I had a great experience at Spa on the Hill. I appreciated that they had the flexibility to fit me in last minute and I liked that they have a high level of attention to detail when it comes to individual needs. They read the forms they ask you to fill out ahead of time. I had a lot of hamstring and shoulder soreness from recent workouts and my massage therapist, Janelle, (sp?) really focused on those two areas. With their competitive prices for the area, I will definitely be back.

I had made a last minute appointment 2 hrs before reservation time, as they were very busy that day, however something urgent had come up.i called them to explain,but they just told me they had 24hr cancellation policy so they would simply charge me 75% of the service reserved, even though i made the reservation 2hours before, and not 24. They were very inflexible and not understanding whatsoever so i don't recommend them at all.

Zero stars. I gave my wife a gift card here for her birthday. First they had a moratorium on honoring gift cards and now the only services the website will let her book with her gift card are very expensive home visits. The website is very difficult to navigate. What should have been a pleasant experience has turned into a still unsuccessful odyssey. I’m furious. Spend your money elsewhere.

I made an appointment to get my eyebrows waxed, tinted and laminated and on the day of my appointment it was cancelled by the spa for no apparent reason. No one ever reached out to reschedule so I did it on my own. When I went to get my service done, she didn’t even apologize or acknowledge it at all. All in all I think my service was overpriced and not worth it.

I have seen Sharla and another massage therapist for their 30min headache based massages. I can’t wait to return for 60 & 90 min massages! Clean, prompt and SO kind. Arnetta, the owner, who I met over Facebook chat is just as welcoming and caring, and that’s exactly what the spa embodies! Perfect location and great team offering excellent services!

I found this gem not too far from my house! I booked a special spa day for my friend and I to each receive massages and facials. It was the best spa experience I've had. It was the perfect space to relax and unwind, enjoy macaroons, catch up with my friend, have delicious tea, and I also got some great skincare advice. I will definitely be back!

Janelle is skilled and was just what I had been looking for. The shop is super cute and cozy, the rooms were very clean and comfortable, everyone was welcoming. I have an old neck/shoulder injury that flares up and causes a great deal of tension and Janelle new just what muscles to focus on. I seriously highly recommend this place!

Hoping to be able to update this review, but I haven't even made it in yet- have had two appointments canceled with little notice, and little willingness to accommodate the customer and make up for cancellations. If I didn't have a non-refundable gift card I would be looking elsewhere:/

Arnetta is a fantastic esthetician, but has canceled my appointments with little notice. She has such limited availability that it's very difficult to re-book in a timely manner. Again, the services are great, but, like most clients, I need a consistent and reliable provider.

Sylvia was able to work wonders in a 60 minute trigger point, deep tissue massage. I was so impressed at how she was able to release tension from my neck and back, based on a clearly experienced knowledge of anatomy! Will be going back regularly.

Chris does an excellent deep tissue massage. Really works out all the knots, cracks joints you haven't been able to crack in weeks. The "it hurt so good" type. Not what I was wanting from my massage, but if that's your jam, book Chris.

Michelle seriously is the best masseuse I have ever had. You can tell she has had many years of training and she is a true professional. I treated my mom to a massage with her and my mom said it was the best one she’s ever had too.

The service was very good, the massage felt amazing (pressure was perfect), the conversation was soothing and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were a little small but very clean and presentable.

Dee was phenomenal; I had a wonderful facial and the entire experience was professional. Dee is very knowledgeable, cares about skincare, and delivers a personalized experience. Highly recommend!

Sharla is AMAZING. I've gotten the heated massage the last two times and it has been wonderful. She really works out my knots without it being too much. I will definitely be back.
