St. Pancras International Railway Station in London is a place that exudes a captivating blend of history and modernity. Known as one of the most remarkable railway stations in the world, it has an abundance of legends and stories that add to its allure. Legend has it that the architect, Sir George Gilbert Scott, was inspired by the mythical city of Carcassonne in France when designing the station. This influence can be seen in the station's Gothic Revival architecture, characterized by its intricate details, towering spires, and awe-inspiring facade. Walking through the entrance, one can't help but feel transported to a bygone era, where steam trains ruled the tracks. One of the most captivating stories associated with St. Pancras is the tale of the famous "kissing couple." It is said that a statue on the station's concourse, depicting a passionate embrace between a man and a woman, represents a departing soldier bidding farewell to his love. The statue has become a symbol of love and longing, capturing the emotions that are often intertwined with train journeys and separations. St. Pancras International also boasts a rich literary history. It is said that poet Sir John Betjeman played a crucial role in saving the station from demolition in the 1960s. His love for the Victorian architecture and his advocacy for preservation helped secure its future as an iconic landmark. Today, the station is a testament to the power of art and literature in shaping our collective appreciation for architectural heritage. The station's transformation into an international hub is another remarkable chapter in its story. St. Pancras International is not just a railway station; it is a gateway to Europe. The station's historic Midland Grand Hotel has been transformed into the luxurious St. Pancras Renaissance Hotel, attracting travelers from around the world who seek to experience the fusion of timeless elegance and modern comfort. Beyond the legends and stories, St. Pancras International is a bustling transport hub, connecting people from all walks of life. The sight of trains arriving and departing, the hum of conversations in multiple languages, and the vibrant atmosphere make it a truly dynamic space. In conclusion, St. Pancras International Railway Station is more than just a transportation hub; it is a living testament to London's architectural and cultural heritage. Its legends and stories, from the inspired design to the kissing couple statue and literary connections, add an element of enchantment to the overall experience. Whether you're embarking on a journey or simply appreciating the station's grandeur, St. Pancras International is a destination that ignites the imagination and leaves a lasting impression.

I got horribly sick after eating a meal at their restaurant on the first night of what was supposed to be a 5-night trip to London with a friend, which turned out into a 10-day bed-ridden sick stay in London (I moved to another hotel after our original 5 night booking here). Their staff and management were so horrible that their only solution to my violent episodes of vomiting and eventual progression to bacterial bronchitis was to offer to sell my a ginger ale. My friend asked for any in-house medical staff and to write up an incident report, only for management to shoo him off and tell him to "write an email" as a means to avoid documenting the incident the hotel was responsible for. Of course, that email lead to nothing. Numerous professionals ranging from doctors to my insurance agents back home told me how absolutely shocked they were that not one person working in the hospital offered to get a medical professional to check on me. The food poisoning/bacterial infection I contracted from their restaurant meal led me to be sick for 3 months. The damage for that still persists today. I will never forget how little they cared, how little they tried, and how they ultimately did nothing. I would advise any and everyone to avoid this hotel and its restaurant at all cost for the sake of your health. We all deserve a much higher quality experience, considering the cost to stay here.

My recent experience at this Euro star location was beyond horrific for my mother and I. (MY MOTHER NEEDED WHEELCHAIR ASSITANCE) First, there are NO carts to transport your luggage AROUND THE FACILITY ALONG WITH MY MOTHER AND LUGGAGE. THEY ARE NOT FRIENDLY. THAN GOD FOR a worker who identified as Ralph he is an angel. He assisted with transporting us through the process with our passports. Next, when it was time for us to proceed to our coach 13 it was a struggle to transport our three suitcases and my mother who needed assistance up the lift/elevator. The traffic delayed us I was so scared my mother would fall. She should been allowed to go first. When we finally arrived at our seats there was NO nowhere to store our luggage. Lastly, the lady who helped my mother screamed about transporting luggage and my mother asked her for assistance. We didn't want the Train to leave us. They escorted my mother and me to Coach 14. The train began moving my mother who walks on the cane. I feel the workers need train and empathy for the people/ families riding your train.

