For over three years now, I’ve tried to patronize this particular location, mostly due to the convenience of the location and my desire to patronize POC-staffed businesses when I can. But for over three years now, my orders, generally mobile, have either been wrong/damaged in some way, extremely late (more than 10 to 15 minutes for one or two very simple items), or completely MIA. And do not even get me started on the staffs’ generally unprofessional attitudes (not all of them, but definitely more than a few). Today, I ordered a short PSL and some egg bites. Not a tricky order. They did give me the egg bites—in a soggy, stained bag that was already starting to rip and through which I could see said egg bites. Yeah, I was gonna eat that. Sure. I asked about the ETA on my coffee. I was told it was coming right up. For the next 15 minutes, I watched quietly as other patrons were served; it seemed as though the louder and more overbearing you were, in general, the more the staff appreciated you and treated you well. There were a few others that also waited longer than they seemed to need to for their orders—we sometimes shot each other glances and shook our heads. The staff just shot me occasional stares and did nothing to help me. My perspective was that I asked about my order once, and the location wasn’t super busy at that time, so why did I need to remind them of my order? Plus, just putting it out there, I didn’t trust that they wouldn’t “tamper” with my coffee in some way if I complained. Due to the time, I eventually had to leave—empty-handed. I paid money for that order, and my treatment today as well as my similar treatment for the past three years has been disgusting and wrong, and the managers and staff of this location should be ashamed of themselves. I’m ashamed they’re in that neighborhood, as they contribute to the less-than-stellar reputation that many POC-staffed businesses already have. I will waste no more of my time on this pitiful location, never, and I will be complaining to the corporate office as well. SMH

I ordered a tall drink with no ice and was up charged for something I didn’t ask for. I’ve been to numerous other locations all over the city and not once was I ever upcharged. She tried to explain that the barista at the other locations was supposed to ask me if I wanted extra purée because the drink won’t be filled to the top. Either way neither one of them did and this is the first location that decided to do it on their own and then up charge me for it without my knowledge. I knew what I wanted and what to expect when I ordered it. I asked for a pastry because I figured I wouldn’t be able to get a partial refund. Once I was denied (which I wasn’t upset about) the cashier looked to me and asked “what do you want me to do” the other barista quickly put the ingredients together and said “here fill it up cause I don’t have time for it”. I proceeded to ask “am I getting a drink upgrade” because the drink not being full was never my problem, being charged for a size venti drink when I bought a tall was. A simple solution would to either give me the drink you charged me for or something complimentary for the inconvenience. Now they just gave me a partial refund, for the original price of the drink but not what I actually paid, which I decided not to make a fuss about since I kept the drink. But in all actuality after telling me I couldn’t get a complimentary pastry that would have totaled out to less than the refund I was given only hurt the business not me. Overall, the customer service was terrible or “ghetto”. Being frustrated with the customer because you overcharged them, showing irritable gestures and saying “I don’t have time for it” in front of the customer is highly unprofessional. I will never support this location again.

I've been to this place twice and I think a specific person working there likes to take short cuts. I tried giving them a second chance, but I don't think it's worth a 3rd trip. The first time, I ordered an Iced Chocolate Almondmilk Shaken Espresso and they didn't add the chocolate part and didn't say anything until I walked back in the store, because I noticed the taste and appearance was off. They didn't say sorry or anything, I had to ask for something else to make up for the part I paid for. The second time, my partner went in and got me a Chocolate Java Mint Frappuccino and they gave us a broken cup which you can tell they stamped the order label on the crack. My partner asked for the drink to be remade because when he handed it to me it spilled right on my shirt & light blue shorts. They decided to give him another cup instead. I told him that was not okay so he went in to ask for the drink to be remade because so much was wasted on my clothes and it was going to be wasted more on the second cup holding it. The person who remade the drink had an upset demeanor, even though he's not the one who made the mistake and he wasn't even asking for too much, considering the circumstances. I don't know the workers name who was there both times (they may be black & female if I had to assume for contexts sake) The only reason I gave two stars instead of one is because the other worker who gave me the restroom code wasn't rude and the drinks are fine when effort is actually put in.

