The staff was friendly BUT I'M NOT happy with my stay here. The park looked dirty and run down, everyone staying there looked like they all did or still do drugs. You have homeless people sleeping around the parameters of the park, and during the night they come in to go through the trash. They have very limited spots available and because of that we were put right on the slab that people use to walk to the front office. So night and day we had people walk less than an arms length from our trailer. Our sewer line was new when we went there but when we left we had this weird one that was broken in many different places makes me feel like someone switched out our blackwater line. A tree fell on another man's trailer and they had another guy working to cut it up and remove it, fine.... But the guy was out there past midnight with a chainsaw cutting branches! Past MIDNIGHT!!!! WITH A CHAINSAW!!! we had no privacy, no space, and the amenities were not worth $200 a WEEK!! No pool, the laundry room was AWFUL, no chill areas for adults and no extra showers or restrooms. So why do much? For what? It should be less like $89 a week or less. I'm not happy with the stay, I feel like I paid to live in a trashy trailer park the kind which everyone makes fun. If you stay here you can maybe count on sewer and water and internet. The three basics.

Absolutely terrible! First of all, their prices are way too high for what they offer. I've stayed at much nicer parks and paid less. This place has had nothing done to it as far as maintenance. They claim they have had work done for improvement but it's all lies. 30 amp service.. .you are lucky to get 20 amps out of it. The manager has no clue as to the meaning of manager. She is beyond lazy yet claims she works all the time. Obviously not cleaning the laundry room or restrooms. And to top it off the manager is a chronic and habitual liar. The electric going to the RV sites is in such disrepair I am surprised nothing has caught fire yet. In the last week a 200 amp fuse has blown out leaving a good majority of the park without electricity for hours. And as usual, the manager has no clue and no spare fuses. I truly believe that the owner needs to bring someone in as manager that KNOWS what they are doing. I would have given less than one star if possible. Stay anywhere you want but please don't stay here. It is horrible.

DON'T STAY HERE! BE WARNED! DO NOT STAY HERE! This place is filled with full timers that are clearly meth heads! You will have homeless walking by your RV at all hours of the day and night! The owners obviously do not care about this place or maybe they are in the meth business as well.. the lady that runs the office does nothing but complain to whoever will listen, about never getting a day off.. but the park is in such disarray, I'm not sure what she does.. please don't do it! They want 200$ a week! For a laundry room used by the homeless all night, for a guy that cuts wood, with a chainsaw, at midnight, for a manager lady that burns only God knows what all day (she says it's just wood, but wood don't smell like plastic and other nasty things.). This place is trash and the city needs to shut it down!

Reasonable place to stay. Clean, but very out of repair and out dated. Office staff was friendly and helpful. We had to dig our water spigot out of a bit of mud, as it was a foot underground and it had been raining. Bathrooms were newly painted, had good showers with nice shower heads and new curtains. No mold visible nor could I smell any. $35/night with a 10% military discount. We would stay here again. Good location, small (maybe 38-40 sites). The man in the office said the place had a new owner who says he is going to do some serious renovations as soon as this season ends.

Over priced and run down. This "park" sits squarely in a rough neighborhood. While the city bus route gives you freedom of movement, the constant sound of bus traffic grates on you. There is an issue with "street" invaders, who like to wander in and pan-handle amongst other activities. The hook-ups vary in size and can accommodate large rigs. Water pressure is just above a trickle, as the 7th day of the leak saga presses on...Sewer lines back up quickly, so dumping tanks is a loooong process. All in all... Take a look elsewhere, and find a better place.

5/15/2017 I'll update later, but, so far I've called and spoken with the managers, made reservations, then on top of everything she sat on the phone and answered the many questions I had. We told her we'll be staying long term, got us all booked for it. 9/07/2018 I haven't been there for a few months now. But I miss it everyday. The time I spent there was always welcoming and homey. The people there really are a community that connect like family. The managers were kind and always helpful. Would recommend 5 out of 5 times.

Easy location to find on 40 and easy to use one of the selected overnight pull thru sites they have available. Lights around the sites helps with setting up after dark. Downside to after hours check in is that you do not get the wifi code and more importantly the bathrooms are keypad locked. So don't expect wifi or using their bathrooms. Overall it was a good overnight stop and would do it again if in the area when looking for a stop at night.

