I was just there to pick up a subway order and it was given to someone else I immediately said oh no I didn't your going to make that order with an attitude the reason being that I had an attitude I couldn't believe that they would do that and I wanted and needed them to fix it because it would look bad on them if I was to call Postmates Fleet support and explain what had been explained to me and me for the cancellation because my rating would have went down.So it wasn't rude that I did that. There is a definite miscommunication situation between all parties involved that's #1the customer #2 Postmates fleet #3 Subway and last but not least and lightweight #4 ME. To prevent drama like this from ever happening don't order from this Subway. It will immediately have you do extra.

Would gladly give this a zero if I could. Full disclosure - I don't normally review restaurants but I had such a horrific experience here that I feel the need to warn people. I have eaten at subways all over the country and this one gives the rest a bad name. For starters, the service was poor. My sandwich was not cut in half, nor was I asked if that was my preference. This, of course, was after I discovered the shop had no spinach, no pepperjack cheese, and only two basic types of bread. Disappointing to say the least. Perhaps the worst part is that I got "the runs" an hour after eating here. , I live half a block away and this subway will never receive my business again.

Very polite staff. They [staff] are productive and efficient with taking and preparing orders. Presentation is always on point, never not had napkins, straws, etc. when my order called for them. Dining atmosphere is relaxed, the employees have never rushed me during my ordered and made pleasant conversation when appropriate. Tables and chairs, vending machine and refrigerator, food prep station and floors all kept in a more than satisfyingly sanitized and neat fashion. I picked up one cake from Peets. I step by to Subway. I asked the restroom. The guy said it should be open after I tried. I have waited. He saw. I asked if there’s one he said no. I said please send open. He said they let customers to use I said ok. But I need restroom now. He said what I want.Meanwhile I asked the veggie soup. He said he is not sure broccoli soup is veggie. I left and came back . Because Peet’s also closed the restrooms. After I said I will put in social media he opened. Then He said I know you are trying restroom in front of other customers. I said I got angry about him. I will not eat anything anymore here. I have his photos

I’ve been going here for a couple of years and until recently it’s been a great spot to grab a quick sandwich. The new staff is lazy, to put it bluntly. Despite a huge line they were chitchatting and moving at a snail’s pace. They never replace their gloves. Bathroom is out of order (doubt it, they probably just don’t want to clean it). Front door has been broken for months. No attempt to welcome customers. It would be great if management could get things in order, until then I don’t think I’ll come back.

Subway is convenient for on the go people like myself. They have stores all over the city, and even in places you'd never think one would be. Their are many different varieties of delicious fresh sandwiches, salads, soups and drinks. The best part I like is I get to see and pick what goes into my sandwiches, fresh veggies, different condiments to make your sandwiches even more special. Customer Service is a bit slow depending where your at, but to me it's worth the wait.

I feel like subways ingredients quality has dropped to the floor. It was expensive and not good food. But the store is clean and the lady making my me was busting her tail but was working alone. It was hot. I won't be going back. Sorry subway, there r better sandwich shops.

This Subway store should be closed! The lady couldn’t be less caregiving. Just took a bread and put stuff on it, because she didn’t have other breads. She puts ham on my sandwich instead of turkey, because she ran out of ham And that without asking. She just trows everything on it in a very slow way. You can’t sit here as well, because al tables and seats are stowed in a corner.

Healthy, reliable fare for a quick snack without breaking your budget. Fresh baked bread always smells amazing. Cookies, soft and delicious. I just wish they had more baked potato soup - that stuff is perfect for a quick but filling midday meal. Cream of broccoli is pretty good also, as sometimes it's ran out by the time I've ordered. Love the classic tuna sub.

I have to commend this location. Between the lunch and dinner rushes, rude customers and crazy (sometimes violent) homeless, they always manage to shake it off, try their best and treat each customer with kindness. I have lived all over the country and always go to subway for a quick dependable meal. This location has by far been my favorite. Keep it up guys!

Hmmm not a very pleasant visit. The place is dirty and lots of stuff if broken even if it's only decor. The lady preparing the sandwich couldn't be any slower. Sandwich was still good but that's because it's hard to mess it up. There is no parking available. You can try to find street parking close by but the city is usually busy during the week.

Ok this place is as cheap as it's gonna get. I got the menu with the prices. I'm a cheap guy and trust me this is your best bet. Go in and get a foot long sub and eat half for lunch and dinner. That's your budget hack from me. The Filipina lady working there was super fast and hard working. She changed gloves when she made my sandwich so ya.

I accidentally ordered at this restraunt ( i did not want to order here because subway app chose the wrong adress) Subway rules say that I have to call and cancel my order but I guess they are hungry for our money and they told me they could not cancel it. Yes you could cancel it but you know... you guys don't care about your customers

When I make online order I expect them to prepare the order before my arrival so I can skip the line and pay directly at counter as the app says. But then I had to remind the staff everything to start preparing my order after I reach the place and go through the regular libraries.

Women behind counter act like they never made a sandwich before. they also have sidebar conversations in a different language than English while filling orders. Both of my Foot Longs bread were crushed from their heavy hands. Definitely not a great place to grab a Subway sandwich.

quality is good. price is good. but everytime i come here there is always a line n only two people working. unsure if they are having issues filling positions or that is their normal staffing level.

Kinda dirty like all the other Subways in the general vicinity. Food is same too.. decent value on subs if you use coupons or special offers. Drink selection sucks, like at all Subways, and they're overpriced. I'm thankful for their selection of sandwich toppings however.

Poor service, person messed up the order, dropped my cup on the ground and refused to give me a new one, soft drink machine turned out not to work after I had already paid and they said there was nothing they could do about it, unclean. Not planning on eating there again

I'm more of a fan of Togo's sandwiches, but Subway is not as good as a sandwich from Safeway...(again just my opinion)....M W Sept. 2023

The place is small and very few people can sit here actualy. The shop remains open till late at night. The area is not good at all and unwanted people hangout at the place. The staffs are not so cooperating.

I would like to give it more than 2 ⭐️,but the place is not very clean the breakfast service is not very fast because there was only one lady behind the counter. Also not enough seating for the customers.

I came in for my 30 minute lunch but left empty-handed. Only one employee at dinner time. Not her fault - but she had too many sandwiches to make for take out orders and otherwise. Left empty-handed.

I really enjoy this Subway restaurant as they know how to load up the subs with all the veggies. I have lunch here almost everday. The shop is clean,people are friendly and the price is right.

Terrible customer service! Judgmental and heartless! Every restaurant has a comp tab and they have one as well! But sit here and decide that it is fun to watch me suffer! Stellar staff

Sucks on ubereats delivery. My order delivery time keeps changin its passed an hour now. Ubereats has called them to try and cancel my order but they don't pick up the phone.

I go to get me something to eat and they closed early when it says it closes at 9pm. Next time make sure you update your damn time of the schedule when you're open or close

Very slow service for a Friday 11am, staff didn't speak English very well at all, had to loudly and clearly and also point at Selections.