Shambolic boarding procedure - I regularly take the Eurostar and have been noticing the organization on the boarding side worsen over the last few months. This is especially true during peak travel times, and today really took the cake - multiple trains leaving for multiple destinations within a few minutes of each other, and yet the St Pancras/Eurostar station/Immigration staff have not coordinated between each other and planned accordingly for capacity. No queues, staff who do not speak English at immigration, staff yelling at people to do things without giving clear directions on how to do them/where to go, only one immigration officer for all non-EU passports + EU families travelling with kids, while the automated gates were also not working properly. When you ask staff for a solution, they shrug and say “I’ve told my manager but he isn’t doing anything…so that’s the best I can do.” Horrible from start to finish. A real pity given how well this station used to function! Got on my train with only 2 minutes to spare before departure. Ridiculous.

NB: this review is for the Eurostar International departure terminal only. In one word, “chaotic”. Even prior to the first departure of the day at 6am, it was absolute chaos. This is not down to the staff, who are extremely polite and friendly and welcoming - and clearly do a great job. But no, it’s down to the lack of space. There simply aren’t enough seats, there aren’t enough food shops and there isn’t enough space for the long lines of people. Overall, not a pleasant experience - an already stressful event made worse by the above. Let me caveat this by putting it in perspective, though. I’ve been to airport terminals that are far worse. This was still some way off that kind of experience, and the waiting time for boarding, security and passport control were nothing compared to LHR. Overall, 3 stars.

I know this happened a while ago, but I would like to say a massive thank you to a lovely gentleman in glasses working in first aid (I believe his name was Mohammed) for his help and support. It was on September the 8th around 9pm. My mother needed first aid after she got hit by the ticket gate doors. The gent has promptly arrived when we called for help, took my mum to the first aid room straight away, applied cold press where my mum got injured and kept the spirit up by cheering my mum up as she was anxious unsurprisingly. He also helped her with taking the luggage to our next train when she got better after an hour or so. This gent certainly deserves a raise for going above and beyond and for literally saving our holidays as we were on our way to Stansted Airport on that day.

St Pancras International Railway Station is a gem in London's transportation network. The seamless connection with King's Cross Underground adds to its accessibility. The vintage aesthetics of the station are truly breathtaking, offering a nostalgic charm that's hard to find elsewhere. One of the highlights is witnessing the Eurostar trains, forging a vital link between London and Europe through the English Channel tunnels. St Pancras boasts a trifecta of services – national railway, international railway, and the underground tube, making it a comprehensive transportation hub. Whether you're commuting locally or embarking on an international journey, St Pancras International is an iconic blend of history and modern connectivity. A must-visit for any travel enthusiast!

Its a great way to travel from London to Paris from this train station. We traveled on 7th June 2023 consisted of 13 pax (7adults, 4 kids and 2 infants). Alhamdulillah upon arrival to St Pancras we were greets by Muhammad (i think he is one of the staffs). He assisted us to print our tickets (we have bought our tickets earlier using Eurostar App, its so convenience i might say). After French passport control, we received another warm hearted help from Soto or Soho (i cant remember his name, he is a little older on his look) very nice guy. He helped us to get to our couch. Btw traveling on big group, i forgot to mention we had 15 luggages with us. Its a great experienced we had at St Pancras. Keep it up all the great work to all the staffs. Thank you!!!

Eurostar waiting experience is appalling: The urinals stank so bad they must not have been cleaned since Brexit. There’s nowhere to sit as they have woefully under arranged for the number of passengers typically waiting for over 1 hour for the train because it tells you to arrive 90mins early. I have used it 5 times in the last 3 years and always the same. The one bar and one PretAManger take advantage of being the only options once through security by being horrifically over priced ( 6.60 for a small can of lager ?). The staff in the passport queue are ok but not exactly helpful. Overall does not seem a better experience than flying sadly. It is more expensive and less well catered for. Sort it out!

Nice station!! I was here for a train to Paris. It’s a huge station. I was also amazed by all the dining options which were mostly upstairs. All the quick bites and cafes were downstairs. However, I did find the security/boarding process a bit confusing. Once I got to the queue that was before the security check, it was so confusing to follow the correct way to my check in area. I tried asking the staff but they absolutely had zero patience and they all told me to go to different places but I eventually got there. I found the boarding process a little confusing at first but pretty quick and simple once i figured it out. But, the station itself was pretty great!

