Working at subway i expect the good service I give myself but this wasn't the case I was given poor service by employees that didn't care they were lifeless I asked for nachos because I make them for myself they are there great however they gave me the smallest portion of cheese I have ever seen if I wanted more which I did I would have to pay extra so then they melted the nachos as usual but not for very long 30 seconds was all and when the nachos came out they were barely melted it was just lumps of warm cheese and I asked for chilli sauce on top they didn't put a small amount on they put loads as if it was a sanwich so I was left with lukewarm soggy saucy nachos I'm so disappointed at the lack of effort/training these staff members have it's disappointing would not reccomend eating here I would go to a better store such as rothwell, headingley or ball lane near the Vue cinema. Don't order nachos from Cieran !!!!!

Traumatic. Couldn't tell what the staff were saying, they were just mumbling behind the glass. The options were confusing. The staff didn't seem to know what was going on either, they kept changing their mind about what was included in the price and what was extra, causing two of them to have a row and then a third come out the back and shout at the first two, then tell me they were idiots. Following all that, you don't get much food for your money and I've never had as much garlic on something on my life. Terrible, dreadful experience. I'll never go to Subway again.

Need to recruit better. This one guy refused to make my sandwich the other week as it was pork and hot someone else to do it making us both feel uncomfortable. Same guy today charged me more than normal. When I asked him if the prices had gone up he said "yes, a little". Turns out he'd just overcharged me and couldn't be bothered to admit it. Shame, used to like this place, lots of staff have left recently, not the same any more.

Very poor service ,the man was conning me and saying that is was 7 JD for a Subway sandwich, I would not advise anyone to come here, he tries to con you and all prices are written ,but he overcharges you, especially when he sees you are a foreigner that speaks English .

I use this place every day. Not now. Today staff couldn't care less portions were a third less then normal. Had my salad smothered in a sauce I never asked for after waiting 15 mins. Then offered a cookie in way of apology. Will be using other branches from now on.

Ordered a wrap.... It had split so instead of re wrapping it they just put another wrap on the top, meaning it was half warm half cold! Didn't realize until I had already left. Chicken was rubbery and dry because they'd defrosted it in the microwave.

Sat in subway in Leeds Train Station. One girl doing the salad bit then using the till with the same gloves on, then going back to the salad bit!! Then talking about Chelsea match Saturday when there are sandwiches waiting for

Staff appear ill trained, I bought a 'loaded' wrap which was very disappointing and the staff didn't appear to even know how to make it. Incredibly over priced for what it was, should have gone elsewhere.

I'm always impressed with the staff here. The food is standard Subway fare, including omelette eggs at breakfast as well as the ubiquitous poached egg. Always manage to find a seat. No toilets.

Good standard Sub, but there are pigeons constantly walking around the floor which does not feel hygienic. The servers also need to look a bit tidier.

You do know you can make your own sandwiches for a fraction of the price and eat it when you want. So why are you paying for a small bread roll.

Decent Subway, didn't have any Meatballs as per usual. Other issue is the seating but other then that, it is alright.

Not much of a review as a subway is a subway but this one had very happy staff so I guess that's good

The staff was really nice and offered to change their gloves before making my vegetarian sandwich.

I really enjoyed this trip to subway, it was really busy but definitely worth the wait!
