Stride Physio is the best physical therapy practice in the world, hands down. This may sound dramatic, but Trevor and the staff here have literally changed my life. After six years of two right knee surgeries, knee instability, chronic pain, and over a half dozen physical therapists in three states from high school, college, to now, Stride Physio helped me turn everything around. After ten months, today was my last session. Six years ago I completely blew out my right knee skiing off a jump: ACL tear, grade III MCL tear, and meniscus tear. I had a surgery, went through intense athletics-based PT within the Stanford University collegiate training program, and went to college elsewhere and played an NCAA sport. I had instability, chronic pain, and was in constant fear for five years. One year ago I was playing pickle ball and blew out my right knee again. ACL and meniscus tear. I was devastated, and they told me I already had arthritis in my knee at 21. I had another ACL reconstruction and meniscus repair, and the procedure was not pretty, they had to do more since my knee was in such bad shape, and they found the previous surgery was not as good as it could've been. I moved to Seattle and found a PT in SLU, but they weren't as good as I wanted them to be, so then I came to Stride in August of 2022. I saw Trevor and he has helped me recover for the last ten months. The 1:1 focus, knowledge, and care at Stride is unmatched, and Trevor is so incredibly professional, casual, and kind. All of the therapists help each other and constantly are trying to improve, and the front desk staff were very kind to me. It is such a positive, healthy, and encouraging environment. Stride felt like a second home to me, and would always turn my day around. Many times I'd have a terrible and discouraging day, but I would walk in and be warmly greeted by the front desk staff and have a productive session with Trevor, and I would come home feeling amazing. The depth of knowledge that all of the therapists have is incredible, and the attention to detail and respect for the patient's needs is above and beyond. They somehow strike the perfect balance of pushing you to your potential, while ensuring you aren't in too much pain and respecting your body's needs and limits. The equipment they have is adequate and they have everything you'll need. They have a large range of treatments from soft-tissue massage to cupping to squatting in their gym. They even offer yoga on Thursdays. The billing is clear, and the system they use for at-home exercises is effective. Now, I am biking 50+ miles, hiking, running, and signed up for a triathlon in August. My knee feels stronger than it has since before my first tear back in 2018, and my mental health is better than it's been in a long time. I have Stride to thank for all of this. If you are looking for a physical therapist, don't even think, just come to Stride, you won't regret it.

Trevor Farmer is hands down the best physical therapist I’ve ever worked with. I’m a very active person, and regularly stretch, sleep and eat well. So when I had this reoccurring knee issue for 6 months, I knew it was time to see a professional. My first referral sent me to a national chain of physical therapists (I won’t name names), but I immediately knew they were not interested in healing me, just setting up more appointments. Stride Physio was my 2nd and last attempt at seeing a PT, and I was blown away. I voiced my concerns to Trevor and when he said that “my goal is so you don’t come back” I knew I was in good hands. He took the time to explain what he thought was the issue, taped my knee, showed me exercises, and emailed me a digital copy of everything that day. I was so impressed. After a few weeks I came back for follow up, my knee was better and I sought his advice on back pain from working at a computer all day as a secondary issue. Something I thought I’d live with forever. Not true, Trevor examined me, showed me some other exercises and I haven’t been back since for both issues. Needless to say, I’m going to always return if I ever have issues. And I’ve already referred folks to see Trevor at Stride Physio. I can’t say enough good things about him and the culture of this facility. If you’re even questioning about seeing a professional, like I was, JUST DO IT! They are the experts and will guide you through the road to recovery. Thanks a bunch Trevor. Hopefully I don’t have to see you again! But if I do, I look forward to it. - Cody

My Story: ------------------------- • Mid-May -- INJURY: Playing pickle ball after a 15-mile run and I tore my gastrocnemius muscle for the 2nd time in 3-years :( • May-July -- IMMOBILE: In Leg brace then boot and PRP injections. • Early July-Early October-- PT: I start PT at Physio and worked with Isabella. I went into the office every 1-2 weeks to not only rebuild the gastroc but to learn how to use hip-abductors and glutes much more actively during my mountaineering objectives as an injury-prevention strategy. Not only did I do standard PT, but there was also cupping therapy, therapeutic muscle massage/scraping and I LEARNED SO MUCH about how to better approach recovery and muscle maintenance as I geared up for my expedition. • November -- Climbing expedition in Nepal and summit my first Himalayan peak-- Ama Dablam. Final thoughts ------------------------- Stride Physio was pivotal to my success and working through a major muscle injury that occurred right as I was training up for the big climb. The in office work, PT homework / app, PT staff (Isabella is great!) was all around enjoyable and hyper effective at gearing me up for my objective and providing injury-prevention strategies for the future. Thank you!!

