Multiple delivery delays, wouldn’t order anything from this company if you want a reliable and quick service. We canceled our order and they didn’t even care. Clearly by the reviews it’s a case of sell a product they don’t stock, then try work out the logistics of buying it. Worse experience with a online seller this year.

I bought a Breville Food processor from Stax on Amazon over a week ago for $589.00. Today they cancelled my order and relisted it at $649.00! Absolutely Disgusting! 18 months ago I purchased a TV from this site which was then suddenly out of stock. A refund was promised, but was never received. I was told that once staff were back at the warehouse after Covid that it'd be processed. But that never happened, and they refuse to communicate. $1300 simply stolen.

This company is a joke. Complete lack of communication. I went above and beyond to work out what was happening with my hair dryer ordered in August, sending several emails with no reply or response. I usually don't leave negative reviews but I am beyond mad about this.

Price was the best I could find which is always a bonus. Whilst there were delays from the manufacturer out of Stax's control they kept me informed of progress and refund options at each step. Personalized delivery was also a nice touch. So good service all around.

This is a dead website. If you like paying money for goods that you won't receive then this is the place for you. Nearly a month since I pay over $2000 for a fridge - no fridge, no refund and lack of communication. Visa will now have to claw the money back.
