I was somewhere skeptical about standard travels, but their professional services and friendly support pulled me down to write this review in just two days of my umrah trip with them. They are always available for your help right from the airport, helping old age pilgrims with their luggage and boarding the transportation to reach the hotel in Makkah. They provide healthy hyderabadi food, including fruit juices, fruits, coffee and special HYDERABADI TEA. Whenever i approached the managing director Mr Afzal, he welcomed me with a smile on his face and satisfying answer to my queries. The staff in the dining area will make sure you have enough and help you for everything you need from them. Visiting the holy places with a scholar who explains everything in detail and in clear URDU language with performing DUA is wonderful ***** Finally hotel is neat and clean, laundry service included in the package....... Their commitment was to provide the hotel in around 400 mtr in Makkah and i didn't trust them at all......But they did it.....its the second hotel on AlHijra road which is very near from HARAM. Additionally i will keep on updating my review before and after going to the Beautiful city of Madinah Munawwara, hope they will be consistent in their services and support........

My parents Md.Habeeb and Durdana recently went for a 15 days Umrah tour (19th DEC to 2nd Jan) and had the most amazing experience with standard travels. They were treated with utmost care and respect and were provided every single facility they would need. The food was served on time, fresh and delicious and were timely served snacks and tea/coffee. Their reception at the Jeddah airport was seamless and trouble free and was very well take care of. The tour and bus transfer to makkah was comfortable and made easy. From visa application to the flight back to HYD they didn't face a single problem. The hotels were comfortable, clean and close to makkah and madinah. I usually don't write Google reviews but the service provided by standard travels compelled me to do it. I give it 100 stars for their genuine hospitality and for taking care of my parents on their umrah trip. I highly recommend this tour agency to all. Amazing job.

Bad bad bad worst service please don't go with this travels,one of the worst decession that I have taken that I have gone umrha with this travels, very bad management bad food not proper response, we have spoil our health, one of the group member had died after coming to India due to bad quality of food One of the bad travels worst waste of money ,

Best service offered by standard travels, food was excellent, they took hajis for ziyarath both in Mecca and madinah accompanied by moulana who gives all details of every place we visit, permit for Riyaz ul Jannah visit was also provided at the earliest. I thank Janab Afzal Mahmood sahab for being very responsible during entire tour.

Recently I performed Umrah with Standard Travels, The service provided by them is excellent and satisfactory. Direct Saudi airlines flight, Hotels are very nearby to Harams both at Makkah and Madina, Food provided was very hygienic and tasty. Logistics is good and staff is very cordial and cooperative. Highly disappointed 28th March 2022 batch. This is definitely not the same service we got in 2019. Afzal Mahmood being on tour and still such chaos on food and no iftar for hajis. not expected. Very very disappointed. May allah guide them,
