One of the worst customer service. I have account there, when ever I go they will be doing their own job, talking to their friends and colleagues. Only one counter will be working all the time. I don't know what the other counters will be doing. As per the RBI rules one person should be at the counter to attend the customers they are not following it, they go for lunch, tea break etc. Due to which customer are dissatisfied. Any customer who goes to this branch at least they have to spend 50 to 60 min to get it done. I request the SBI to please take necessary action.

My parents have accounts their... whenever they go for anything... they won't respond properly and they say don't waste our time... the worst sbi branch I have seen... for updating phone number also takes months time... I am closing my parents account here... the worst worst bank ever.. they are lazy to do work... simply for timepass they are coming for work

They don't do all the works at once though all the documents are in place. Gives typical govt office work feel though all the facilities are at their hands. Went to open bank account for my mom and I don't see that phone number is updated. Internet banking isn't correct. They made us go from one counter to another repeatedly.

I visited this branch recently and the staff were good. Follow the token protocol. Be clear with your request and explore all channels online before visiting any bank branch for that matter. I have rather seen the opposite cases where customers kept irritating staff despite having provided clear instructions.

SBI Dommasandra was very helpful and insanely responsive when it came to helping me with the disbursement of my education loan. Mr Chandan Verma and Kanika JAUHARI deserve special mentioning and were extremely helpful during the process and certainly changed the way I perceived sbi banking to be .

I visited many times for multiple purposes like opening a saving account, opening SSY account, for KYC update, nothing was done. I have stopped visiting this branch. Looks like SBI has too much money to employee such lazy people. …

One of the worst SBI Branch. Only one counter is open and highly under staffed. Please go there, only If you are ready to waste 2 to 3 hrs.

Manager never respond to calls. Even after repeated calls. I have to open MF and NPS account, but SBI is not responding.

I was submitted Xerox copy of Aadhaar for updating my KYC 1 week ago but it is still not done.

Branch was helpful in getting my loan sanctioned. Good service by Branch staff.
