This was my first time using Springwood Taxis, but based on my experience it definitely won't be my last. I would like to personally thank Steve for driving me to Randwick on Friday for my medical appointment. He showed kindness and compassion which I really appreciated. I highly recommend Springwood Taxis and especially my driver, Steve!

I just had Barry as a taxi driver and he was absolutely lovely. He came early (which as a young women I do appreciate) and we had an easy conversation on the way home. Thank you Barry! (I hope I spelt that right)

Was running late to work due to missing the train, but called the Springwood Taxi Service and they got me to work on time. Wasn’t a long wait for them either. Highly appreciate their services.

Great service during standard hours. Book in advance if you have even the slightest inkling of needing a taxi after 10 pm (calls rang out and I was stuck walking home in a moonboot).

Got return trip rides on 11th July still waiting for my receipts to be emailed. Followed up several times. It still hasn't been processed. Disappointing experience!

These guys are great. They have fast and friendly service, would highly recommend for people trying to get around the mountains area.

Terrible service. Barely ever available for local trips. Refused me service and had 3 taxis waiting at the rank. Hopeless.