The young lady who took my order was very nice but it was hard to even hear because one of the staff members were yelling to others in the back about the roast not tasting right. I ordered an impossible burger with no egg and no cheese. When I received my order it’s was cheese on it, not a lot but enough for me to return because I am allergic to cheese. One of the baristas told a gentlemen by the name of Kaleb who I later learned was the manager. He yells out how he did trade the cheese of with a nasty attitude and look towards me, I said there is cheese on it if you want to look, he rolled his eyes and started talking shhh to his basritas and they were laughing loud to antagonize me. He then yell for me to move from the counter which I didn’t because I’m waiting on my orders like others and he did not have a problem with me standing there until he was upset about me returning the sandwich. I have never in my life received such poor customer service at Starbucks never. I used to work for Starbucks and I know this is not the hospitality you want your customers to receive.

Me and my partner ordered a drink. My drink came out fine, but my partners drink came out with a cracked cup, and it was leaking. I looked at the cup and noticed the leak was behind the order sticker. I feel like the employee who made the drink saw it was leaking and gave us the drink anyway. I went to return the drink and ask for another one, but instead, she took the leaking drink and double cupped it. This was unacceptable. I told the barista that this wouldn't work, so she made another drink like requested the first time. This location is convenient, but unfortunately, it's customer service is lacking. It's sad because I already aspected bad customer service because, let's be honest, it's 87th.

I'm back again, and I love coming here I couldn't figure out how to write a new review, so I'm editing my old one. Went to Starbucks today and ordered my favorite venti white chocolate mocha frappuccino. I pulled up to the window, and I saw the barista pouring my Drink and she had some left over and I automatically assumed that she was just going to throw it away, but but but to my surprise The Lord came through and she poured it in a cup and gave it to me I was soooooooo excited. I almost cried. Good, great customer service. Just wish they weren't so understaffed, but they work hard.

I come here 2-3 times a week with one kid while I wait for the other kid to finish at school. It is our go to spot to grab a snack and do homework. There was some weirdness with the hours in the fall but now the seating area is normal hours. I usually order 2 frappuccinos which I can only imagine are a pain to make. I’m usually flustered every time I order because the drink names are like 10 words long. I’m they are patient with me and that is very nice and appreciated.

I’ve never visited this location as I live too far. However, the moment I walked through the door I was welcomed by a young lady with braces and a friendly smile. Then as I approached the order counter another lady with short hair was making another drink. Although she couldn’t immediately take my order, she acknowledged my presence. This awesome service trickled all the way to the guy who gave me my oatmeal. Thank you all for being phenomenal in every way. It makes no sense that everyone one in the store, including the manager, can comfortably confirm they have no idea what ingredients are in the sandwiches. I asked what type of cheese was in a wrap because the menu didn’t specify and multiple staff commented “we don’t know, that stuff is pre-made”, so I asked can someone read the packaging or ingredient list? And I was told no. That just seems very odd to not know the ingredients in the products you sell.

A great, always busy Starbucks. The staff is friendly and drinks are made fast for volume. There are always 5 or 6 cars in the drive through and the inside usually has a small crowd. Overall, they have more of a selection of goods to buy than my area Starbucks and the sandwiches taste better. Wait time ranges from 5 to 15 minutes which I think is normal.

Don’t waste your time at this Starbucks location. I don’t usually complain when I have to wait for service but the lack of attention from the baristas is astounding. They lost all the stickers for my orders and when they did make the drinks, they were incorrect. When spending $27 you would expect the service to be good but it wasn’t. I won’t be visiting this location again

I am very disappointed in the service on today. I ordered through the mobile app as usual to avoid the drive thru and walk in to pick up my order. When I arrived the store is locked and I am told I would need to go in the usual long line in the drive thru to get my already paid for order. I understand mistakes happen but this is poor management. The mobile should have been turned off.

I had a hard day and needed an after work Starbucks drink. An employee by the name of Mitchell was extremely kind with a beautiful smile. Service is always pleasant. I'll assume the lack of certain ingredients or specific menu items is due to the pandemic and shipping issues that are currently going on. I appreciate the staff offering other suggestions for replacements but it has made me alternate my plan for my purchase more often than I would like.

I go here quite often and I never have a problem, went there tonight for a drink and some treats and it was no line and the service was fast. The employees were also nice and polite. only time is hectic is when there’s a long line burn other than that it’s always been pretty good service.
