Time to appreciate service providers. Thank you Yudaya. Yes, my last visit to Sparkles Salon- lugogo mall (Game) 2 years ago was not a good one. Decided to throw in the dice again this evening for a gel manicure and a normal pedicure. And hey, for once, a lady worked on me. But this girl has game. Thanks Yudaya, you are gentle, patient and good at what you have delivered. Will flaunt my nails with confidence till my next visit. I cant stop looking and my beautifully gelled up finger nails.... Will definitely come again for another Yudaya touch. Thanks Sparkles.

Worst experience at Acacia mall branch. Not to throw shade on them I'm sharing my experience. They damaged my nails, too much buffing made them weak Also the gel application process is not professional everyone who knows about gel is aware that unlike normal nail polish gel is supposed to be done in thin layers . They dont use original gel products because mine chipped the following day and regardless of returning to redo it again chipped after three days. FYI original or genuine gel polish doesn't chip. dissapointed client!

Worst experience ever at sparkles forest mall....went there for braiding and was made to wait for almost 4 hours because they didnt have braids, when they finally got them was given a lady to work on me but what i wanted is not what i got it was worse, i was furious and still they made us pay for the worst braids the lady had done, at times when they cant do something they fodge but still messup instead of telling the customer the truth...wont ever step there

I made use of Sparkles Salon's services several times while on holiday in Kampala and was truly impressed with the service. The two salons I visited (I believe Lugogo and Acacia mall) were spotless, the reception staff were very friendly and the nail technicians and hair stylists were exceptional - with a good knowledge of styling all hair types. Hope to return again!

After several bad experiences over the year, i was nervous about getting my haircut. I decided to give sparkles salon(forest mall) a try and i was not disappointed. My barber really took the time to listen to what i wanted and seemed to understand my vision. I absolutely love my new style and i'm already excited to go back

Am always going to this place for haircut everytime am in Kampala. The barbers are professional, friendly and welcoming. They do manicure and pedicure. You leave the place sparkling and smiling. They have modern equipment like sterilisers, comfortable chairs with armrests. Everything here is great.

Worst Salon experience ever! Terrible customer service at the ACACIA branch. I had to wait for 20 minutes and was completely ignored by the rude reception staff. Certain clients that walked in were given priority over others. Suffice it to say I shall not be returning. 5th February 2018

Very poor customer care by a one Paul at sparkles Forest mall. I felt he degrades customers and he ain’t remorseful at all. He should be warned abt his behavior. Guess he is the worst experience I have had at this salon I have come to with my son for the past 2 yrs. he is such a nag

I’ve been a regular customer at Sparkles fir many years and I’ve never had any issues. Its a very warming and comfortable atmosphere once you walk through the door. The customer service is great with very talented staff. Would definitely recommend this salon.

This is one of if not the best salon in kampala with quality service and good customer care. It is located in a place with enough parking space as well making it easy for one to conveniently have a haircut or have their hair done and drive away hustle free.

First visit at Garden city branch and Julie was great. Total confidence just by the way we talked about problems i was having with my hair and what i wanted. It's really refreshing to find stylists who know their stuff.
