They quoted me a flat rate which was more reasonable than other moving companies. They picked up a Vintage 70’s China Cabinet which had a lot of glass and in mint condition. They shrink wrapped it & secured it with cardboard, placed it on platform with rollers and placed it securely on a lift gate into their moving truck. When they delivered the piece, I watched them as they carefully removed it from the truck and brought it into my house without a hitch. I asked them to removed the existing cabinet from my house and place it in the garage which they did at no extra charge. The floor needed vacuuming where the existing cabinet stood for 12 years & they took care of that, too. They took extreme care removing the shrink wrap and cardboard and placed the new cabinet so it fit perfectly in the small space without any problems. I was worried because the cabinet was so large and the space where it had to go was so small….but it all worked out to my satisfaction. The three men were pleasant, friendly and professional. Jim, the owner, brought along his son and another man. The three men worked together as a team and were pleasant, friendly and professional. I liked the way they kept me and the prior owner of the cabinet in the loop as to when they would arrive and let us know of any delays. They were very punctual. I was also impressed with their moving truck which was clean and looked professional. Overall, I would definitely hire Splendid Moving Co again for any moving job in the future and refer them to my friends and family. I am a satisfied customer!

I can highly recommend Splendid Moving! My move wasn’t a big one, but I had several pieces of furniture that were far too heavy to lift! I found Splendid Moving on Yelp. They are fully licensed and very professional. Demezhan is the owner and he and his assistant, Nick, were very patient with me as I tried to cram too much furniture into an apartment that was almost 200 sq ft smaller. They were so helpful with their suggestions and a couple of times I had to ask them to move the bed closer to the wall,etc. And they did so with no complaining. Not to mention, we had to move in the middle of a winter storm and they wrapped and fully protected and cushioned all my furniture. Also, Demezhan quoted me a reasonable flat fee at my request as I was on a budget and really only had about ten pieces of furniture to move locally. Please don’t hesitate to give Splendid a try! Responsiveness was pretty good and their price was firm and non-wavering. Many times people complain about the up charges moving companies tack on after. 2. Upon putting down a deposit, the foreman Jim, came and assessed our job to make sure there were no surprises. 3. Did I mention the price!!! Super reasonable. 4. The day of the move, these guys were on time and super professional; they literally disassembled the beds, crib, tv mounts, etc. (others were charging extra for this). We had an UNBELIEVABLY GREAT experience with Splendid Moving. They absolutely went above and beyond. From the minute we called the staff was friendly and found us an opening that was perfect for us. We had a really hard move and they understood that. We had temporary housing and they understood our concern, packed our items in a POD and then made the appt to unpack us when we were ready. The movers were so great we requested them on the unpack and they were there on time and in a great mood. They didn't scratch or break anything. I am usually not one to leave reviews but after today I felt it was an absolute must. Not only did they have to load everything and wrap all of our belongings but they did it in the pouring rain with smiles the entire time. He knew how to disassemble and install various pieces of furniture and worked skillfully worked. I hung heavy mirrors on the wall in the position I wanted.
