I recently visited saddletown Subway and unfortunately had a disappointing customer service experience. One specific issue I encountered was the disrespectful behavior of an elder person serving at the subway . It was evident that this was not an isolated incident, as I discovered similar complaints in the reviews on Google. Upon entering the establishment, I was hopeful for a pleasant dining experience. However, the elder staff member's lack of respect towards younger customers like myself was disheartening. Their attitude was dismissive and condescending, which made me feel unwelcome and undervalued as a customer. While I understand that everyone can have a bad day, it is important for employees to maintain professionalism and treat customers with respect regardless of their age. Unfortunately, this was not the case during my visit to this Subway location. The issue at hand is not solely based on my personal experience. The negative reviews on Google further confirm that this disrespectful behavior is an ongoing problem. It is disconcerting to see that the management has not taken effective measures to address this issue and ensure a positive customer experience.

WORST SUBWAY IVE BEEN TO I ordered uber eats today and it glitched and said i didn’t get any veggies. i gave them a call and a girl picked up. i told her what happened and asked if she could put veggies on. She said it was finished I asked her if she could put it on the side and she lied and told me that it was already picked up but on the app the uber wasn’t even chosen. Her tone was very rude and she said in a very rude voice “why didnt u order the veggies” like i was the one being entitled. I asked my dad to call them and she kept on making excuses on why she couldnt put veggies in and she admitted that the uber wasnt here and she lied. My dad told her to put veggies in. When it arrived i open up my sandwich and there was almost no meat only a few pieces of uncooked chicken strips. There wasnt any sauce either. It makes no sense she couldnt put veggies in. The lady was south asian and very annoying. She acted like i was some spoiled idiot but all i was asking for is veggies in a bag.

Don’t even feel like giving one star. Worst customer service among all subways. Girls working there should know that it is the customer service that should be their at the first place if you want to run a business. This place was not like this before . I think this is the new staff. They were hell rude. My husband ordered his stuff and girl making it never asked if we want anything else and two girls started taking two customers at same time. How is a 3rd person supposed to tell that we want another thing. When we said that we want one more thing , she said we should tell this before, that we want something else as well. Like ! What does that even mean? Can a customer not change his mind on add another order. And then they were happy to even argue on their point. Good luck to the owner for having such staff. Left the place without food and Never going back.

I just wanna give 0 star, the staff is super rude and with a zero knowledge pf customer service. I visited here today afternoon about 1 p.m. and asked for a footlong vegetarian sub and asked for some chicken strips in that and then the lady was like 'you have to tell first' in a very bad way and even i talk to her with words please and thank you, then I asked for a medium drink she was Start Making faces at me. I can't understand why they are working when they don't want to. We are paying for our food and atleast if a customer is nice to the staff in return they should also be nice. Zero customer service. If there is an option to give 0 star I'll definitely go with that.

Where do I even begin , my experience at subway has never been so unenjoyable in all my years of eating here ! The tomatoes were extremely unripe and green . The ladies behind the till were rude and shouldn’t be working with customers . We asked for extra sauce we did not get extra sauce . We asked for cheddar cheese and she put Swiss .. The lady dropped the knife she used to cut the subs in the garbage and pulled it back out and used it !!! My son who is 8 months old was playing with a cup and we just wanted it for him to play with and she was going to charge us 2.10 ... really for a cup ? I will not be coming back to this restaurant again . Very disappointed !!

I just came from this store. I asked her to change gloves after making chicken sub. Because i am vegetarian. Then i put mayo into my sub. She started asking, you are vegetarian but you are getting mayo which has egg. I am also aware about that mayo has egg. But there is huge difference between egg and chicken. They cannot ask questions like that. This is second time happened with us. I am requesting manager to change your staff “. Otherwise close this location. These employees don’t know their jobs and have no manners how to handle customer. I will suggest all viewers not to come this location.

Worst customer service ever, although I had been goin there for while, I don't know the name of lady who served she even refused to give her name, I had ordered a footlong veggie , All I requested her to cut the tomatoes into 2 pieces then she simply refused to do it when I told her I always get my tomatoes into two pieces she clearly said she doesn't care about other locations and they don't cut the tomatoes into two pieces, I couldn't understand the big deal cutting two into two pieces, so therefore I will never visit the saddletown location again due to their Rude behavior.

Went into this subway with my boyfriend for lunch and were treated very poorly. The two women who worked there were laughing at my boyfriend and mocking him while they were making his sandwich and made us very uncomfortable. They were talking about him right in front of his face in English. He heard everything they were saying. We ended up leaving and eating our food elsewhere. Will NEVER visit this subway location again. First and last time.

Servers were all huddled at the front arguing about receipts and cash out. They ignored me completely while they continued to argue over receipts. I eventually had to ask three times to get service. After I made my order, I asked if I could also purchase a piece of turkey for my dog and she wanted to charge me for another half sandwich when all I wanted was a piece of meat for my dog and was willing to pay. The service was absolutely horrible. I will not be a customer at this store again.

I love this subway, they make the food so well. The staff is so sweet and are always welcoming :). But the owners of this place are so rude. The lady picks and chooses whos she's nice too. One lady came in asking for water and she didn't even let her speak and told her to leave and go to the next door store, minutes later a TD bank worker came in and she was extra nice and when he asked for a cup, she ran to the back to get him one. She's a rude, mean and bad person.

