Made an online booking for exterior and interior wash / minor detail. Dropped the Ute off at the scheduled time. Was told the ute would be ready in approx 1-2 hour (online time was quoted as 1 hour). Picked the ute up 3 1/2 hours later, was still not finished even after receiving a call saying it would be ready. Ute was already relatively clean, just needed a more detailed touch (hence the detailing). Employee was unfortunately rather rude, quality of work was very poor inside and out with visible smudges and staining (some of which weren't there prior). Honestly think one of those blokes at the lights with a squeedee and bottle of diluted window washer would do a better job. After all that, the employee tried to charge $90 when the quoted price was $60. When asked to call the boss he lowered the price. May have been a one off experience but highly recommended going elsewhere. Pretty disappointing.

My car was covered in bird poop was I was looking for a car wash service. I happened to drive past here and thought why not? I was greeted by a friendly staff who was also an English-speaking Australian so it was good that I finally found a car washing facility without language barrier. Exterior car wash costs $30. And you can go across the road to Macca's for a meal while waiting. The wash takes roughly the same time to finish a double-quarter-pounder meal and they came over the road to get me when the car was ready. My car was finally free of bird poop.

My friend Michael took the car there today, no appointment, and Lou was nice enough to fit him in. He just got back with the car and it looks amazing. Lou was VERY reasonably priced, super-friendly and very hard working. The car was filthy (kids ha ha ha) and now it looks great. We'll definitely be returning!

Late Sunday afternoon at 5pm called them and they were willing to wash my filthy car. Was told to ask for Lou and did so Lou did an excellent job and managed to get out a dried raw egg from the carpet. Reasonable priced and Lou will look after you
