Found several baby roaches crawling around the sneeze guard and front counter call the sandwich maker and he did not seem concerned and grunted something on coherently. Had to repeat several times what I wanted on my steak sub if that's what you want to call it cuz it was barely any steak on it and it was just odd because it was only three items I wanted on and he kept asking me over and over again and want to know if I wanted mayonnaise on it when I was very first item I asked to that I want it on there and they bring me up when I'm with my coupon overcharged me I wouldn't give any stars at all but doesn't have that feature

Generally good options but occasional problems with drink fountain. Many seating options but part of the area opens to general hospital walkway.

Bad customer service, the lady making sandwiches acted as though she didn't want to be there, short and snippy, no smile, asked for a few jalapeños and she loaded it down! An employee who brings their problems or attitude to the job is a huge turn off for customers.Being that it's located in a hospital where no one wants to be the employees should be warm, welcoming and kind...smile! Remember your attitude is contagious and people in the hospital setting can use a little TLC and a smile goes a long way!

The manager in this store is horrible....I stood in line while she waiting food other customers good to come or the oven she could have been fixing my sandwich.... When theirs came out she completely ignored me and continues on their food while there was another worker on the line and the prom of the line. I will never come here again and will also let the other workers know not to come. Krystal was the employees name.

My Mom was in the emergency room and we both, my child and I, are diabetic. This Subway location helped saved all three of us from being admitted to the hospital. The staff here seems to understand the importance of their location. They are so kind and understanding. They were very patient with us. Thank you ❤️

The only reason to put up with the horrible service is the fact that the location is located in the hospital at which I was admitted. The employees have no respect for your time and you'll have to repeatedly explain to them how you want your sandwich made. If I'm going to pay you for food, please just put what I ask on the sandwich. Never go here unless you work in St. Vincent's.

The staff was very kind and the place was clean. My only concern was there were no cookies baked and it was lunch time☹️ I wanted some cookies really badly, but had to result to a second option. How the ever, that crispy baconit made up for the missing cookies. A-

Sandwich was great. They were out of white bread, which was kind of a bummer. They can literally make a sandwich any way you like!! Friendly, helpful staff. Price was a bit high for 2 six-inch subs and 2 large drinks was nearly $19. Tasted great and fresh!

Every time I go which is around 7-8 pm they never have food prepared. Last night I went and they had no rotisserie chicken, and no onions. It was not busy. Will not return to this location. Food is always slim pickings. Never stocked.

Upon entering Subway at the particular location in Oakleaf I found a store to be very clean. The staff that made the sandwiches I purchased were very very friendly polite and quick. When you're in Oakleaf and your looking for something fresh and delicious take a trip to the Oakleaf Subway.

I was going to order until I saw the girl behind the counter pull a hair that was loose on her arm with her gloved hand. She then dropped it on the floor like it was nothing. She continued, with the same gloves on, to make the food for the kids in front of me. I, however, left after that.

I’ve been to quite a number of subways through many states. And I have to admit I’ve always viewed subway as a little so far but this location is doing something right. By far the quickest and most friendly service. On top of that the food tasted good and fresh.

This one is located in St Vincent's Riverside. The server making the sandwiches was on the ball and is the reason for the 3 stars. Other workers seemed more interested in socializing while a line started to build. Might have been an isolated incident.

This subway is awesome! Great service with a smile! Sandwich artists work here. The new garlic aoli is life changing! They are open until midnight so it's very convenient to get a bite to eat no matter what time you're hungry.

It's inside St. Vincent's medical center. They have a nice staff and do a very good job with dispensing the sandwiches quickly. It's so convenient having them there. They are appreciated.
