Starlet shoes online website should be banned! worst experience ever. I ordered 4 pairs of shoes online and they were all so below benchmark and international standard sizes. I called them on, emailed them but no reply, thankfully they answer on whatsapp. When I asked them to return these shoes, they said they don't have any return policy. then I asked for the invoices for my shoes as I didn't get them, they took so long to provide them and that also only the invoice numbers. Then I went to their Wapda Town / PIA outlet to exchange and the staff there was even worse. They refused to exchange as they didn't have those articles. And finally, when I was able to find an outlet where they exchanged, there were not my sizes available and I ended up spending Rs.15,000 on trash items in exchange! My questions here are: 1. Why Starlet Shoes Pakistan do not provide the online buyers with the invoices? Why do a customer has to ask them for the purchase invoice? 2. Why isn't there any refund policy? 3. Why your outlets refuse to exchange the items? 4. Why don't you have any reviews options on your website? You have lost a loyal customer over these dumb mistakes forever!

Had a really terrible experience , upon entrance I asked that why isn't a dedicated parking for the customers of the shop. They said we have specifically cordoned off our front parking because we don't offer free parking for the customers and customers have to pay to park in order to enter the shop. Then I said that this is no way , with such sort of service a customer must not come to this shop. The sales man called "Faisal " said in a very rude manner that its your choice. Hence I left the shop immediately with my wife. This was height of non professionalism , rather than showing apologetic attitude or solving my issue they acted least bothered if a customer is to come or not. Hence I noted that this shop had zero customer as compared to other shoe brands nearby such as stylo or heels , mainly because their staff had a v polite attitude. I personally don't see a future with this behaviour for this outlet. Very disappointed with starlet as a brand. We don't only pay for the product but we also pay for the experience of shopping. Strongly urge all the customers to know their rights.

Starlet has flat 30 % sale and women shoes variety is good but men shoes variety is old.
