager/owner giving us a small gift as an apology though. But it doesn’t change the fact that I was very disappointed with the customer service and even the service. My friend and I received half of what we wanted and the services wasn’t enjoyable for me. My friend liked her massage but my girl was too rough. My salt scrub was too rough and I spoke up about both at the time I felt like it was. Included is a pic of the polish job. I also got burned by the scolding hot water during the pedi. I do have a video of that (I was recording the process for my SM at the time) but I don’t want to post it. In the end, I tried to make the best of what I was receiving because I was celebrating my Birthday and I didn’t want to be upset with anything that day. I did reach out to the owner to thank her for the gift and I did let her know too how I felt about the service. Not sure that I’ll be back.

Pretty looking place but my massage experience was horrible. I planned a girls day out, my friend had an emergency (I informed them as soon as I got there) and she ended up being late so they shifted our appointment time. After a long wait, they squeezed us both into the tiniest room! I was uncomfortable lying right next to the wall and my masseuse did not seem properly trained, she used way too much oil. Unfortunately, Google won’t let me upload a video of the bed, maybe it’s for the best because it was a gruesome scene. The masseuse seemed not to have the slightest clue what she was meant to do and the massage bed looked like an extremely oily war zone after. My friend had no good reviews for her massage either. It was neither a serene nor relaxing experience. Definitely no repeat visits!

Horrible! I do not believe their staff is trained or certified in massage therapy. The lady just threw oil on my body and did NOT use any technique related to massage therapy what so ever. The lady had no clue how to massage. I basically only paid for oil to be thrown on me with some "basic" hand skills that did not match the type of massage I paid for. If they are trained then they were just being straight lazy. It is a beautiful place but the quality of massage you will get for your money does not match the ambiance.

Massage was very good-i suggest,bet manicure and pedicure experience will not repeat again. Pedicure nails were not filed smoothly,left some gaps and put polish on it anyway. Also polish was not applied evenly.But I guess it might differ on Therapist.

The service was 10/10 The whole experience was relaxing! From the smell of place right when I entered to tea I drank before changing into the towel The massage itself was excellent!!! I fell even asleep I would highly recommend this place

Very neat and peaceful environment. If you're a private person and love to own your space, then that's the place to go. It's worth your money! They have very friendly and professional staff too.
