Stratus Event Center

Overall not a great concert experience. The place was WAY overfilled, audio wasnt very good and it was HOT. Drinks weren't too expensive tbh, but they really only had 1-2 bartenders working each side and the rest were all focused on orders from the tables, it took FOREVER to get drinks. I had one lady take my order only for her to change course and focus on the orders coming in from the servers. Edit in response to the owner: the venue isn't "premiere" it's just another venue and I'll accept that the band didn't use the sound system provided by the venue. No one is saying that you aren't making sales, my point is that you don't have enough bartenders or that the bartenders that you do staff mainly focus on orders coming from tables, not those of us waiting in line for drinks. Edit #2: You cant compare a stadium to a club/bar, but since you did, I can say I've waited less at larger events with less bartenders. Again, I had a woman take my order only for her to shift her attention to the orders coming from the waitresses from the tables. You may need to consider that 15 bartenders may not be enough, reconsider how they are being trained or the organization of the bar areas.

We went to see Conjunto Primavera and Rieleros del Norte last night HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! firstable, that place was over crowded I did not see a sign with a full capacity number of people allow in the place, air conditioning at worst, it was working but with so many people in there it feels like sauna, we were socking wet not to mention that they didn't have water available for sale at the bars stands, also sound was horrible due to the poor and cheap quality of the speakers I was trying to keep up with the group but I couldn't understand because the horrible sounds. sometimes I have to guess wich song they were playing, then we ask if we can get chairs for the girls so they can seat down $ 50.00 per chair we were four couples so on top of a very expensive entrance ticket, so like I mentioned before it was so hot in there floor was all very wet a lady slept and fell I can go on and on, I don't think I ever go back to this getto and cheap place.

Went there for a concert. The concert itself was good. However they only have one bar. Took an hour to get drinks waiting in long lines. Good thing they let you buy buckets of beer. The venue would be better suited for weddings or smaller formal events with smaller crowds. It would help if they had two smaller satellite bars on each side of the room that only sold beer to help keep the lines moving and keep patrons happy. Wouldn't recommend going to a concert there unless your already lit or pregame beforehand especially if you like to have your brewskis. Interesting that I finally got a reply from management 2 years after my review. I can only guess there is new management coming in to improve things. I liked the venue and I'd give it a second chance If they get a DJ Scorpion to perform

If I could give it a 0 I would I was there last Saturday and I was jumped by 3-4 girls and yet I was the one who got kicked out I better get my refund doors also were suppose to open at 6 and they opened after 830 I have vids of all the angles and it shows I was minding my business my daughter needs a liver transplant and I went crazy bcz they stole my phone and the security did nothing to help me I will never know if I got a transplant call that night.

Terrible. No mention that seats will quickly get taken. Who wants to watch Rage in the Cage for 3 hours, standing up? I wouldn't have a problem with it if they would have communicated that in any of their marketing materials. Waited 40 minutes in line, with tickets already purchased. Asked to upgrade to an (overpriced) "VIP" table, just to be told "no its too late". Walked out as soon as I got in. What a waste of $100.

Great concerts but to full for the place. You feel as if you'll pass out, you can't dance, everyone is pushing. In so much need of capacity regulation. Funny how whoever manages this place instead if trying to fix the problem, they try and make any excuse. Read all the replies to these comments. Fire chief should come check it out on a night with a group. Let's see if they are really in compliance.

Que servicio tan mas CAGADO! Con toda el sentido de la palabra. Paga uno un chingo para entrar y luego la mesa, a un lado del escenario mesa 1, y nunca llego una mesera, y la unica que tuvimos que pedir para que fuera tardo un chingo para llegar y no se diga para llevar bebidas. Lugar necesita mejorar un chingo y si quieren cobrar como lugar de categoría ofrezca primero buen servicio!

Nos encanto este lugar, es espectacular para despejar la mente, rumba sana y gente linda... Gente latina espectacular, me encanto la atención de Carla!!!... Mil gracias por traer al sonero del mundo Oscar de León... Que nivel de evento!, perfecto sonido, iluminación... Gracias por permitir a los latinos disfrutarnos en un ambiente tan grato!

Es un buen lugar, los precios de entrada varían dependiendo el evento y el lugar donde deseas estar, No recomiendo reservar en en el area privada, ya que no hay suficiente ventilación y pagar por estar ahí no lo vale! La atención de las meseras es bueno y el area es general es agradable para pasar un buen tiempo con us amigos.

The place is not equipped with the right amount of seating areas for the amount of people they take in. They pack you in like sardines with barely any room to move around in and very little air-conditioning makes it very hard for you to enjoy the event. First and last time attending any events here.

Was told by a guy who didn’t even look like a bartender that he wasn’t taking our order if we’re not gonna leave a tip. Tips are opcional, not required! If he wasn’t getting tipped was bc he was being rude to everyone

Worst experience ever HOT BEER, SLIPPERY FLOORS, TOO CROWDED, BAD SERVICE AT YOUR VIP TABLE!!!! (SO DONT FALL FOR THE VIP TABLE) THIS IS THE WORST PLACE TO SEE A CONCERT SO IF YOUR READING THIS REVIEW BEFORE YOU GO. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!

I was there for the all white affair and I am highly upset I didn't get what I paid for....trey songz didn't perform who I paid to see and also got backstage passes which didn't include what I was told it came with

The Strat was off the chain. Good vibe, good food, safe environment. Black Diamond Entertainment and staff was great. July 21 Dipset will be rocking the Strat. I’m there as well

Giving one star is far to generous. The staff is rude and their events are unorganized. No one should have to pay another entry fee after paying for tickets to see an artist perform there at their location.

The venue is awesome! The Rage in the Ring Muay Thai on Fridays is super exciting, those young men and women go hard in the paint! Very entertaining and edge of your seat action! No seat is a bad seat!

Both of their phone numbers don't work the number here or the number on Facebook so when it says call for info on any of their Flyers or posts you get no info …

Very big and nice place. I was there on November 9 and they had a bar plus 2 side stations selling beer. Great event and had a great time. Highly Recommended
