Honestly is the worst auto car wash I’ve ever been to in 13 years of driving, and that’s not even an understatement in the slightest. It literally did nothing but clean the windows and a bit of the bonnet. The car wasn’t even overly dirty, just some mud splash up the sides from driving in the rain. The side and back of the car was still full of dirt from top to bottom as if it didn’t even touch it, and it didn’t even remove any bugs off the front bumper. I ended up spending 20 minutes rewashing it by hand with a bucket. I don’t expect anything special from an auto wash by any means (it is a lazy wash), but quite literally I would’ve been better throwing $14 of coins down the drain or at least donating it to a worthy cause. The place clearly hasn’t had work done on it for years, looks like it’s falling apart, it’s dirty, the vacuum bays were full of mud so couldn’t even clean the inside either without getting mud and bark inside. It’s obviously run for max profit being on a main road.

Wastful token based scam..but convenient location. Swiped my card on the coin dispenser to realise I was getting tokens instead of gold coins.. put in my first few tokens to then get sprayed by green foam as hose was split on brush attachment. I then got to the end of my wash as the timer went to zero. Needed a final rinse and put in my last token to then see it needed 2 tokens to operate. Really? What a scam and waste of money! I wasn't going to spend another $10.50 to get 10 x more tokens that I couldn't use anywhere else.. Sorry, but I can't recommend this place to anyone.

This place is great. Haven’t used a car wash in a while so looked pretty lost, manager very patiently explained how to retrieve coins and general process. Then I locked my keys in my car and he was so nice, had to sit there for 70cminutes and he offered me sunscreen!! HAHA. Everything was easy to use and heaps of numbers and people around if things went wrong! Recommend!!!

The place was pretty busy on a Saturday afternoon. Attendants were present helping to direct cars to available bays and keep the lanes clear. Used the auto wash, the attendants checked quality of the wash after and stopped me, saying there was some stubborn bird poo on top of my car and they blasted it off with the hand held pressure wash free of cost. Great service!

30 June between 8.15 and 8.30, no visible phone numbers to call. Paid $16.5 for a wash, drove in, the wash stopped within 30secs and made me exit with soap all over the car. No recourse. Avoid this place at all costs, not worth it for the location. Drive the extra couple of kms.....

This business is run for max profit and no care for the customers or their experience. Change machine gives you tokens not money, time for soaps to come out takes forever and seems weak. i glady drive to East Keilor Airport West as those self service car washes are 10 times better.

I live quite close, and have done for a while... So it was the first time I went there. It's not bad, thing are kept in good working order. Probably ced as usual for these type of places, but the guys who was there this time was efficient and helpful.

Love this car wash, cheap during the week days and could easily clean the car without the bristles. $6 for 12mins to use as much soap of various types and blast all the dirt with ease. The owner was around that day so he showed me how to use it. Easy.

It’s a big distance for me so can’t go regularly but no issues with this place my new regular as my closest one is falling apart (google expresso car wash Fitzroy and see the google reviews they are all true) this place no complaints from me

You better bring some spare change! Don't bother using your bank card. Minimum spend is $10.50 including charges. It'll pump out 10 tokens, and they told me that they weren't prepaid to swap my unused tokens back to coins

Very reasonable price and superb arrangements for car washing. For exterior wash soap, foam, water and different power options. Interior cleaning spots have superb vacuum cleaning facilities. Great experience.

Is ok when only 3-4 cars here, more than that becomes tight squeeze an if you at the vacuum an someone is washing there car, you can get smashed by overspray an a little wind is not ideal.

Easy access, but vacuuming area those dust collecting barrels need to be clean thoroughly . The smell is unbearable. And its bad for the environment and to the people.

Accepts $1 coins as usual, but it's a $2 min to operate the car wash now. Also the pressure on the nozzles has been reduced - pay more, get less. Not great is it.

I’m not sure what happened recently as it used to be good, but now barely rinses the dirt off. Too quick. Needed to go home and hand wash so not worth the bother.

Auto wash covered car in soap and then stopped, not rinsing it off like it should. Rang the number to sort a refund, but it's not connected?!

Once I tapped card and didn’t get coins, called them and within a few mins they arrived and filled their token machine. Good customer service

I've been coming to this spot to wash my car for 10 years. Always does the trick and has remained competitive in pricing throughout.

Soap ineffective, spray low pressure, wax dribbled and vac didn't suck. Had to do it again at home with garden hose.

Terrible auto car wash, costs the same as a good one but doesnt even clean your car, still has mud all over it

Pretty average. The machine stole my money and only gave me 2 tokens. There was nobody there to sort it out.

The pressure has been drastically lowered, it's difficult to wash the car. It cannot even remove bird poop
