Upon arriving at this subway, the open sign was off so I wasn't too sure if they were open or not. When entered it was extremely busy but we waited, my husband and daughter as well. I really miss the oven roasted chicken breast, as I'm sure alot of other people do too. But I seen "The champ" and thought I'd give it a try. I had a bogo coupon, and nowhere on the coupon did it say that sandwich was excluded from the deal. The lady behind the counter was really rude and snappy with me. When i showed her the coupon she says "Ok? Yea but what sandwich you want?" She continued with i couldnt use that coupon for that sandwich. She said her manager just told her.. but her manager was standing right next to her and didn't say anything. ‍♀️ I had to order something random on the fly since there was a line behind me. The manager kept sneezing and not once did he wash his hands!! They all seemed high as a kite. So unprofessional! Very unsanitary. Tables were dirty too. I work in the food industry and this is not how you should treat your customers, especially when they are paying you good money. And asking for a tip at the end of my transaction?? That's an insult! Here's your tip "DO BETTER BY YOUR CUSTOMERS"

Went there for the first time tonight. This Subway was nasty. Also they were out of a lot of ingredients. Then I asked for a large cup and told they were out of lids. Then the tea was out and I asked the young black guy if there was anymore tea and his response was no. Asked if they were making more and once again he said no. I love subway and this one here make me think twice about getting a sub there. Then I get home and my wife and I both said the subs tasted funny. My recommendation is that people need to STAY AWAY from this subway. It’s sad because like I said I love subway, but this one here was horrid and to top it off the employees really did not seem to care whatsoever. Sad thing is that if you look at the reviews it once has the owner/manager respond. Wasted $24 in this nasty place.

This was the third time trying to eat here my wife goes in orders 3 sandwiches the lady goes to toast a chicken sandwich leaves off the cheese my wife says something she gets a attitude dumps off the cheese and trys to toast it again my wife just goes with it trying to just get out of there goes to pay a 30 bill with a 50 and the lady tells her that she needs something smaller to go to the store and get change this was on a Saturday middle of the day everytime I've been in here the staff is always in a rush and act like they would rather you spend money somewhere else then bother them I work with people everyday there needs better training when it's comes to the public

Walk in and see a sign: no provalone, cheese bread, wheat bread, cold cuts, etc. No problem, I'll order a turkey sub. The lady starts putting ham on my sub. I point it out and she argues with me saying no it's turkey. The guy behind me says "that's definitely ham" and she argued with him. THEN the guy behind me gets 2 footlongs on white and the bread was literally 6 inches before they cut it in half. He made a comment and the lady said "it's what we have". He then asked for olives and they were out. I sit down and eat, sure enough, I'm eating a gross ham sandwich. Rude people over here.

I went there tonight and the staff there was super unfriendly and just down right rude!! I understand that times are tough, but they are tough on most everyone right now. It’s like they were so annoyed that I even came in to buy sandwiches. One girl literally rolled her eyes at me and the other girl who rang my order didn’t even look up at me. I said thank you to her and she said nothing as she looked down at the floor and turned around. Being short handed is understandable but being freaking rude for no reason is another!!!

The sandwiches were good and I was able to use my coupons. Had 4 1/2 sandwiches which included 4 meals for$43.00. Unfortunately, they were out of cucumber and the lettuce was starting to get a little brownish but it was still delicious. There wasn't a long wait at all and the staff was friendly. We always love our subway sammies.

The Lady that served us was being very nice to us with the coupons but was a little confusing with how we could use them. When we gave two other people who walked in the rest of them she decided to mislead them on how to use the cuupond. I dont think it was going to change her paycheck if they used them or not. And after that she would remove them for further customers. Very rude

Today's visit was hilarious. The girl did a great job of making the sandwich and placed it in the toaster. When another employee took it from the toaster I asked that it not be cut. She said, we have to cut the sandwich in half." I said, "Okay, but this customer is asking you not to." She actually had to ask somebody else what to do. Seriously folks, millennials cannot think for themselves.

I took my 10 year old Grandson to dinner after school. I told him to order for himself and I would pay. The young lady waiting on him was so nice, patient and offered some suggestions to help him create an awesome sandwich. He is quite shy so her focused attention made the whole experience a win and helped boost his confidence and self esteem

10/10 The young men working were very friendly and detail oriented! The cleanest subway ive ever been in! Came just in time for the fresh baked bread and cookies! Very happy with service - will be back!

The last few times they didnt have bread(only flat break) and alot of toppings. There is also an older white woman who will cough on your sandwich(no face mask) and make your sub wrong and she'll refuse to remake your sandwich. If shes working we do not eat here.

Love it always have I come to this subway almost 3 to 4 times a month mostly for breakfast everything is fresh and tastes great and the servers are very polite and friendly I love this subway over all others and they treat me like a real customer I will recommend this subway to all of my friends and family

came here quite a few times when i lived here. one time made someone else that ate with me sick, but other than that its a good place to eat! just make sure they cook the chicken all the way through, especially on 6inches.

It was great! Haven't had Subway in forever! Definitely hit the spot on my craving! Only 2 of them in the building. They had a big line & they were moving fast & getting everybody out on top of online orders. Great attitudes too. Good job Courtney & Juliann I think was his name.

The site said my food was done and ready for pickup but the guy working never even started yet and told my husband that he will get to it in a few..30 minutes later I finally got my stuff

Clean, but added a sauce that wasn't asked for. Ordered a chicken sandwich and the server started making a second beef sandwich. I told her to just complete the second beef so it wouldn't get thrown away. In the end the sandwiches were delicious so all was good!

The staff is always welcoming. No matter what combination of meats or toppings I ask for (it's NEVER simple for me) they are patient and accomodating and the dining room is not ever dirty. I love the non carbonated fountain drinks.

you know i dont eat at subways cause its Subways, but i was broke and found a coupon so i gave it a shot. This specific location is legit, the crew seem to truly take their jobs seriously which is refreshing to see. no complaints at all.

The quickest lunchtime subway line I have ever been in. In and out the door in less than 5 minutes with several sandwich eaters in front of us.

Friendly Workers & Always Speedy Service because I go during lunch time when alot construction workers, Healthcare workers, etc. Are there as well and I never wait no longer than 3-4 minutes:)

This is the best Subway we've been to! Sandwiches were made correctly and were delicious. They knew how to use the rewards system (both for points and redemption). They even had a Keurig! More

Been here a few times. Food is alright. Staff is eh lol depends on the day. If I don't feel like driving to Rivercity Marketplace I will go there but not a first choice.

Very helpful staff. They made our sandwich just perfect and delicious. The tea selection is great. The cookies were fresh and delicious. Way to go see you next time.

Slow staff. It was a lunch time rush which I understand. However the sandwich attest didnt seen to respond well to the pressure. Making it a difficult experience.
