Don’t waste your time ; lack of management; room just ok ; poor plumbing and rules change per shift when requested a manager given run around and rates are not reasonable nor or they professional folks in the parking lot blasting music at 4am management slamming down the phone because they can’t control the noise of guests about to call police some one gone refund me no way folks should be parked in the lot outside rooms making that much noise

Be careful, they had rats the last time we were there. There was one rummaging through our things so I ran to the desk at 2am and asked for our money back but she said the best she can do is give us another room smh! This was like 2 years ago so maybe they changed but I rolled passed there last summer and saw a rat van outside so idk.

We had our tub reverse and back up some kind of a black substance in room 47 we were told that this is because all of the tubs are back to back we were unable to shower and was told we couldnt get another room to shower we were given a discount of 10 on our next room which we will not be returning there do to poor service and unprofessional establishment we were treated poorly for our money

This has got to be the stupidest hotel I've ever been in. Not only is there some ragedy ass black chick talking over the intercom 24/7 but there's arguments happening every damn time my head comes off of the pillow. Your only allowed 3 days to stay which is quite stupid why would you turn down money???!!! Seriously this is a hotel for hookers and people of the night.

It looks nice on the outside, but get inside one of these rooms, and the only thing that comes to mind is, " trickin off" lmao. !!!/I am so serioustho there r cleaner then most of the other motels around here...

The 1st room didn't have a cut off switch on the lamps. Not 1 but both lamps. I called the office, they sent over the maid. I looked under the 2nd lamp shade n discovered the part that holes the light bulb in place wasn't connected to the lamp. Crazy n a fire hazard. The next room had a group of people arguing but they got quite about a couple of hours later.

Omg found a beg bug in room 35 killed it in tissue told the older lady at the desk and she told me it was not a beg bug that yall don't know what a beg bug is there small and you can't see them witch is true but that had been in there for a long time bitting people it was big I should have took a picture

I stayed there for 2 days and on the second night around 4am I was itching so I got you and it was a bed bug on my bed and I brung it to the attention of the receptionist and they told me that’s there is nothing that could do about it

My truck was stolen right in front of my room and office personnel refused to help or call police! They didn't care one bit! There are people standing around outside watching you that don't have rooms and their surveillance cameras don't record certain rooms! I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay here!!!!!

My room was cool it didn't feel creepy, it was very clean and spacious for a motel, the hot water was on point. There were no strange people standing around. I didn't see any roaches or bed bugs.For its purpose it was great. Hourly and overnight rates are reasonable. Room 21. And yes I will go back.

Very BAD customer service VERY BAD phone service I'm a manager at at top stores in Chicago and I called to reserved a a weekend and the way the employees talk to me and the way they answered my questions I will not be spending anymore of my money with this place More

It's good for a quick visit with that special someone or just a quickie...the rooms are decent but regular, it looks like the rest. But it will do what you need it to do at the moment and that's either get some rest or no rest at all...

Nice, quiet and comfortable. The price is right and you (I) don't feel like you (I'm) been watch from some hidden camera. Take your own music if you want to listen to music. Or you can sing to your partner? All and all 5 stars.

People from out of town are treated rudely and charged a ridiculous price the night shift had an attitude and when trying to explain of the misinformation because of not being from out of town the person's attitude got worse

You all toilets are leaking. I told the worker on the evening shift. She got upset and bared me out of the hotel. GOD is good, but they will be hearing from my lawyer. I'll never spend my money here again. More

A little high 89.00 per day I rather stay at the plaza inn in Riverdale for 50.00 way bigger room but the stony island motel is closer to downtown if u u got money to waste then thumbs up

Its nice but that motel rates are pretty hi for very cheesy entertainment. Also, they should do background checks of everyone thats renting rooms there. Im just saying ✌

My guy and i just needed a place to get away from the house for a couple of hours... The hotel was clean and comfortable.. I suggest you bring your own toiletries

It's alright just needs more reasonable prices especially if your charging 69$ and there's no mini fridge there's barely no cable like are you serious …

One of the clerks are friendly which is the only reason for 3 star rating. The rooms are too pricey $79 Sunday thru Thursday $89 Friday&Saturday ridiculous.

The only thing is that they don't have non smoking rooms. That's something they should incorporate is non smoking rooms too for people who don't smoke.

The room that I had was very clean and it also has bugs I pulled my cover back and a bug I never seen before came crawling down my pillow
