The first train was cancelled this morning ( 4.41am)to Victoria..The station inspector came out and told us the situation, he then proceeded to tell us he didn’t know what to suggest about getting into London..After 20 mins he told me to get a night bus that had finished nearly 2 hours before..I know there job involves mundane questions about how to get somewhere, and they can look a bit disconcerting, but come on when people need to get to work after Xmas , try and show a bit more willing, you have got to work and are ok, but while all the people on the platform can here you all laughing and joking in the back room ( comms room)..Some of us still need to get to bloody work....

They should rename this station Royston Vasey. The staff and the passengers all look like characters from The League of Gentlemen (see inbred). That's only the start of its problems.

Nice Station was clean and good services here to Bromley South and London Blackfriars. The ticket hall is a large size. But no disabled access to the platforms.

There are accessability difficulties with the station. Wheelchair users cannot reach the platforms. How many elderly people struggle with the stairs?

Excellent station. Probably built about 50s so come here to see a 50s station. Trains all arrive late as per south eastern time tables.

I think the male platform staff there have a particularly good knowledge of industrial language.

Good clean station with takeaway Coffee shop.
