Knowledgeable staff but not the friendliest of experience. If visitors read their documents received via post properly and gather the necessary documents/information before visiting, then all will go according to plan. The queuing system could do with a proper revamp along with complete signage coz the security guards makes a visit unpleasant when needing to engage them for the queuing information. Cash and cards accepted for payment. Elderly people are helped immediately with no need to queue.

Terrible terrible terrible!!!!! You go there and spend traveling money to sit there for hours and hours only for nothing. Just to hear you must come back tomorrow. When u come back then u hear again u must come back tomorrow. U can never just go there have have your problem sorted. You always need more paper work and more money. This place is a nightmare.They enjoy making life difficult.Then they say The city Works For u. What a joke!!!!!!!

The staff is not only unfriendly but are not capable of providing a proper explanation to simple figures they provide you with. They have no way of speaking to the elderly and no patience. If you don't love your job then find something that you actually enjoy doing.....don't come a park for a paycheck.

So much for putting down a telephone number as stated but when you call the number you get the sound of a fax...really now so much for the City my A@(*&^ that Mitchells Plain office is of no use to the community eish

Contact number useless so you have to drive down for something that could be answered over the phone
