We went with TWO in the store, only ONE was allowed to enter the store due to Covid restrictions. Even though we were not from the same house, we respected this and waited outside. Just behind me another pair came in, two young males - one of them knew the staff member at the entrance. He told them as well, that only one is allowed in the store. Also one of them "waited" outside for only a few seconds, to then enter the store again and was granted access by the same staff member. If there is a rule, all of them need to obey this. I protested to the salesman about this, but according to him they were not coming in together. So why was one of them outside waiting with me? Why was one of them told to go back outside? The manager came in and he was understanding - knew what happened but didn't really resolve it. The point is that you need to treat everyone the same way. The staff member that allowed the pair in, needs a lesson. The manager was great! Another Afro-Belgian staff member was also great. I have got my complaints for a male and female staff member. Both in a red shirt.

If I could give zero stars, I would. They sent us the incorrect item, which we returned, as the correct item would then be shipped. They then sent the same item back again. We contacted Sports Direct again to return the item using the free returns policy and were informed that this was no longer possible for a second return, and that if we returned it at our own cost and sent proof no postage, this amount would be reimbursed along with the refund for the returned item. We placed the order on the 5th of September 2022. We are still waiting for this situation to be resolved. TL;DR: Sports Direct told us to return the incorrect item that they sent us, and then proceeded to keep our money and the item.

Zeer onvriendelijk, zelfs arrogant personeel. Mochten de winkel niet binnen met twee, terwijl we beiden apart iets nodig hadden. Probeerde dit de verkoper ook duidelijk te maken, maar was van geen tel. Waren nochtans niet samen binnen gekomen. Kwam tegen mij aan staan, en had dan nog het lef om te zeggen dat ik geen 2meter afstand behield van hem (ipv 1,5) Ben echt zeer zwaar gedegouteerd.

Heel onvriendelijke dame aan de kassa, toen ik goede middag zei kon er niet eens een antwoord van af en draaide ze nog eens met haar ogen. Je kan natuurlijk eens een mindere dag hebben ofzo maar kom een goede dag zeggen kost nu ook niet heel veel moeite. Jammer.

Hebben een aankoop gedaan ,prijs stond in pond (5pond)en aan de kassa betaalden wij 7,50euro in plaats van 5,75euro,na onze opmerking aan de kassa hebben ze het verschil terug betaald, dus opletten prijzen in pond

Al dicht om 18:10? Op een donderdag? Kan toch niet! Pakt ander personeel aan e!!! Belachelijk. Personeel heeft precies geen zin meer om te werken, stonden maar te babbelen waarschijnlijk over hun levensmiserie.

Grote winkel waar je volledig gekleed kan buiten komen ook tegen extreme koude. Prijzen niet duur