Seriously, you guys need to rethink lift service for platforms A and B, people with suitcases are not allowed to go on escalator, but for some reason you can carry your suitcase up and down the stairs, apparently that is allowed. Put one escalator for luggage and one without, the lift is old, slow and serves multiple platforms, so you can't even get on it when it's busy. Call off your guard dog attendants, who are clearly having a power trip of some kind, and think of a better strategy, hopefully someone has some logical brain cell left, because at the moment the strategy you have come up with is highly ineffective, and also quite moronic to be honest.

I am always amazed at the transformation of this station from an unloved, dirty station smelling of diesel fumes, to one which is arguably one of the best in the world. There are lots of retail, food and drink units on the lowere level. Upstairs you will find arrivals and departures for Eurostar services to France, Belgium and the Netherlands. Much further towards the end of the Eurostar platforms, you will find the UK domestic services from EMR, Thameslink and Southeastern with their high speed Javlin service. There are also lieces of art work found around the station, which are impressive. Definitely a world class station.

  • Atlas

Easy to use train station, which is clean, has free toilets, and plenty of places to shop or eat. It's directly connected to Kings Cross Station by an underground concourse, so if the weather is bad you won't need to go outside. For Eurostar connections it's fairly painless, especially as there are no weight restrictions or fluid restrictions on Eurostar as there are when flying. Security/passport control flows well and you'll be in the waiting area within fifteen minutes or so. Plan before you go as when I visited I could not use Thameslink due to industrial action, and was forced to use the tube.

  • Horizon skiies !!!

Not uncommon to have the most unprofessional staff, not polite, Not helpful. If you book with special assistance make sure you get confirmation prior to travel! When you turn up to No 5 booth they are definitely NOT the face to represent the company. Its a whole level of disappointment. No one will give you a good enough explanation. This has to be the Worst experience with eurostar, they don't check the unprofessionally misuse of conduct by their employees. One star too much for this service. As a travel agent I will NEVER recommend such a service of discrimination!

  • win task

Well managed station. They arranged everything well with all its facilities brand shops, toilets, eateries or drink places etc. always neat & clean whenever you go to this station. One of the best stations of UK. Very busy because many companies are providing their services from this station mostly to all over the UK. it’s the only station in Centre London which providing service for Europe destinations as well. Well staff force who are helpful. Signs for easy navigation. Love the touch of pianos for public. Whenever you there, someone is always playing nice melody.

  • Kaushal Kishore

Impressed by this international train station! Not only does it offer convenient connections, but it also makes waiting a breeze. There's a wide variety of delicious food options, from quick snacks to sit-down meals, and plenty of shops to browse, including local specialties and souvenirs. Plus, the station is immaculately clean and comfortable, with ample seating and even [mention specific amenities like free Wi-Fi, charging stations, entertainment options, etc.]. It's the perfect place to relax and unwind before your journey.

  • ken ngai-foong

What a fascinating old building transformed into a practical transport hub. Connecting you by rail to Europe as well as other parts of UK. An underground, Kings Cross is adjoining it making travel through London a breeze. It has ample seating area and plenty of info board announcing departure and arrival just like an airport. Plenty of things to do too like shopping and restaurants while you wait for train. Going through immigration is a breeze as well. Friendly staff and service. It can be pretty crowded on peak times.

  • Megan Ramey

St Pancras is the gateway to Paris via the chunnel train and I guess I wasn't expecting so much security, but it felt like being in an airport, not a train station. One security officer was incredibly rude with us and dropped our folding Brompton bike from the conveyer belt after insisting it would stand up right. I needed a glass of wine to recover my stress level. Then, they announced boarding it was a rush to get through a narrow gateway. Overall, not the relaxing train trip I was envisioning but we got through it.

  • The Travel Reviews

One of the international train stations in the UK which situated right in the middle of London close to King’s Cross Station. The best part of the station is the Victorian structure which almost intact. Many shops and amenities inside the station ranging from food store to jewellery, bakery, cosmetics, medicine, toys and many more. British library is at one side of the station and king’s cross on other. The Granery square is about 5 minutes away from st Pancras international.

