Post lockdown due to CoVID, it was my first visit to a Salon. So, I wanted it to be a totally safe and hygienic place. With loads of search and hunting, I tried my luck with Hibiscus, Mayur Vihar. Am a very particular person, with people and places, hence went for a trial last week. That during the trial, I made my mind to extend my trial into beauty services. I got, threading and waxing by Ms Jyoti, Hair cut with a wash by Mr Naseer, to my surprise they both are expert and so professional in their attitude and work. I thing from past 8 months i was hunting a place like this, which is simple yet high on quality and thankfully, this is the place. Also, I found, Centre Manager Ms Namrata, really particular with the care, maintenance and management of the Salon, considering the guidelines of this pandemic. So, I am fixed to this place for the future, which is worth trying for the wellness and care of the body, hair and skin.

Visited the place with my wife, after her colleague recommended this place. We were sick of unprofessional & overpriced service Geetanjali and some other parlours provide. Quality of a Parlour doesn't depend on its location or expensive decor / interior design! It's more of skill & service experience driven thing. Other parlours try to fool customers by overselling or selling wrongly. At Hibiscus no one tried to sell things I didn't want, they showed us the rate card (it was an updated one), guy who massaged my head didn't expect any tip, no loose talk, no tobacco chewing, scratching balls (something which all Delhi men do) or phone calls and was well groomed too. They used neat & clean grooming tools and authentic products. Girl at the reception looked educated, good charactered and from good family! Hope this parlour maintains its edge over unprofessionally run but well designed parlours.

It has been more than 12 years since I have been visiting Spa Hibiscus, Mayur Vihar. It began with hair cuts for my daughters and I had to re-consider my visits to other parlours. What attracts me to Spa is it's soothing ambience, neatness and hygiene and Off course the ever smiling boys & girls ready to be at your service. They are very polite and take utmost care of the customer's comforts and need. The environment is very soothing & relaxing. At times I just make it a point to go for services and enjoy listening to the peaceful music that they play. Missed my visits to Spa during the lockdown. Thankfully it has opened and back to all it's services. I would like to specially mention Namrata at the reception who welcomes everyone with a smiling face enquiring about everyone's comforts during the service. Thank you Spa for making each visit special❤❤❤

Frequent customer and i definitely would recommend it to everyone. I dont know why its received a 2.5 stars but i believe its worth every penny i spend. Ive been to many parlours in mayur vihar, but this remains to be my favourite for over years now. The staff is very well trained to do a neat and efficient job and the environment is very cheery and friendly. Please do try it once if you believe in self pampering. The massages are a major thumbs up! And the rates are not as expensive as you will assume considering its a Spa. Haha. Happy Pampering!

Spa Hibiscus (Madhu Vihar) : I am visiting this branch of Hibiscus since its inception and with every visit, the services and hospitality is constant, rather its improving with time. If you are visiting for the first time, my recommendations would be : 1. Swedish/Balinese Body Spa 2. Pedicure (All of them are good, natural spa is their best) 3. De-Tan Facial 4. Rica Wax 5. Head Massages (Hibiscus One) Its hospitality and courageous behavior of the staff which makes the place more wonderful. Cherry on the cake are their festival and weekly offers!

Really Bad place to choose for any service whether you wanna go for make-up or haircut. Pathetic services with untrained staff. They will give you some estimation and later charge you extra. The owner herself is rude so what will u expect from the staff. Never ever try to book your bridal there otherwise they will mess up your most important day. I booked my bridal with them they first ruined my skin just a week before my wedding and after that they also cheated me by charging extra.

Its a good place. There are many parlours in this area, some of the big brands and some owned by individual. It does become challenging to choose a parlour from so many options. I prefer this one as it is well maintained, well equipped with all the modern facilities. Yet the prices are reasoanable. I used to visit one of the big brands since a few years, but they kept increasing their prices, so I have recently shifted to this one since few months back. Quality seems to be at par.

It was a lovely experience for me today. I have been visiting Spa Hibiscus since it’s inception. Hence, my expectations about Spa Hibiscus have always been high. Today they exceeded all expectations. To day I opted for an ayurvedic full body massage that took care of all my aches and pains. I would definitely recommend masseuse Chanchal for a good full body massage. My pedicure was done by Shiv who is exceptionally good in his job. All in all, hundred percent satisfaction.

