I think they need to get their management to do their jobs or replace their management. I visited somebody 3 weeks ago and the someone told him he had to remove some stuff from his yard by 12pm or be fined. Then as I'm leaving I see people's property looking WAY worse and I heard nothing was said to them. A lot of trailers look like they could use some work done.

No sirve vivir hay no se puede ni mejorar esas trailas viejas porque no te dan permiso ni de poner un techo sobre tu entrada principal y aparte la secretaria se cree dueña de hay y una pésima atención la que da ....no le daría ni una estrella mejor vivir en casa porque de nada sirve ser dueño de la traila si el terreno es de otro

My mom lives there and I had lived there years ago I would not give it three stars it has really been ran down ... due to lack of real management on what people can build or add to thier lots and the parking sucks...

they over charge on late fees they take advantage of people there many complaints but they dont do nothing about it it very poor ran by the management there never get anything fixed!!!!!!!!

A good home mobile community place to live in with your family, a place that is not too loud or chaotic, quite safe and it could use more improvements in their community services.

The roads need to be maintained. Also they told my grandma she can't pay her lot rent online. They will only accept a personal check. Seems ridiculous in 2023.

Most us old trailer need to be fix up to lease standard. Lot of empty trailer have broken windows. These torn down trailer need to demolish it.

Needs a good cleaning but always quiet and nice neighbors at my bf house

Lots of drunk people living there. They party all weekends.

Visit some friends, place looks quite.
