"Disabled Hospitality leaves a lot to be desired"
"St Andrew's for coventry fans first game of the season I thout it was better than Ricoh staff where freindly surrounded pubs where welcoming only one thing wrong being locked in the car park for 30 mins after game why away coaches and home coaches let our first then the other car parks needs changing in my opion"
"Went for a celebrity football match"
"I have been to matchday hospitality in the Jasper Carrot suite several times with friends and have never been disappointed"
"Visited with Fulham on the last day of the 2017/18 football season"
Disabled Hospitality leaves a lot to be desired. Virtually no consideration put into disabled fan viewing of football. Put in the corner of the Jasper Carrot Suite with blinds closed so view ended up being limited for the 9 crammed in one corner. No one wants to address the issues or use common sense it seems....

Went for a celebrity football match. Proceeds to Help Harry, Help Others. I made lots of bracelets for the event. When I ran out of beads u bought some more in the market. It was a lovely day out. The match was great. Entertainment and food enjoyable. Staff was helpful.
I have been to matchday hospitality in the Jasper Carrot suite several times with friends and have never been disappointed. Everyone is friendly and the serving staff cannot do enough for you. The food is first class. Looking forward to a Christmas do!
Visited with Fulham on the last day of the 2017/18 football season. The stadium was terrific and packed to the rafters. The Birmingham City fans were a credit to their club.. and they made a lot of noise. The facilities were good. The only
I took my dad on Saturday for a hospitality day. My dad is a lifelong blues supporter and it was his dream to have a tour of the stadium. I arranged it for him as an early Christmas present. Dad was diagnosed with cancer a month previously
A hard one to rate, as an away fan are you ever going to give 4 or 5 stars? So with that in mind here's some bits that may help - if you travel by train into New Street the best way to the ground is walking. The taxis want a small fortune
Superb venue, great parking facilities and staff where very helpful. I used the venue for a training event for 30 delegates, all of which found the place easily, arrived in time and had a great look around (even though not football fans)
My company hired out the conference centre at the start of this year, and had nothing but positive comments. Had a little mishap with the security guard and one if my team, however aside from that went smoothly without any problems.
Works conference - can't really fault the facilities or staff. Clean, food good and staff very attentive. Guess it's a bit of an unusual one for a conference but why not as they have everything you need plus free parking on site.
Attended national interviews for Scientist Training Programme. Place is dark and claustophobic but very functional. First class security at the door. Function rooms easy to find. Catering could be better.
A decent venue for events & CPD courses, the food & service was good and the parking was ample. Pity about the team but still heads & shoulders better than anything with 'United' in it's title.
Great experience, I am a life long supporter and found it very interesting. My 7 year old grandson was fascinated seeing the workings of the club from the inside rather than from the terraces
Excellent organised meeting venue. Covid secure with temperature check on arrival and QR code for NHS track and trace app. Social distancing seating and great guidance. Comfortable and well
Top quality setting with ultra friendly staff and the food is faultless. Have been a dozen times now and have never been able to find a single fault with the food. A+ & 5* every time!
Amazing night brilliant game and the food was amazing,,the staff where lovely could not do enough for you to make it a lovely evening looking forward to my next visit ,,
Being a bluenose myself it's a great stadium with plenty to offer the crowed are electric as the game gets on the way , there stadium tours & much more
Travel to stadium slow due to the location within the city. Atmosphere in ground was lively felt seating was a little restrictive for room and comfort
Excellent conference/meeting place. Plenty of parking. Good luncheon for all diet types. Lovely visual aspect of pitch from all rooms.
Went for the football match. First time there. Food and drink a bit pricey but expected. Ground and pitch very well kept.
Dirty smelly and flies everywhere. Glad to leave so I can have a good wash! Good FA conference kept me on site.
Fantastic stadium tour
