You can do stairclimbing workouts here without even realizing it. Great big meadow to hang out in and be social. But also... Lots of good little places to...relax...and be alone without having to worry about everyone invading your space, if u get my point.

What a peaceful stretch of greenery right in the middle of Harlem. Don’t let the map fool you, this park has lots of steps and will get your sweat on. The only reason I give it a 4 is because it’s not accessible for those who cannot use the stairs.

A great park regardless of the season! A dog park, great views of the beautiful " City College", Alexander Hamilton's yellow home offer a great contrast during the winter months. Lot's of stairs and hills offer a great run for person or dog!!

A jewel--indeed one of many--of Harlem. The winding walks and steep steps of Saint Nicholas Park are at the foot of famed City College and home to weekend pick-up sports, birthday parties, arts and music performances and plain good walking.

I have a good friend and brother that loves me, and I love her so much sweetheart I’m glad I had you and your family member. I’m so sorry I didn’t had a chance to take care of you at the moment because it was so fast I was out of my head

Didn't really notice the park because I was too distracted by the absolutely fantastic debauchery that is the West Indian American day parade . On any other normal day or weekend, I'm sure it's a great park! …

Lovely park with a dog run. Never too busy, except on some very nice days in the summer. It's relatively well maintained, but there has been some construction going on in one section for more than half a year.

Great dog run. Adequate size for large breeds. Fenced, clean and usually well populated with friendly owners and pups. Some construction at the moment but not intrusive. Hopefully it's to expand this park.

I celebrated my dear friends birthday . He turned 40 and all of us are artists so we ate, danced, and lifted him up. I did not know it would lift me up too. The sun shined brightly over us all.

Ol St. Nicholas has such a jolly park here! Tis the season to prance around being jolly looking at all the vixen abroad. Bring your pooch or furry friend and enjoy the park from Dusk to Dawn!

A beautiful escape from city life especially on the path higher up the hill, I just wish they maintained things a little better. You really have to watch out for some of the steps.

One of the best in NYC. Nice hill with a view at the top. Especially great in the summer for tanning. Good area for a walk

  • Anamul Haque

Quiet and steep park. Lots of exposed manhattan schist due to previous glacial actions. Great place for cardio exercises.

  • Yulia Kozionova

It is a beautiful place with all the equipment for picnic and playground
