Today was my first visit in Subway, excited to get in though little disappointed while coming out. We found hair in the bread while we were having our subway, i informed the staff and he said will get a replacement, however it was partial replacement . When asked the Manager said we have rectified the issue and cannot give full meal replacement. I got reminded of such previous experience with Dominos few years back and they replenished the entire order. I think it’s not about value to money but valuing customer experience which will make them feel better and look for making wonder experiences again. Thought of sharing. Not expecting anything in return, just expressing myself. Tom

One of the worst outlet as of today due the existing senior staff. I had a horrible experience a fortnight back when I requested them for giving a few Olives separately that my kid likes. Please note, this I requested while billing purchase of ~800 INR subs. They initially refused to give Olives and when I said am ready to pay extra, they refused for that too. Then after an altercation, they gave me 4 pieces in hand. Horrible. Pathetic staff. I had good experience with the earlier members, the current one is pathetic and unprofessional.

Taste was nice and yummy. The sub of the day menu is available at this outlet . Has polar bear available along with subway.

Subway eat fresh is the best destination for the food lovers who love to eat healthy. Here we get sandwiches which are called subs coming in sizes of 1 foot and 6 inches. There are a lot of sandwiches to choose from and once you have chosen the sandwich its not over coz you can choose from the variety of breads, toppings, dressings. They let you customise you sub pretty much all the way in which is the best part. Dont forget to ask which is the sub of the day, coz that you can get at a minimal price.

Pros 1) Parking available on the left side 2) It is situated inside the polar bear 3) The bake their own bread so it's quite fresh and hot 4) You can have ice cream from polar bear along with your sandwich 5) Crowd is decent and staff are friendly 6) Service is good. 7) Very close by to the nearest bus stop so can walk in for a quick bite 8) Place is quite big and comfortable Cons 1) Rates are in the mid high range .

My favorite place for an eat out. One of the quick places to eat with decent prices. The best thing is that you can choose what you want to eat. The only thing they'll try to fool you is with the COMBO MEAL OFFER The actual fact is that, the price of the meal of a 6" sub, Pepsi and chips/Cookie is the same as the individual prices of each item. Didn't like the idea of the Meal. Rest all is amazing

Usual Subway restaurant. Many times the choice of bread is not available. The crunchy Indian patties most of the times becomes soggy. Don't try them. Weekend evenings will be crowded. There are quite a few food joints nearby so you will find a lot of footfalls here. Polar Bear ice cream station is inside this place sharing the same entrance. Parking is by the roadside. No wheelchair accessibility.

Very poor service. First of all they don't have everything available on their own menu. Drinks are limited to pepsi when you are considering to get soda. They served a toasty with no jalapenos and burnt my bread while toasting the sub. They are not serving any trays citing covid issues which is understandable but they are not providing any paper plates for having any meal. Really poor service.

Ate the Sub of the Day and the service was really fast and the person serving me was very friendly and polite. He served according to my needs with ease and the seating is really good with an ice cream parlor (Polar Bear) located right next to it! The bread used is freshly made everyday and is baked before use which shows the freshness!

The place was clean, well lit, and the service prompt and the sandwich they made was commendably well put-together! Veggies, meats and cheese were will distributed throughout the sandwich, and the bread was light to the bite. It is Thursday afternoon and relatively empty, but I'm definitely getting my sandwiches from here!

Quality of food 4*, but the effort to satisfy and make customer feel secured in this covid 19 time is fantastic, handsfree santizing, social distancing followed , they have taken utmost importance to hygiene when it comes to serving. And yes you also get polar bear ice creams here.. Good job team.

I order Achari paneer 6” and they said it’s not customisable, only tomato , onion and capsicum they will put . The size of bread is also totally different in width .

I used to have my lunch here quite often. It's just another Subway with great sandwiches. The staff at this particular one is good and polite. The service is prompt and you will never have to wait a lot before you get your food. The sub of the day meals are a steal in terms of value for money.

FOUND A COCKROACH IN THE SALAD. Please do not order from this restaurant because there is no basic hygiene being maintained here. I'm going to inform the food inspector about this place. Ordered a Aloo Patty Salad through swiggy and this was what I got. Please stay away from this dirty place!

I’ve tried Subway in other franchises as well. The one in Yelahanka always maintains the taste. Their Tandoori Paneer and Tofu Sandwiches are great. You can call them an ask them to prepare in advance also

Good place and good food. The salads are tasty. Good place to hangout with friends. Polar Bear attached for some tasty ice cream. Not a crowded place. The guy behind the counter was a bit grumpy while taking orders. Other than that, nice place to grab a bite.

The sub was good but the Potato Crispers which is a new edition on the menu tasted so bland, not crispy at all and we did not receive any dressing with it. Please DO NOT TRY Potato Crispers from Subway.

It's a super place especially if you are very very hungry and looking for something that is not oily and (look) fresh salad. One thing is for sure, subway veggies never give you an upset belly. Neither Delhi Belly nor local belly!

Good ol' subway with the same ol' experience. I'd have liked the air conditioner colder and the vegetables a bit fresher. Having that ice cream shop just a few steps away makes the place smell great and never fails to tempt me.

I had a great experience with Subway. Orders are done quickly. Very polite staff. However I am giving it 4/5 because the opening time is 8:00 and when I went there at 8 they were not ready. But they still made my sub.

Subway having nonstandard and poor ergonomically designed tables that knocked mine and my daughter s shin bone. High time the management becomes sensitive to this issue and replace the tables, restore the standards

Love subway salads and subs and cookies...best thing about yelahanka outlet is open till 11 and can have a desert with the partner outlet polar bear....the pizza ice cream is the best in polar bear too...

Amazed at the way they communicate with customers..cleanliness is at its best There is some problem in parking but it is managable The foods available here are quite reasonable and tastes much better..

Rude staff. He was not willing to respond on any of my demand in topping. Taste was not as per the rate. Were as I felt it's better to go to McDonald's or Domino's which I really feel value for money.

Order took 1.5 hours to come. Maybe one drop of the sauce I asked for was put, that too falling out of the sub. When I called he was rude and refused to accept it. Overall disappointing branch!

Good food and also there is Polar Bear within the Subway so good for ice cream lovers...but there is very little space inside ..hardly only 20 people can sit... should have been a bigger area

Subway is customer friendly with ample options to customise the order. The quality of food is excellent. There is a good scope to improve the ambience for those who want to relax and dine.

Nothing great nor anything bad to a talk about this Subway outlet. Staff are well behaved, but they keep changing so individual experiences can vary. Food is as per any Subway standard.

It's always better to go in person...please dont order from swiggy or zomato as subway doesnt take the orders seriously online