The place is okay. If your standards are high then I would not recommend the place as it is a bit dirty. The Ayurvedic massages are amazing though! The reason for only two stars is my hair. I wanted a little bit of layers. Instead he just cut a piece right in the middle seeming he did not know what he was doing. Well it shows in the results. Looks horrible and will have to wear my hair back for the next 6-9 months until this mess grows out, I could cry.

It's always an awesome experience at Spa Hibiscus. The Swedish & Balanese Massage experience is always good. Prices are reasonably good. Therapists are extremely professional. Their home developed choice of oils are amazing. Folks at customer desk are too polite and explain the therapies very nicely. The therapist are trained professional and maintain high level of decent professional attitude during entire session. Cheers and keep up the good work.

It was my first experience with spa hibiscus. My fiancé referred me this place as I want to have my first hair colour and We gave it a sort and No doubt I was so happy with the final hair colour. Mr Hassan who gave my hair the best balayage color is the best hair artist I have encountered. The most important thing I loved was getting my hair coloured without damage. Looking forward to visit Spa Hibuscus again for other services.

It is one of the best places in Mayur Vihar to have a hair cut and other related services. Vaishali who sits at reception definitely knows her work and responsibilities. She patiently listens to the requirements of customer and adhere to the same. Ashu is an excellent hair dresser and if you go for hair cut, look for him. The only drawback is the rate of employee rotation and the staff gets changed very quickly.

Easy appointments, welcoming staff, and talented employees. Very pleasant atmosphere, especially considering the difficult times we are all facing with the current pandemic. Extremely clean area! I have been a regular customer for more than 3 years now. Every time I visit the spa, I get a warm and relaxing experience. The staff are wonderful. I want to thank Sonia, senior MUA from the bottom of my heart for the absolutely STUNNING job she did for my makeup. It was all exactly what I could have hoped for and looked beyond beautiful! It was a pleasure working with her and everything turned out absolutely perfect! Literally each and every person at the function complimented my make up and asked for the place from where i had get it done.

The services had been good in the past but now their attitude towards client satisfaction and service has degraded. The water they use is contaminated with sewage water and when caught they agreed. The water smelled like sewage water and was sticky. But the management had nothing to say except simply apologising. The managing staff was uncurtious to even charge for such pathetic service.

One of the best massage services in Mayur Vihar Phase 1. I always chose their services whenever I'm totally tired, stressed out and having body pains due to official work and other personal commitments. Trust me, I get relief even by opting one instance of massage from them. I would request them to maintain and continue the quality of services being provided in future as well.

I booked an appointment with them for make-up, saree drape and hair styling. Over-priced salon. Not worth to spend this much amount for their service. Their artists are not at all professional. Sabeena did my make-up and hair styling. When she asked for help for hair styling, nobody responded properly. I had to personally ask at the reception to send someone for help.

The products used and the overall space, cleanliness are great. My favorite services are all their massage based services. I have always recommended this place to my family and friends.

Pathetic experience as ehenever i called them they n ver picked up calls. Whenever I approached them for wax they say they are all packed however i never seen any customers at their reception area. Charges are high n advertisements were good, so I thougt Iwill get good services but they are in no class that’s what I felt. Totally unprofessional.

It USED to be a great place. Today was the 3rd time i caught them using inferior and different brand products. Once instead of o3 hyderation mask they used aroma, and second time used some filthy smelling expired cleam which made my skin erupt. the owner is nice but since she started delegating the place has totally lost its quality.

If there was an option for 0 rating, I would have given that. Worst service. Got my daughter's haircut and it was a disaster. The staff is inexperienced. Later when I complained about the unsatisfactory service, the management lady didn't accept their fault. Would never recommend anyone for Hibiscus. Go at your own risk.

Good space, clean but quality of services have declined immensely over time. Even with appointments one is kept waiting; those managing the services forget what you’ve asked for and even simple things like hot water are a challenge. Immense potential but completely unutilised.

They are very professional and provide good quality product. I always prefer to go for facials and haircut. Would love to use othr services also as my schedule will permit. Experienced staff they have whr nothing to explain abt the requirement. In short it’s awesome.

Worst place ever.They ate cheaters. When you book a service charges told are different and once you get the work done they simply charge you the double amount. Lady at the reception was a so rude and unprofessional. Will never recommend anyone to go there.

Service, quality of products and everything is so good except for the fact that the place is overpriced. Pedicure by Shiv and Prashant is highly recommended and their heel peel pedicure is the best.
