I placed an online order and then immediately received a phone call saying they were closed. This was at 7:30pm. I was also told they didn't have the "tools" to offer me a refund at the store and I needed to call the website??? I had to Google the number for corporate because it's not on the website. It was an automated number saying they're digital only and there wasn't anyone to take my call. The message said to fill out a form on the website to reach them. I have still not heard anything from them. This is HORRIBLE customer service. I would avoid Subway altogether. Their prices keep going up but their quality has been going down for years. They used to be an affordable option compared to their competitors. At this point they're about the same price but the other places are miles above them in quality. If you do order from them, definitely don't use the app or website.

My wife stopped in to purchase a couple foot longs. She had been at work all day and I am at home not really able to do very much because of an accident that damaged my back. She said the staff of two women were very rude and gave her the impression that she was really causing them trouble being there. As she was checking out a man walked in and their demeanor changed entirely. They started shouting and looking at her as they were telling and giving him extra meats and cheeses on his sandwich just to make her feel even worst for stopping there. Subway needs to do something with this place, give them some kind of corporate warning or something. This was totally uncalled for and we will certainly pass along the reason to stay away from this store. There is another one just a few miles down the road.

Got the foot long Italian BMT on Italian Herb bread. Pepperjack Cheese, Lettuce, Black Olives, Banana Peppers & Spinache. The sandwich was fresh and plentiful. I'm full! Great customer service and the store was clean.

This Subway restaurant is under new management and doing a great job. The staff greetings make you feel welcome from the time you step inside. The restaurant is clean and smells good The food is fresh with sanitation procedures followed. Nice.

I walked in to get a sandwich for my son. Employees behind the counter and sitting down were wearing masks only covering their mouth and nose was exposed. I asked them to put a mask on since covid is obviously a concern and they require masks to enter the building and they are preparing food. The employee with all gold teeth (i know this because at one point he took his mask off all together) told me if I dont like it I am free for them not to serve me and I can leave. I left and will not spend a penny here. Very rude staff.

So the guy who waited on us was SUPER skimpy with everything, even onions and lettuce! To the point it was annoying! When the meat cant be tasted i feel we are being cheated. With sandwiches being over $7 each, most $10 plus, you better make it wirth it. Theres delis in every neighborhood now. So we won't return. Super slow, super annoying. Normally extra lettuce, onions or olives are not costing anything. Plus the bread was hard. Not happy. :(

Suffers from the latest pandemic. The one where people serving you treat you with disdain, as if they're doing you a favor to take your hard earned money. Don't dare Let them know you are anything less than impressed either. That's the point they cut their speed in half and Treat you with open contempt. But, at least the food was mediocre.

The store was out of ham to make a sandwich. The manager on duty continuously complained about the previous manager and what the previous manager was not doing. This is our second visit to this store and I think it's going to be our last. The first visits they were not able to toast any sandwiches.

This is the WORST Subway ever. The customer service is HORRIBLE and the sandwich/ wraps are not made correctly. Presentation is nonexistent. The two gentlemen out front have no clue what they are doing and gave my fiancee attitude about how he wanted HIS sandwich made.

Subway is a good alternative to eating hamburgers all the time. Their subs are delicious. I give them only four stars, because they never bake enough cookies to last the day. They are ALWAYS out of ALL their cookies!!

if you're looking for a meatball sub make sure you get there before 8pm. cause they'll have thrown them out by then. this location is generally a great place to grab subs from but later in the evening not so much