I worked with Tim at Stride Physio for about half a year. This was the BEST pt experience I've had... which is to say, I haven't needed one since! I've been to a few other physical therapists who were mostly associated with/internal referrals from one of Seattle's largest healthcare orgs. Those experiences were mildly helpful, but not enough to become active again--just OK for pain management. Those other places felt impersonal and focused on getting me out the door as soon as possible. By contrast, Tim at Stride was amazing! He was so helpful in considering all of the interconnected issues I was having. When an exercise wasn't working quite right, he was super thoughtful and versatile with adjustments to tailor exercises to my body, to ensure that treating one problem area didn't exacerbate another (which had previously been an issue for me). During and after working with him, I felt (and still feel) a sense of hope and gratitude for being able to be more active with my body than I had in the prior seven years. This is what physical therapy should be like. Thank you so much to the team at Stride!!!

Bella is awesome. She really listens to the patient and trust that we know our bodies. She takes a very holistic approach to treatment that looks at the whole body systemically and how it all works together. I've seen gains over the last few weeks working with Bella that I've never seen before with other PTS. Having a chronic health condition many previous pts have told me that certain things are just how my body and my life will be. With Bella I've been able to get relief from some chronic pain that I have never really felt relief from in my adult life. I highly recommend. Very competent and compassionate care. One minor thing I would mention is the table we use for therapy is a little narrow and for someone like me who struggles with vestibular issues and weak joints it doesn't provide enough space for me to feel like I'm not falling off the table. Having a slightly more sturdy wider table would help me fully relax during therapy to get the most out of it.

I've been blessed to find Stride & specifically Andrew, an exceptional professional body healer. I was delighted to wake up in the dark rainy morning to continue my 2nd treatment, only to find out i had the wrong day. At that moment, one of the other PTherapists became free when her client didn't show up. I was reluctant to start over with someone new, and the office manager at the desk encouraged me with logic and assurance that i wouldn't regret it. She was so right on! I'm happy that i accepted. Now i have two exceptionally trained knowledgeable PT's guiding my physical healing. One visit with Andrew has improved my neck/shoulder pain, and now Lexie has begun helping my stiff, cranky femur hip to wake up to happier body support. I'm grateful for medicare and Blue Cross to provide this life-improvement service, and to Stride's brilliant, passionate servants.

Stride Physio is fabulous! I’m a runner and aggravated and injury while I was in Seattle. I sent Stride an email asking if I could make an appointment soon. One of the Client Care Coordinators, Phuong, emailed me back and offered an appointment time with PT Suzanne Soine and walked me through the intake process. I saw Suzanne, who diagnosed the issue right away and, as importantly, was kind and empathetic during a frustrating time. My session with Suzanne was so helpful that I did another session with her while I was in Seattle. She has sent me follow up emails asking about my progress, and I’ve scheduled an appointment with her for my next visit to Seattle. Stride’s space is bright and inviting, and they have a treadmill and other tools on site. I highly recommend both Stride and Suzanne.

Isabella was great and did a detailed assessment of issues and the exercises she suggested was helping quite a bit. however their cancelation policy is not great. I totally understand the value of the therapists time and the need for the policy. BUT $125 for cancelation for anything within a 48hr window with is a bit much. As a mom of 2 little kids also working full-time, things do crop up now and then and having to commit to $125 penalty is not something I can afford. I wish it wasn't this way, but sadly I am going to have to find another place and not stress about things that might crop up. I would suggest a tiered approach with upto $50 as penalty which in my mind is fair and at par with what other establishments charge for cancelations

I moved to Seattle in 2020, mid pandemic, & had to find a whole new support system. My dentist recommended Laurie at Stride & I felt I’d won the jackpot! Wish I’d had her care years ago! The improvement in my quality of life was dramatic. That might sound effusive but there is no other way to describe how I feel. The focus wasn’t limited to just my knee or my back because it is all connected. I am in better shape now than I was 10 years ago. I am now working with some of the other therapists as I prepare for a knee replacement & I am so glad I have their expertise to get me ready I highly recommend this practice!

