Came back here today at 2pm this is my 3rd time coming I really liked this subway but not any more.. Very bad attitudes poor customer service I asked to speak to manager they told me it wasn't a manager there. I came here and got a turkey and ham salad and I got 2 meals of the day.. I never asked for double on anything they charged me double for everything and the charged me for bacon and I never asked for it I asked for my money back they refused and acted like they couldn't speak English I don't know why a manager wouldn't be there or someone there that speaks English I asked for a number I found it on my own the receipt I still have. And My sister got charged for double meat also I don't know why this happened but people check your receipt because 5 dollars from 10 people is a come up so just think and they just robbed us and I still have my receipt...

This is my second time coming to this location preferably because it’s in my commute when working and also it’s fast and the environment inside is clean . However, each visit, there is an issue with the pricing. I’ve ordered the same thing on different occasions and the prices were different?? My order was a foot long Tuna with veggies( add bacon) with provolone cheese toasted and the cookie deal (3 for)? That’s all. I was charged 16.+ some change and the last time it was 13.+ each time no receipt rendered due to printing. IDK but I tested the waters with this and I will not be returning to this location ever again!!!

I been to many subways & I never had an issue until I came to This location !! I started ordering my food at 8pm & they told me the dining room Was close at 8pm!!! When the store closes at 10. Cool … I was doing laundry next door & I see people dining in after 9pm? Like what ?? . One of the workers was very rude also like it’s already hard to speak with a mask on & they want to keep being rude . She touch my sandwich after touching her hat & mask but why start an argument you know . I want to speak to a manager ASAP !! For 2 things . Why they told me & my spouse dining room was close at 8pm & for the rudeness of the employees on July 29th closing shift !!. & To top it off … very shady on the cheese like we not paying extra for It .

The evening management is as ignorant as the employes they train during rush hour; whom do now speak english! They are completely useless for they know nothing about the nutritional facts on the menus, and when asked for a nutritional menu they stated all we have is over there! While the lady rang me up she was on a personal call which she could not help but to announce to the whole store what she was gossiping about, she was outrageously loud! The service they provided was an insult, and I was also kept waiting for 10min. she never said pleas or thank you! I will be sure to tell my fellow vice-presidents at Wellsfargo of my experience!

There poop on the bathroom seat. That is absolutely disgusting and whether you are busy or not needs to be cleaned immediately! For that matter, they were not busy. It was not lunch time. Also, they need not ask more than once if you do not want chips and a drink. They asked me at least three times maybe four and it began to make me feel bad as I am on a very tight budget and can barely afford the sandwich. I do not think that is a good customer service at all to ask over and over and not respect the customer's no the first time.

I’ve been coming to this Subway for quite a long time and it hurts me to say but I’ve noticed that the employees there have been over charging on the sandwiches. I have talked to the employees there and I have been told that they would talk to the manager of the facility but I have not seen any change. I will no longer be coming here and you as a costumer should probably do the same.

Worst customer service ever the mother daughter duo have no idea what customer service is. I understand they run out of items but the way they talk to people is unacceptable. They had a gentleman pick up a doordash order and gave him the hardest time. The fridge was out of cokes which the dasher needed he told them there was no cokes in the fridge the employee took a cup and slammed it on the counter and told him in Spanish 'yevatelo en El p***o vaso' . UNACCEPTABLE . Steer clear of this location.

1 star because It won’t let me pick 0. This location is the absolute worst. Nothing good about this place starting at the top. Management is atrocious and everyone under her lead is learning nothing. Rude, unprofessional, disrespectful are among a few problems with the management and employees at this location. Dirty, sticky floors and tables, food is not fresh, incorrect portion sizes, attitudes and the list goes on and on. Dont bother with this location. Any other location is a better option.

Please people!!!!! When you come to this subway make sure that Adelaida does not make your sandwiches when I got there to order she had a very very!!!! Bad attitude that when she make my sandwich she threw my cheese on the bread and she left my sandwich half way done and left to the back to be on the phone for 20 min and left me there waiting please she is very bad server don’t let her make your food.

Horrible customer service. I've been her a couple of times and my other experiences were about a 4 or 5. I went the other day and I just couldn't believe how bad it was. There were 2 workers. The younger employee was kinda quiet, but seemed nice. The one that was older had horrible, horrible customer service, very bad experience. I recommend not to come here at all.

Was not happy with the service price or concern of menu items found at the subway that I went to I have contacted the manager and waiting for a response back if anyone hears this review please take note none of the employees know anything about the new items that are advertised on the subway commercials that's Nationwide

Never had any complaints about the place the staff goes out of their way to try their best to make it happen for you and they have always succeeded to my satisfaction even with the language communication still get the job done thanks Subway staff for working so hard and making my meal take care God bless you

Got there at 10:27. The open sign was on, the hours posted on the door said open until 11. I knocked on the and the two women who work there just looked at me and shrugged and they said they are closed. I pointed at the hours and open sign and they just shrugged. Unacceptable.

beware and get your receipt they over charged me twice at this location (always get receipt and check before you leave the store) employee was kind of rude when asked for receipt after over charging

Got there at 9:45pm… hours listed showed 11pm as closing time and google also confirmed closing time… Two girls laughed and kept cleaning. This needs to be fixed because gas too high to be making blank trips and I didn’t get my macadamia nut cookies …

They did not clean the tables. They didn't use mask. They were not friendly at all. No smiles and no conversation. The spinach was not fresh. However the good I ordered was good.

The women need to be trained how much meat and tuna to put on bread. You don’t smear tuna on one side of bread .You scoop tuna on it When I question how she put it on .She told me it would be $1:50 more if It wanted more..First and Last time there.

They over charged you for things you don't get .and why you call them out on it you get attitude and hung up on... They say there store does not do five dollar foot longs 2 for 5 or buy 2 get one free it's ..

There is really nothing wrong with any of the subways I’ve been too they are all so clean and the people are always nice there and you can’t forget about the delicious fresh food Subway is just awesome :)

Only friendly if you look a certain skin color. Tables are never clean. And the soda machine is disgusting and caked with mild dew and bacteria. The ice has frozen dirt particles in it.

I pay 649 for a footlong tuna and they are very skimpy with the tuna you ask for more they want to charge you a dollar fifty I will no longer go to that Subway

Subway has always had a great selection of delicious subs, and personally the buffalo chicken sub and the BBQ chicken sub are definitely worth trying.

I was disgusted to see a roach crawling over the food and I saw a couple roaches crawling around the lobby. DON'T ORDER FOOD FROM HERE.

The service is great , but a lot of cross-contamination employee shoot wash their hands and change their gloves more frequently.

$12 for what..a foot long brisket with a couple strips of meat..what a ripoff! They get a 3 for courtesy..

What else can I say about Subway?....nice,neat & clean spot...we eat there when washing clothes next door.
