I`ve been dealing with Heather for 3 years, I never had a single problem. When I was talking with her about moving from one company to Desjardins ( use to be state farm at the time) she expend 1 hour over the phone with me to go over price, discounts and to make sure I was covered, on top of that she mention about my apartment insurance and how I could save money and be covered for house and car. After couple years I emailed her because I was moving from my apartment to a new house ,and in FEW MINUTES she replied my email and by the end of day EVERYTHING was done and changed to my new address. Steve Marchese's team has to be the most helpful, friendly, responsive teams I have ever dealt with! I have made SEVERAL calls to them over the past six years and they are always ready, willing and honest when it comes to any question or problem I may have. It was a great experience having my auto insurance policy with Steve at Desjardin, his representative, Heather was very responsive to emails and calls, and I was always able to have my concerns addressed immediately. They were readily available to assist with policy changes or just answer/provide suggestions to other other policy related concerns. I had to unfortunately leave my agent since I moved out of the area/due to other reasons, but I will highly recommend Steve.

Steve used to be my insurance agent when Desjardins was still State Farm. It was very difficult to reach out for anything other then sales. After I requested and then followed the process to end my policies, Steve had neglected to cancel my policies and another month of insurance premium was withdrawn from my bank account. I had to escalate to the head office for resolution. There was also Heather with a hot temper. I'm surprised to see this firm is still in business.

I shopped around quite extensively, and Desjardins offered the most competitive car loan rate in town, far better than what my own and other banks were offering! Heather Roncari was so competent and efficient! She helped me chose the best type of loan for my situation, and the paperwork was processed in no time.