  • Tony L

The station was magnificent and tidy. I went here to see this year's Christmas tree and it was made entirely of books. The tree features a whimsical design with a winding staircase and 270 shelves adorned with over 3,800 hand-painted books. The tree is not just decorative: the bottom layer holds 12 nooks where visitors to the station can listen to a 5 minute excerpt from an audiobook. It could be a nice thing to do if you have a bit of time to kill before your train departs!

  • KlrFking “KFM” McDiller

What a beautiful station and very easy to get around, had tickets prior to arrival had to go through bagage check in and tag then floor escalators luggage in hand to lounge area and waited for train so we could load was able to do that early. Barely had time to go to bathroom before boarding train to Paris. The ride was awesome and very smooth. Got a seating area with a table so my family could face each other. Had a very nice experience with the Eurostar train.

  • Kay Pepper

Clean and quiet, I went fairly early in the morning, so there was a not a soul in sight, stores were closed and everything was fresh and ready for the morning crowd, it feels like an airport and there is a lot of stores and things to look at here for a departure or arrival, I was heading to France. The design and style is nice for talking pictures and leaves a good impact, being that is was nearly empty, I had an easy time taking pictures and exploring the area.

  • marc adam

I haven't visited all train stations in London but this one is probably one of the nicest in London. It is quite wide with good indications so easy to move around. Also if you see sometimes videos of someone playing piano on YouTube in a London train station, this is usually from this station (just outside the exit of Eurostar). The only point is that if there are a lot of people taking Eurostar then it can get crowded at the entrance of the Eurostar are

  • Njeri Matenjwa

St Pancras International is an active and busy station. There are many employees scattered about the station to help and give direction, and many well-stocked and rather pricey shops in the station. And for those challenged by stairs, there are lifts and escalators to help get to platforms on other floors. Being in St Pancras station has that exciting feeling of going on a well-earned holiday, even if your destination is only two stations down the road.

  • Jake Murray

London St Pancras International is a wonderful train station and underground that has connections to all over the United Kingdom. I like that there is a huge range of shops and restaurants all in the same building. This is the train station I get to if I go to London and I've gone to Amsterdam on the Eurostar and I thought this place was well designed. The bathrooms here are always clean and there are dedicated staff here to help where they can.

  • B M

Based upon the EMR staff at platform level. Managers should be looking into the poor level of service they provide. Second time traveling I have had to ask them to do their job and help people with the barrier which they fail to manage properly. I'm not expecting above and beyond just for people to actually do the job they are paid for not waiting for a member of the public has asked them to stop gossiping about weekend plans and help people..

  • Al Johnson

Getting through to lounge took 20mins. Once on the other side it was very full, lots of people standing as no seats left. I would recommend not arriving more than an hour before departure. Not much to do this side apart from waiting as there is little space to move around, the men’s toilets were pretty bad only three out of 8 had locks and poorly serviced. my pictures show the space left when the Paris train was called for boarding.

  • Phoenixpooh

Busy terminal station for both Eurostar and domestic trains. Plenty of shops, including tourist shops and food outlets. Also has a few bars to wait for your train or meet up with friends. One of London's best - also has Kings Cross next door with more food and drink outlets and yet more shops. Pleasant place to spend some time waiting for a train. Arrive early, stay late, but don't miss your train...

  • Sarah Engeham

A Super, fantastic Station. Very pretty and lots of great shops and foodie places to chose from. We booked assistance for the Euro star as my partner needed a wheelchair due to a motorbike accident. The assistance staff were just amazing, helpful and friendly. Helped us bypass queues and helped me with the luggage getting onto the train. 10/10 service I could not fault. Well done Eurostar

  • sherife hanafi

It is quick and easy to get through security and customs, No delays. Food in restaurants/coffee shops. Hence the 2 stars. Staff grumpy at 7:30 in the morning. Passengers all squeezed into a small area. Ques all around and not enough seats, people standing and sitting on the floor. The smell coming from the toilets is vile, which is near the coffee shop. No air flow, hot, and stuffy. Not nice.