Everyone is overall nice but one of the ladies is extremely rude. Every time she is the one making my sub she makes a mistake and when I ask her to fix it she refuses to. Like today, I asked for extra olives and she replied with a “can’t u see there’s no space.” And then she followed to not put sauce on half of my sub when the sauce ran out. I asked her to put it and she wouldn’t. This woman makes no effort to please her customers and I won’t be going back with her there. This is only one negative experience and I’ve had multiple others.

I HATE this subway. I went to this subway today 20th December 2020 at 7:15PM. There was an employeed lady who was pregnant ( I don't know her name becoz she didn't have any name tag ). Her Customer dealing was brutal. Way of talking was very cheap. The employee must give them training for customer dealing too. I didn't argue with that lady for her bad behavior becoz 1st thing I don't argue with females and 2nd she was pregnant. But this is totally employee's fault who did not give training to employees for customer dealing.

This is one of the best north locations in my opinion. I visit several times a month usually when I am out on errand. The place is always really clean, items are SUPER fresh and rotated out regularly, and the staff is quick and personable. The ladies here really know how to make the customers happy. Someone else complained about the amount of seating - I disagree, I have been in Subways that are much smaller and much more crowded. As for limited parking that is not really their fault - it's a well-populated plaza.

Worst subway in the Entire city! I would honestly go somewhere else. I will be contacting your corporate office to make a formal complaint. The utter belligerence from these people is insane. You need to go out of business. Do not come here. They are rude. Sneeze in their gloves. Touch everything and have no regards to vegitarians. Always touching food and not changing gloves. Stay away from this subway. It will be shutdown soon. Wish I could 0 star it.

I go to subway a lot and this was my first time going to this location and it was the worst experience ever. I went in to get one of there promotional items. Firstly they didn’t charge me the promotion price they charge me more. Also when they went to put on the bacon and cheese on the egg, they only put one strip of bacon and one slice of cheese. On the promotional image you can clearly see the multiple slices of cheese and bacon strips. This was very disappointing experience.

This place has no idea how to provide a good customer service. I ordered online a meal with Italian Herbs and Cheese bread. Instead they gave me Whole Wheat bread which I don't like. It was too cold weather outside today so I decided to order my dinner online. I throw whole meal in garbage. Made me go out to buy myself another food for dinner from another restaurant near me. It was very disappointing. I'm now never going to buy anything from this Subway location (Saddletown).

What a joke, disgusting, dirty, and incredibly slow. And they don't listen, they threw out 2 sandwiches because they didn't listen, they are rude and I guess feel like slow service e and never cleaning a table is the ideal way to serve customer. Oh and did I mention it's so disgusting no one had gloves and we're ppce Cole cut sandwiches near warm and Colt meat on sandwiches...over top of the ingredients... Place is a complete joke. As with other reviews the staff is very unfriendly. While waiting for my food I watched a lady cleaning...a label fell into one of the containers she just took it out and set it aside. I saw paper towel pieces she used for cleaning laying in another. The cucumbers looked questionable. I went to get a fountain drink only to have something black fall into my cup. And dont get my started on how dirty the counter space and debit machine were.

They get the basics done. Friendly staff and management, in-person building sandwiches works a charm. Place is well-kept and despite all the traffic, they work efficiently. Surprisingly the staff is Indian, so am i but i hate when people judge us because of people like these. Some individuals aren’t made up for customer services. Like the ones working at this subway. I am a regular customer of this store because I love Subway sandwiches, but today I'm just not feeling hungry and don't want to buy anything but I need to use the washroom badly to pee. The staff said their washroom is just for buying customers. How rude and discriminating! What if my bladder bursts or what if I get UTI? Super disappointed today May 17, 2022 at 8:26 pm.

Like many others, I will say the customer service is hit or miss. You are never sure if its going to be just okay or horrible (those are the only two options). Average cleanliness, bathrooms are locked which is annoying, some menu items aren't available at times, in general the chicken, pizza and donair places have equally as good and have better service.

It's a standard Subway restaurant. You can buy subs, salads, personal pizza. Service is about what you would expect. You select a bread, a sub, either get it toasted or not, then choose veggies. Overall experience was well, you generally don't have to wait very long unless they are super busy. You can eat in though there isn't a lot of space

The staff speak with attitude and when I tried to tell the owner to complain about my treatment, there was no care and instead of satisfying me , he started to take his staff's side and yell at me. Completely ruined my day and I am going to complain about that to the Subway Head office and would suggest to open a different location.

The worst service Ive had at any subway, no communication with the customers or myself and throwing the veggies on the sub and throwing them back in the trays. I will never go there again. The older woman working today has a real attitude problem. Get rid of her before you lose all your customers and go bankrupt.

Busy location & ladies working here are not happy at all cuz they 've to work more (even min. Wage is 12.20 ) which is not good for brand and owner. Management should hire workers who are willing to work or subway should open other location nearby so customers can get good product & service.

Used this location to cater an event, placed a very large order, and the staff was very helpful. This location gave me a very good deal compared to other locations, will definitely order from them again! Staff was very accommodating to dietary restrictions, and ensured my order was correct.

The food was okay. But we found a guy having a drug overdose in the bathroom. When we asked the employees to call 911, it took at least 3 minutes for them to take us seriously and actually call them. No idea if the guy made it alive.

Employees couldn't really understand what I was saying getting things wrong. Also didn't trust me at all on my coupon. After eating I also got a stomach ache. Also I feel like they had raised my bill on me.
