Also had asked minor repair to old sofa purchased here, they are not coming to fix after repeated calls. Better hold small amount of total price during delivery to get all the necessary and promised work done. If you want to exchange wood items brought from them, they will consider 1/4th of the original price. Such faith they have on there own sheshwam wood furniture.