  • Updesh Dosanjh

One of the better stations in London. Trains to lots of destinations. Easy access to the underground without needing to go outside. Lots of bus routes and taxes. Easy to get an Uber too. The best thing about the station is the large variety of shops and restaurants. That’s also the problem with the station, it can be really busy and if you are in a rush it can be rather confusing.

  • Tricia Senior

On October 26th I arrived in St Pancras very late for my train to Sheffield, which I had missed, this was due to my delayed flight from Canada. I was told normally I would have to buy another ticket but an extremely nice chap called Kaas extended my ticket and allowed me to travel on the 15.03 to Sheffield. I would like to say a HUGE THANK YOU to Kaas. A real gentleman

  • Mehran MxM

As oppose to it's counter part in Paris, this is a very well organized station. There are plenty of support staff to help. There are various sandwich shops. The elevators and escalators actually work (please learn, Paris). The security and customs clearance was fast. I should think that the French probably need to come here to learn how to run a train station.

  • James G

A quick 1 stop <10min London Underground/Tube ride from Russell Square/Bloomsbury where my hotel was. Place is packed, esp on a mid Sat (weekend prior to Easter). Lots of places to eat. The Eurostar line is quite long, but moves fairly quick. Be sure to queue up 1 1/2hrs prior to train’s departure (me, transit time is approx 3hrs 16mins to Paris Gare du Nord).

  • Richard T.Whybrow

Such a beautiful station with excellent modern facilities. If you are traveling first class you can take advantage of the Lounge with its comfortable facilities. Staff are professional and helpful. Mobility impaired access is quite good with lifts and appropriate ramps. Access to the London Underground is incorporated into the station for efficient transfers.

  • Yukihiko Hubert Oyama

23/11-12 A great location for shopping, as a terminal for the Eurostar and East Midlands Line, and for enjoying neo-Gothic architecture. A place that is clean, safe and enhances London's image. Honestly, it's much more comfortable than Gare du Nord. Deli and coffee stands within the Eurostar restricted area are always busy, so I recommend buying in advance.

  • Matthew Smith

Very advanced station but miles behind the the airports in terms of organisation and services available. The toilets at St Pancras are possibly the worst ive had to use. They smell like a garbage truck and look filthy. Sorry to anyone that is desperate enough to use them. Apart from that it's a great place to wait around for two hours before you depart.

  • Irving Morales

Beautiful station! Only thing was didn’t really see any trash cans so you will see trash on tables, chairs, and floor. We missed our train has to reschedule and there is an up charge. It’s like an airport make sure to arrive 1 or 2 hours before. Esta bonita la estación! No mas qué hay mucha basura y es como un aeropuerto juega con tiempo como 1 hora

  • J V

This is one of the best stations. Great facilities and good space. Need mote toilets bit yhat is the only negative. Shops are very good, and you can get an affordable bacon sandwich from Greggs. The space is divided well so pedestrian traffic moves well. Lots of alternative entry and exit points keeps the flow working. Staff have good humour too.

  • Hayden Duffy

Always busy, but I never feel rushed or overwhelmed. The station has a pretty typical selection of shops, but they're a welcome sight after getting off the Eurostar. The toilets are relatively clean, but my biggest gripe is the lack of bins; there's one by the tube entrance, but I couldn't find another. Bins for the people, 2024.

  • ken smith

Beautiful architecture and well laid out. It was easy to navigate and had good facilities / services. There were interesting monuments and displays to explain the history of the site. There was a great area with a public piano that sounded great and did not block the pedestrian traffic. Good selection of shops and restaurants.

  • Moshimulations

UK needs more of these stations. St Panc, International Rail for all. Eurostar, Thameslink and many others. Very handy in getting around. Kind and sweet staff members around. All I'd wish, is for more international rails between the UK, Ireland and The EU. Life should be done in rails, limiting traffic jams and peacefully so.

  • JACOBGAMER20 Jones

Really a marvelous place. It’s quite a place to take in. There are plenty of place to eat and shop. The bathrooms are clean and there are places to rest between trains. Be on time for your train to be called and the staff is friendly and able to help you along the way. Try some sweet treats or coffee before heading out.

  • Steve Chappell

A wonderfully rejuvenated railway station. I've many happy memories from childhood, sitting on the platform late at night with my Mum, waiting for the midnight home and watching the mail and newspapers arrive by van. All that's changed, the station too, bars, restaurants, no longer just the BR buffet. I like it.

