As of February 2023, Friday prayer/Puja starts around at 7:20pm and ends by 8:10pm. The temple is big & spacious. After the Puja, there is distribution of free prasad. We get it in a plate and we eat the Prasad in temple itself. Temple is on ground floor. There are small temple's of other Hindu god's including lord Shiva,Hanuman,Nava Graha's,Sai Baba & more god's from South India. Overall it's an amazing experience specially if you worship lord Ganesha as your primary God :-)

This temple has been a home for me after I relocated to Germany. A very powerful Vinayagar who blesses all his devotees and gives them the best of everything. Love the way every Pooja is done with precise procedures and utmost devotion. The Ther thiruvizha (Chariot festival) is something no one should miss. Fridays see a lot of devotees. Pooja is done and many devotees sing bajans. Pooja is followed by Prasadam distribution. This is a sure go to place if you are missing home.

Happy to have a temple in the city. The temple is big comprising idols of Lord Ganesha, Shiva, Ayappa, Subramanya swamy, Anjaneya, Kalabhairava. Pooja is conducted every evening and especially many people gather on Friday evening. There is also parking available. There is also a U bahn station at 5min walkable distance. The only issue is that every member of Temple speak mostly Tamil and some German.

Nice place. Pretty spacious. Though it is closed like most of the temples they made it close enough to the temples seen in India. The ppl are friendly. As far as I have heard they open the temple around 1830 everyday they perform pooja for around half an hour. And then they close it. Ppl are friendly.

Thanks for the Great efforts on Creating such a Beautiful and Wonderful place of workshop for the Hindus and followers of Hindus in Stuttgart ! We do not miss the Spiritual connect and this temple makes us feel like our familiar South Indian temples.

Finally, a temple in germany that very much reminds me of my home Chennai. Run by Sri Lankan Tamils, they really manage the place well and do very elaborate Pooja. Also, the annathaanam/ food service is also very good. Would definitely recommend.

  • JAYGANESH SARAVANAN

Best temple I have seen in Germany. The temple is well maintained and has all idols of god including Navagraha , Hanuman, Sai Baba, Ayyappan and more. Timings are less is the only con. Otherwise one of the best in Stuttgart, Germany .

Visited for Car pooja. Call before you go. Pooja was very much like it is done in Indian temples and they wont charge more. It was 20 bucks. Also they will have main pooja around 7pm so better to visit at this time.

  • Demu Udo

It runs perfectly, the ambience and environment is so spiritual. Poojas start around 8:30 ish. Also they provide good food on Friday evenings. You can catch a U- bahn and reach the temple from badcanstatt.

Good Temple / Kovil for all Hindu devotees in Stuttgart region. It is in less than 5 mins walking distance from "Hauptfriedhof" U-bahn station. You shall take the U-Bahn U2 (direction Neugereut) to go there.

  • Naresh Suryaprakash

Priest and the management of the temple are very friendly. Temple is on the first floor if I remember correctly. There is no parking on the premises but the street next to the building is quite empty.
