Are your employees not provided sufficient training as to how to deal with customers, especially when taking orders over the phone. I attempted to place an order on the 19th of March'2022. Granted, I was not aware that there was a difference between Subway Ittehad Branch and Subway Ittehad PSO Branch, still i do not think it is proper of conforms of general ettiquete to hang up while a customer is attempting to make an inquiry .. Staff is very friendly I asked them can we just sit down with the cake of my friend we don't want to order anything they said yes sir you can there is no problem I was like waoo how sweet they are they asked me for the candle and for the AC I said no I don't need it but thank you guys .
