All subway lovers who travel round the world.... well not this one. First, staff attitude. Staff have severe mood swings especially if you question the quantities, the first I have ever done in my beloved subway. Also, I notice you get better service if your white, a general problem in Kenya. Next, the bread is not fresh and most varieties are unavailable....one wonders why they are on the menu. Now, the ingredients, the variety is extremely limited. Don’t expect the long bar which you find abroad, this is a miserable layout of cheap processed foods. Don’t expect the usual large meatballs in delicious sauce, or diced salmon, you will find a display that hardly captivates you. Next, the size of the baguette and the quantities of the fillings will make you cry. Dare you ask for more. The staff will ignore you or question you palette. The prices are okay if the sandwiches were half the quality of a good sandwich bar.The owner appears to take advantage of a good brand name, failing miserably in delivery. My suggestion, a sandwich from carrefour tastes better without the high expectations.

I just never have great luck with this particular store, first time a few years ago I was turned off by roaches near the food display case, this time bread is undercooked (wet and doughy), skimped on sauces, meat was rubbery and vile. Overall inedible….whatever the heck this was needed to be run over in an actual subway Edit; I see subway responded to this review but no response yet! Same nasty food.

They have very healthy sandwiches that are low on calories and you get to make your own sandwich, i.e. you get to choose the ingredients and you watch your sandwich being made. They also have the sandwich of the day offer where you get a specific footling sandwich for $5 everyday. This particular branch has great customer service, I loved it.

Wow, I ordered the chicken takeaway 12 foot sandwich, fillings were with sweetcorn, chilli sauce, jalapeño, salad and cucumber. When I tell you the quality of this food was 10/10 I literally mean it. I can't talk on behalf of other branches/stations. But I can personally vouch for this one. To top it off the customer service was excellent.

I was charged a wrong price, asked to pay another correct amount only to be told they cant refund the first one right away. The lady put chilli in both subs when I specifically mentioned no chili and incorrectly labelled the subs. A sad experience .

The shop is located right next to the stairway which somewhat makes it hard to enjoy the subs with friends or by yourself as it is also open air. The subs however are great and customer service is quite friendly. By comparing the pricing with foreign Subways, this one is somewhat steeper including the cookies.

If you're looking for a tasty, customised grab-&-go meals, this is good place to stop by. However, sometimes they can be short on some of their ingredients & the saucy offerings like the chicken & meatballs can be a bit dry.

Good sandwiches but the seating area has no semiprivacy. The sitting area is on the side of a stairway leading to the food court of the mall. Dust and dirt from peoples shoes might find it's way to your sandwich......

It's very very mediocre Yeah the prices compared with sweden are much cheeper but the food is rather tasteless here. The chicken teriyaki was so tasteless and so dull... I was expecting much much more...

Why did they have to go change the prices so drastically? It used to be my favourite place. Not anymore... They should have at least one or two items that are reasonably priced.

They have begun adulterating their condiments by adding water. They are extremely watery and make the the bread soggy and disgusting. Never making that mistake again!

Love! Love! Love! Always been a huge fan of Subway sandwiches and they never disappoint! The BLT to be exact is one of my favorites.

Real healthy fast food experience with adequate sub options to choose from. I would highly recommend anyone to try this out.

ts 9:30pm. i get to your store and was told its closed. why do you advertise 10:00pm. waste of my time. Dissapointing!!!