I do not recommend staying here! We stayed only one night, and could not wait to leave. It is very dirty and when I asked for the code to the bathroom, the manager told me only the men’s code and said she hasn’t cleaned the women’s yet today (at 10pm) so I’ll have to wait until tomorrow. My husband came back from the bathroom and said he refuses to use the facilities as they are extremely filthy. We did not feel safe there at all!

People were nice. Very congested with cars and trucks packed everywhere. On a main road, so be prepared for the regular sounds of busses and emergency vehicles. Lots and lots of junk at many sites. Oh yes, enter from the left unmarked driveway (left side of the abandoned building, by the bar), else your car might bottom out on the HUGE speed bump. I hit bottom in my Toyota twice in a week, even when moving at a snail's pace.

  • Michael Tristanio

It's a good place overall. The price may seem a little bit pricey, but all amenities are included in the monthly rate. Even WIFI. And if you were to add up everything separately such as lot rent, electric, water and etc, you would realize that the price is within reasonable expectation. Nice management and friendly people live here too. I have been here over a year and I highly recommend this place.

This is another run down over priced park!! at $200.00 a week it should be a clean and maintained park but its not! we stayed 1 week and left we had plans to stay for 3 months but didnt care for park! the manager was nice but the place is just run down and very close together spots to many full timers junk piled everywhere! location is a sketchy area ,we would not stay here again!

I stayed for 3 months, and got to know the community.. Management (Marsha) is heartfelt and genuine. She made us feel welcome. Other full timers are friendly and watch out for their neighbors. We will miss yall! Great winter park for contractors, with a coin laundry facility. Anything you could want, close by. Park is older, and calm. Will go back.

Convenient location for our needs. Mostly permanent residents. Manager was pleasant and helpful but the facilities (restroom and shower) was less than desirable. Only used the toilet for urinating. Definitely did not want to sit for other business. Will seek a different location on our next trip out west.

My husband and I stayed here with our 2 year old daughter and yes it’s close to the road and yes people do live here but man did we enjoy our stay while watching the games!!! The park itself is quiet and the people are friendly. The neighborhood looks rough but this park didn’t disappoint!!

  • Roberto Munoz

Just stay there last week. Park has been cleaned out since the last time I stayed. Great location near the Royals and Chief Stadium. Very convenient located of the freeway. Will continue to stay on my next trip thru Kansas City. Owners have made a lot of improvements to this park.

  • liz cress

Well this is mostly a permanent park with a few for over nite. We did not get much sleep due to the fact the neighbor was chopping wood till 3am. The bathrooms were disgusting i would not recommend a stay here unless you are desperate.

  • Drea Russo

We showed up late in the snow and got stuck. They pulled is out and then called to make sure that we were okay. They are the nicest people! The bathrooms are incredibly warm and the showers are amazing! I highly recommend this place!

  • Doug Price

I stopped in to check prices and available services. It seems to be priced lower than other RV parks in the area. It had basic services, e.g. a laundry room. I haven't parked my RV there yet, but intend to this coming summer!

  • Pete Bonavía

I really don't care for this trailer park people there are very noisy and a lot of trailers are covered by trees but the tree sap cover's the areas it's a dark tree sap.. wouldn't recommend this place to anyone..

  • Erin Croft

Run down, lots of garbage/junk around all the full-timers. Noisy. Ok for 1 night, not the best neighborhood. We payed $40.50 with military discount. Didn't use or even look at the bathroom facilities.

  • Evelyn Briden

Noisy serins every since I arrived. Close to busy road. Trashy looking park. The person, Martha is very nice very friendly . Was sort of leary to stay. Martha said tryingvto clean up. …

I like it here, the best City Camp for RVs , other than the PD. FD, Ambulance sirens blasting up and down hey you wouldn't have any idea what is outside the boundaries of Stadium RV Campground

  • Erin O'Brien

It is nice to have an option in the city to park an RV for short or long term stays. It seems to be well kept and clean, and pleasantly cut off from the busy street.

  • heather kelly

Had a great weekend camping. Marsha was a great host. We are going to plan another trip to come back just to visit her. Great location close everything.

  • Sweet Baby Sweet Baby

It's cool... Clean, not much traffic threw here, people are friendly talkative and welcoming not bothersome. Has bathrooms and guest laundry machines.

  • Tim Pruitt

Park is in demand of major repairs. Trash all over permanent residence sites. Will not stay there again. Open Water line just running down the road.

  • Mermaid Girl

We got in late for our reservation but we called and the owner was soo nice and helpful. We were able to get setup and get a good night sleep

  • john Roark