  • Philip Highway

This destination is well served by high speed regular services from the south east where I live. Destination has shops and good choice of catering outlets, and is very convenient for onward trouble. Near the station is coal drops yard for trendy shopping and eating and onward buses to other parts of London.

  • Derek Williams

The international Eurostar terminal within St. Pancras is well designed and very efficient although it has an hourly cycle of being very busy then less busy as each train boards and departs. Refreshments are limited once approaching the platform but plenty are available before passing through security.

  • Timon Colegrove

The lounge rest room stinks! The smell of stale urine is so strong it hits you before you enter. Not good enough Eurostar - it's a basic courtesy to your passengers (who are spending hundreds with you) to keep things clean and smelling ok - suggests very poor standards of hygiene - most unpleasant

  • Gabriel Bononi

I love this station. You have the rail and the tube. And also the Eurostar. You can get the train in the center of London and leave in the center of Paris! And Brussels! And Amsterdam very soon! Easy access with several tube lines! And it’s a gorgeous station! One of my favourites in London

  • Graham Byrne

Thanks to Dorine at Eurostar who was incredibly kind and helpful when we missed our train, helped us rebook a new one 2 hours later on a busy travel day, kept checking for us, and went above and beyond letting us skip the line. Probably best transit customer service person I’ve ever met

  • Edwin Gordillo

Increíble train station, the roof is amazing and the architecture is incredible. Truly a place to admire and if you reach London via this gateway you'll be so excited to travel thru the city. Such an amazing place you should really visit too even if you are traveling using the airports

  • Short and Sweet

Loved this train station! Loved the Eurostar train from London to Paris! Second class includes a meal with desert and wine! Way better than airport. Stores inside are stock with goodies and souvenirs. plus you get your passport stamped with their train logo …

For Potterheads, this place near Kings Cross station needs no introduction. Do not miss out the Harry Potter shop located within. It is incredibly crowded due to being a much frequented international train station, so be mindful of your surroundings and belongings.

  • Jyk Wong

Spectacular railway station - interesting architectural details. Recently underwent a refurb. Start your journey in stylish surroundings! If you have time before your journey check out the large shopping arcade along its central axis with many excellent shops.

  • Dr.Rizvie Salih

This is a very well maintained station terminus for the Eurorail and National railways. It's allways adviced to buy the tickets in advance for the journey. The ticket prices at the counters just before the journey is many times more than if booked in advance.

  • Sir Hiltons

This is a large station which takes a moment to work out how to get around. Luckily the staff are friendly and helpful and eager to help with directions and any issues. The waiting area at Eurostar is quite small when the departures are close together.

  • Jonathan Lau

We needed to take a train here to go to Nottingham. We also alighted here when we took the Thameslink from Gatwick Airport. Signage is clear despite being our first time navigating the station. Many shops as well. Overall, it is a nice train station.

  • Sabrina Chang

This is definitely a train station worths visits, even though you’re not taking a train here. I think it’s with more romantic atmosphere if you visit here during night time, but I’m sure it must also be an amazing experience visiting in the daytime.

  • Alexia Cheneau

Travelling from London to Amsterdam with Eurostar and their assistance service is top notch. It can be quite stressful to travel with reduced mobility but Jonathan was extremely friendly and helpful and the whole process was so smooth! Thank you!

  • Hypnorina

St Pancras train station is very well located in London. Bus, tube, trains, everything is there. If you miss your train, it's a very good place to wait for your next train. Shops, foodhalls, bookshops, drogerie, ifnyou like a shopping, gift

  • Preetha S Jenarthan

I took 2 trips (1 from London to Brussels and the other from Paris to London). The 1st trip was not as comfortable as expected, given the huge price I had to pay to travel. The wifi never worked throughout the journey and it was frustrating

  • Dennis Henshaw

Over the years this station as changed so much in my lifetime. From a station with just a couple of ticket offices and one cafe, to now as an International Hub for the continent via the Eurostar rail link. There are many cafes and shopping

  • Saad Remix

Beautiful station. Plenty of shops to visit and places to eat! Staff are lovely and helpful. Love travelling via Eurostar! Toilets located nearby. There is an M&S food too! Perfect for last minute food before travelling! Off to Paris we go!

