There are 4 manual car washing bays with clips on the wall that allow you to hang and clean car mats. The 4 vacuums have a shampoo facility and there is an automatic car wash and dog wash also. The facility appeared to be well maintained with the change machine operating without issue and the dispensers for additional cleaning accessorie (armoral wipes etc) all fully stocked. My only concern was with the special coat protector hose that didn't appear to be operating as well as it should. However overall it is a very good facility.

OMG Best Auto touch free car wash ever, car is spotless, windscreen spotless, (no eyebrow after wash) wheels amazing, I did not think an auto wash could clean this well, I accidentally fell upon this wash driving by one day and my only disappointment is that I live in Blackburn and I got to drive 25 minutes every time to this place to get my car washed as I can not find any Auto closer to me that actually cleans my car. Yep Burn on me!

Terrible car wash! Used the self serve carwash and the water pressure was very low so it didn't clean very well and didn't get enough time to use presoak, soap and rinse on my car with $5 spent. Won't be coming back here. I'm going to continue driving to the car wash in Chirnside park as that's the best I've used.

Would prefer to give this no stars... Paid for the Ultimate wash, $18. What a waste of money. A terrible job! My car was still dirty and now had purple and blue streaky soap marks all over it. Tried emailing them as per their website. Naturally it bounced back. Save your money and wash it yourself. Horrible.

Used the K9000 dog was for our new 1yo American Staffordshire Terrier. A chain hook was well needed as she wanted out. Water was warm and could easily change stages of wash with recommended times. Loved that I could tap my phone, not having to worry about cash or coins.

Used the dog K9000 dog wash, has 2 short chains so you can turn your dog and wash their other side. Warm water which is good as our dog doesn't like the cold. Shampoo, conditioner with moisturizer is a nice touch. Will be washing our dog here in future.

We did the laser wash and while it's super convenient, there is always a wait as there is only one laser wash bay... But for those that are more industrious, there are a few self wash bays with vacuums available as well. The dog wash is right there too.

I purchased the "Ultimate" car wash. But the results were decent. It didn't remove the dry mud / grass clippings from the car. Otherwise it was quite a high pressure wash. I thought it should have removed the grass clippings, but it did not.

I used the touchfree wash, which costs more, but to clearly did not was as well as the manual wash, after washing the windscreen still has dirty marks at the edges where windscreen wipers don't touch. I expected a better clean for my$$$

Great location for a car wash. Clean. Powerful and decently priced. The brushes are clean and work well. Only reason it does not get 5/5 is parking but hey. Thats not really an issue so don't hold it against them. Will be back again.
