This place sells medicines, food and accessories for dogs, cats, fish and other animals. I frequently buy litter sand and food for my cat. They give discounts on certain products rather than small pet shops which is cheaper for me. They also do door delivery but contact the shop for further details. All the staff are helpful and politely assist us in shopping. Everytime i cross this area, definitely ensure to buy something for my cat.

Worst customer service. Behaviour issues. They doesn't know how to handle a customer. Please check all the return and exchange policies before you purchase anything. I personally would not recommend this shop if someone is looking for a good customer service.

Workers are least interested to show products, rude and do not value customer ..may be due to huge sale. Owner is good but not around most of the times so hope he makes them learn or else we know we have other stores too.