  • logan dodsworth

3 times now in the past month when I have been trying to get through the ticket gates for platforms A and B the same two members of staff have been not only unhelpful but rude. Tallish man with brown hair and an older lady, blonde. Both

  • Mohammed

The architecture is really impressive, and as a French tourist I was amazed when I jumped out of the eurostar. I thought everything was gonna be perfect until I went to the toilets. It was disgusting. As soon as you went to the toilets,

  • Nikki S

Absolutely love this station but no matter how many times I come here I forget that platforms 1-4 are upstairs. I only remember when I get to the end of the row of shops and have to take the lift up and walk all the way back!

  • Tiffany Forbush

Absolutely stunning train station. The architecture is beautiful. It was really busy, but there are plenty of shops and places to eat while you wait. Found it easy to go through customs and traveled from St Pancreas to Paris.

  • Matthew Lawrence

Beautiful station, amazing architecture. It would be great if the toilets by the baggage storage could have new urinal traps fitted to stop the potent smell of ammonia, also ladies toilets need expanding. Constant queuing.

  • Chloe harvey

Lovely building design. Airport style look for the Eurostar. Modern building shops downstairs, small old fashioned looking shops upstairs like WHSmith and Greggs. Travelled on the EMR trains for Luton Parkway Airport.

  • Beau

Lots of shops and places to eat, prefer coming here then Victoria when getting the Southeastern Lines as it’s just a nicer experience and it’s convenient being able to have access to multiple different tube lines

  • Paul Roberts

It's huge with a somewhat confusing layout. The shops are a cut above the usual railway offering. They also need to do something about the ventilation, in my experience the place always stinks of diesel exhaust.

  • Amit Kumar

Amazing atmosphere and architecture of the station. You can get the train for France and other European countries. Famous for Harry Potter movie and many bollywood movies. Many options for shopping and foods.

  • Clare Larkin

Cannot praise Passenger Assistance enough, absolutely fantastic service from polite, helpful, caring staff. Made my challenging journey (with crutches & a heavy suitcase) so much easier! Thank you

  • Nereiq

The best station! You have 2 pianos, large space , great atmosphere in general. Great location to have some rest or when returning from work or france you can have a listen to some piano

  • Will Vaughn

Specifically for the Eurostar - Security and customs moved quickly, bag scan was easy and didn’t require removal of everything, and there’s a Pret in the lounge once you are through.

  • manish temani

Really like the station, huge with multiple platforms and connectivity to underground. Multiple eating options and shops inside. Lods of place to sit and very friendly staff

  • Azeem Ahmad

Beautiful station with very expensive shops. Make sure you buy your gifts before getting to the station. I say this every time as I always forget and Liter pay the price!

It's the best way to travel to Europe let the train take the Strain! Luggage allowance better than by Plane. Trains 2hrs 16min to Paris, 1hr 22 to Lille, 1hr 53 Brussels

Very big station. Quite scary at first, but then you understand that there are many information tables here, and all the mess has gone. Great place with real road vibes.

My friend had to get assistance to travel with Eurostar. And everything was really helpful and organised. The person who helped us, Jonathan, was incredibly kind.

To get on Eurostar to Paris(Nord station) you have to go to St. Pancras International station, London. It takes only 2 hours and 20 minutes from London to Paris.

  • ALL- CAPS

One of the nicest stations in the UK. Perfectly suitable infrastructure, which is modern and satisfactorily deals with the masses of people in the station.

Sometimes you need to be what you never was to be what you want to be. It is a beautiful station and has acquired international taste.

Some years since I have used KX. The station is a vast improvement to several years ago. Helpful staff, great first class lounge.

Large train station (also with Eurostar point of departure/arrival). Plenty of convenience stores, coffee shops and info points.

  • Bijay Shah

Convinently located with access from London public subway. Lots of places to eat and shopping.

  • Silvestre Roman

Typical train station. Cleaner than most stations I've been to in the US.

  • James H

Beautiful train station but a little overwhelming for the first visit.

  • Stephen Slade