  • Marla Kaufman

I can't speak highly enough about Andrew Lisitsky at Stride Physio. Not only is he the most skilled PT I've ever worked with, he is also a gem of a person with an infectious positive attitude. I am doing pre-work with him before having knee replacement surgery to get into the best shape possible. He has eased my anxiety about the surgery by patiently answering all of my questions and even introducing me to another client who had the operation a few months ago, so I could talk to someone with first hand experience. I know that my recovery will go as well as it can with Andrew's expert guidance.

  • Tricia Jewell

From the moment you contact Stride, you can tell how much they care about their clients. The front desk staff is so great, helping figure out insurance and working through the scheduling process. I’ve seen Laurie and truly look forward to my sessions with her. She applies her extensive knowledge to problem solve and provides an effective, clear treatment plan. She is patient, consistent, and provides the highest quality of care. The best physical therapist I’ve ever seen – and has the best dog, big shout-outs to my emotional support dog, Ziggy!

  • Elysse Zelenko

I’ve been going to Stride Physio for years, since it’s inception. Every PT I've seen there has been excellent. I’ve never been disappointed. I recently completed therapy with Bella. She is very knowledgeable and provides a safe, welcoming, and comfortable environment. She takes time to explain how & why each exercise is important and made sure I performed it correctly before moving on to the next steps. I found her emphasis on breathing techniques especially helpful. I highly recommend Bella and Stride Physio.

  • Dean Keteri

I have been working with Andrew Lisitsyn for about a month since switched PT providers and it has been night and day. As a pretty athletic person, I was looking for a place can adjust based on you athletic ability. After being at RU previously, I realized that EVERYONE did the same warmup every single time no matter the age difference or the injury for the first 30-40 minutes. At Stride, I was given a personalized routine after assessing the injuries that I currently have.

  • Andrew Cardillo

Trevor Farm and the entire staff at Stride Physio provided outstanding care, attention to detail, and communication throughout my time with them. Trevor identified several root causes for my joint, back, and neck pain, and over the course of a few months developed an integrated maintenance plan that's allowed me to eliminate this pain altogether. I highly endorse Trevor and the entire team for anyone looking for high-quality Physical Therapy. Thank you Stride!

  • JR Sims

Stride has been instrumental in my journey to feeling better. I would recommend them to anyone in need of physical therapy. The office environment is positive, friendly, and naturally lit. In terms of equipment and treatment, it has everything you need. All of the physical therapists I've interacted with lean on one another, offer insight and peer feedback, and seem committed to excellent patient care. Billing is prompt, fair, and transparent. 10/10.

  • Chuck Blevens

Trevor and Andrew - my PT’s at Stride Physio - have been incredible to work with in my recovery from a pinched cervical vertebrae nerve. They are consummate professionals - from their diagnosis, to listening intently to my description of symptoms, to prescribing a mobility/stability regimen that’s virtually eliminated my pain through the first six weeks of therapy. I can’t say enough about what a lifesaver their care has been. Thanks guys!

  • Sonya Wilkins

I have been to various physical therapists in my lifetime, and I can say that Andrew is the best physical therapist I have had the opportunity to work with. He gave me a very thorough assessment in which he observed issues in my body which I hadn't known before. The exercises he assigned me are understandable, and he knows enough not to overwhelm me with too many exercises. I look forward to working with him in the future.

  • Vance And Alexa Thompson123

Stride Physio is a very comprehensive physical therapy practice. From the front desk to the therapist, a top notch group of people. In my last 25 years of injuries and surgeries, I have gone to many physical therapy practices but none can compare to Stride Physio! My therapist Suzanne, demonstrates and explains the exercises in a way that encourages me to regularly do them...not something I can say for other practices.

  • Caralee Cheney

Trevor is very professional, relaxed and friendly. He has excellent focus on the problem as it changes with progress. He adjusts the at home stretches after each visit to address the issues as they are currently. He has been easy to work with and his treatments very successful. I recommend him highly. I am a tennis player so have been to a few physical therapists over the years. He has been by far the most effective.

