The move went very well. All of the movers were pleasant and hard workers. They did a great job of minding our possessions. Really appretiate everything the workers did. However the aftercare was annoying and borderline harrassment. Leadership/the owner manipulate people into leaving reviews by having a structure that pays their employees an extra $100 each when their customers leave a review. I was called multiple times. Texted even more times with a constant and steady guilt trip to leave a review when our lives had just been moved and we were trying to settle in to our new home. "Chad, I'm just a worker and get several bucks more for the review. I have sent the invoice you requested, please do it ASAP cause we have a payday coming. Thank you so much, have a nice day."

Highly recommend Special Force Movers. When first calling for a quote and later moving forward with the booking, Dmitri was knowledgeable and easy to talk to. We had a lot of stuff and a long drive (4 hours). On the day of packing and the day of the move, Team Lead Alex and his coworkers were professional, attentive, and worked hard throughout a very long day. Everything was packaged with care. The truck had to be packed carefully and thoughtfully to ensure everything fit. The entire day was executed perfectly. I've heard some pretty bad horror stories with other moving companies and I'm so, so glad to have had the opposite experience with Special Force Movers.

I highly recommend Special Force Movers! They are super professional, friendly and honest! Since the moment I booked the service they were very transparent about the prices and possible additional fees (for stairs and heavy stuff). The day of the moving, they were on time and ready with all the equipments and tools required. Despite the distance, the moving was fast, smooth and all my furniture was intact! Amazing guys, and would strongly recommend this company. *update* we were told 3000 flat. There was no mention of an extra charge for anything over 140 pounds. Really should have told us that when your appraisal guy came buy.
