I have constant issues with print quality here. Often there are streaks in the prints, or the wrong colours are used. It is impossible to speak to anyone on the phone as they do not answer it, and more than once orders I have placed online for pickup just disappear. I would recommend going elsewhere if you want quality work done.

Absolute garbage staples. Nobody has any clue what they're doing. They called me 5 times to ask about the print I sent in and STILL didn't manage to get it right. Also refuses to do anything in the shop unless you put in the order online. I've been to 3 staples this week and all the others were actually helpful.

The two people working at the solution shop on weekend (nov 13), absolutely hard working. They fall over each other to serve each customer promptly. Customers are not digital savvy but the two communicate excellent for you to understand. I appreciate it so much I'll return here for my copy needs.

Good store and staff to shop in. However they do not answer telephone calls easily and one wastes so much time trying to contact them. And their online printing for business cards does not work. Spent hours trying to design and save but lost all work repeatedly. Had to go to Vista for same job.

I was quite happy with the large format printing here but now I have a same day online print order that has not yet been printed several days later. No one picks up the phone and no one has contacted me even though I opened a ticket on the main website chat. This is holding me up on a project.

Big store with plenty of goods. What I don't understand is the fact that there isn't an entrance to the store from Keele St. Non-car users have to walk across a massive parking lot when the store could simply have an entrance at the busy and transit-accessible Keele St.