  • Wen Yang

I've come to Stride while training for multiple marathons. Sometimes right when I start feeling aches and pain, sometimes when I'm clearly injured. I've worked with multiple staff and they've all been able to help me not only mitigate the injury but also prevent the injury from occurring in the future. I've also appreciate them fielding my questions regarding longevity in running and how to stay active as I age.

  • Candice Culp

I had a great experience with the front staff as well as the PT. My appointment was for a very specific issue and the front desk was able to connect me with the right person that had a lot of experience with it. The PT himself (Andrew Lisitsky) was kind, listened, and was able to provide me with additional information that others could not due to the nature of the injury. I look forward to my next appointment.

  • Dana A

Wow. This place is mind blowing. Ticha is amazing! I have been to countless physical therapists, chiropractors, doctors, massage therapist etc for my scoliosis and nothing has worked like Ticha’s treatment. Stride starts at your deep core and makes sure you have the stability first. The front desk staff are also so sweet and welcoming :) If you want to see a PT but not sure where to go - 100% come here!!!!

  • Renee Amies

I share my great experience with Stride Physio with all my friends and family. The hour PT sessions make all the difference in being able to provide personalized care. After being told by three other professionals to live with my discomfort and reduced mobility, Andrew, at Stride, got me going. I have better strength, comfort, and mobility than I've had in years. I highly recommend Stride Physio.

  • Lisa Viertel

My PT is Trevor who is extremely knowledgeable and competent but, more than that, he LISTENS, is kind and funny and a joy to be around so even when we are doing not fun stuff the time passes quickly. The front desk staff are all very friendly, welcoming, efficient and good communicators and there are always dogs around which is a delight and distracts me from how much I hate wall squats.

  • Josh caspers

The Stride Physio team is amazing! They’re always smiling and ready to help at the front desk, the communication for appointments is very clear and helpful. Bella is an amazing PT person that takes great care to listen and address your issues. I’m very grateful to have found this wonderful team. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of physical therapy!

  • Chiara Guerrieri

I always look forward to my appointment! Andrew has a warm and welcoming presence, ready to address the my shoulder issue as a part of a larger ecology that needs consideration. He is knowledgable and creative, ready to meet my questions with enthusiasm and thoughtfulness. Since I also work with bodies I am happy to have such a resource to refer my people to!

  • Carlos De La Riva

I've been coming here for years now and they've helped me resolve a series of injuries, including knee, hip, and shoulder. I workout daily and it is important for me to remain active throughout therapy; the staff here has come up with treatment plans that allowed me to remain active while in therapy. Highly recommend!

  • Connie Ng

Stride Physio is the best place I've ever received for physical therapy. The physical therapists are excellent and caring. My current therapist is Suzanne Soine and she is great! She is very knowledgeable, upbeat and encouraging. I am doing so much better under her guidance! I love that they have their dogs at work!

  • Michela Dimond

I was blown away not only by Laurie's expertise and insights into the issues I came in wanting to tackle, but also her ease and clear explanations that really enlightened me and increased my understanding, rather than feeling removed from my own wellness and healing. I am so grateful to be at this practice!

  • Kay Coghlan

Lexie is an amazing physical therapist! I had low back/pelvis issues for years and she gave me tools to correct and prevent. I’m eternally grateful for the efficient professional and extremely effective treatments I received from Lexie! I highly recommend her and Stride Physical therapy!

  • Steve Schaeffer

Fantastic people who are both funny and professional. They do their best to guide you through your PT. I have never worked with better!! Trevor is fantastic and well worth your efforts to look him up for all your physical therapy needs!! 6 stars but they wouldn’t let me go that high!!

  • Judy Petersen

I had a great experience at Stride Physio. My physical therapist Andrew was excellent. He listened to my concerns, educated me appropriately and the exercises we worked on during sessions and I worked on at home solved my hip pain. I'm now pain free and doing the activities I love.

  • Jim Skadan

Laurie has a wealth of knowledge. There is very little trial and error. I have the feeling that she has a good idea of what's bothering me. She explains it in enough detail that I know where we're going, what the exercises will do and what l should feel if I'm doing it right.

  • Elizabeth Woodside

Thank you to Trevor who has given me the knowledge and exercises to work through my shoulder and neck nerve pain that evolved after playing tennis. I always feel so much better after working with Trevor. Love the dogs who greet me at the door as I walk into the office.
