Honestly honestly the best customer / client service. You could possible have. You can walk in from all backgrounds of life and be greater with kindness from smiles, and experience. I went in not feeling at my best. But honestly they never failed to brighten up my day. They have food that meets all joy. Whether you want to pop in quickly to take away. Go in and stay in or from they bring it home option. I can honestly say, I think there’s nothing startbucks could do Better, they key to keeping their customers happy is definitely shown within their staff. Fantastic 5* service. Good quality ingredients tasty food. Service with a smile, I was served by a young girl called Neelam professional and polite young girl. Very helpful and well mannered. i came into starbucks on monday for the first time in a few years, i was served by a very lovely lady i believe her name was Laylah. She had a very contagious smile and a positive attitude which was very welcoming! i asked if she could recommend me a few drinks as i hadn’t visited in a while, one of the few drinks she recommended was a caramel frappuccino which i what i ordered. The drink tasted amazing and was made so quickly. Laylah’s customer service was very welcoming and helpful, i will definitely be visiting again in the future :)

The worker jake with green hair absolutely ruined my day. She made my drink with ice and I so politely said to her I’m so sorry but I asked for no ice and she remade my drink with so much attitude when she handed me it back I had to stare at the cup twice. She gave me the drink half empty. I literally work at Starbucks it is Never that serious to act like that especially when I was so polite to the worker. It is literally just milk. If I paid for a drink I expect a full one. Her attitude was disgusting it’s not my fault you’re having a bad day

I recently visited this Starbucks location, and I must commend the friendly service provided by the gentleman at the front counter who efficiently took orders. However, my experience was marred by the demeanor of the lady making drinks. While I understand that everyone has their own personal issues, it's disheartening when the quality of my drink seems to suffer as a result. I ordered a white mocha, but it tasted more like a standard mocha. If I had wanted the standard version, I would have ordered that.

Went in for some drinks between coaches. Was served by the lovely Laylah, who had a lovely attitude and customer service. Helpfully selected a similar drink to what I wanted, as they’d run out of ingredients for what I wanted. Great speedy service with a smile, and they kept it clean and tidy in the seating area.
