A cashier just got upset, because I ordered 5 sandwiches. I told her to improve her customer service and she said I could just buy somewhere else. How do you say that to a customer? Then she said that I had a disease (There's no way for her to know the issues that are private between me and my doctor) and she said it to and elderly coworker, too. I felt discriminated. Also, if you check the cameras vs the order number, I was charged for pizzas rather than sandwiches? WHY, BECAUSE THEY'RE SHORT ON STUFF AND CHARGING WRONG STUFF TO CUSTOMERS to be goo on inventory. I know these aren't the Subway values, and i dont want her to be fired but to receive orientation to improve her personality. This happened on July 14th, 2022 around 7:50 pm Pacific time

I did an online order and as soon as I got there another person was just talking to employee which caused them to take too long for my order. Then I get home and my boyfriend bites into his sandwich and was served cold chicken. On another sandwich (steak & cheese) which is supposed to be toasted and the cheese is supposed to melted was not. Instead I was served cold steak & cheese sandwich. Your job is supposed to provide good service. If you don’t like your job then why are you there? There’s other people out there who needs this job more than you. Oh and this was on November 26, 2023 ETA 2:00am-2:15am. Do better, maybe you’d get a better review. ‍♀️‍♀️‍♀️

This employee didn’t want to do her job! I’m an Uber eats driver. She accepted the Uber eats order, she told me she didn’t receive it. So I called Uber Eats to confirm. The agent said the store already accepted it and called her to try to convince her to make the order. She cancelled it because she didn’t want to prepare it. I was standing in the lobby as she did this. She could have atleast told me she cancelled the order, but instead she started working on another customers order while I was standing there and then I saw that the order was cancelled on my phone. If the manager is reading this you might want to review her work ethic because it’s very deplorable. If you don’t want to work why come to the job.

ARTHUR needs a raise!! He went above and beyond the level of service needed and he doesn’t know it but he did help save a life today!!!

Was ordering 2 subs one was toasted and one was not …the guy quit making subs to ring me up …I said I got one more and he was like I know and I said can you please change your gloves he was touching the register he said no this is how we do it. After that I didn’t even want him to touch my food no more he was arrogant, just threw the food together very unprofessional.

The absolute worst! I stopped by today 11/17 at 7 pm and the girl had an attitude as soon as my family and I walked in. I ordered and she acted like she couldn't hear me, so I raises my voice I asked for it to be put in the oven and it made it even worst. She uses her phone and then continues to make my Sandwich changes me and literally not hands me my food. She needs to find herself a new job with that attitude. I'm sorry you ain't happy but don't come spreading that negativity.

I really hate leaving one Star on company review pages but I have to. It's unacceptable. Subway is supposed to be open 24 hours. Overnight, I understand you have to prep and serve customers and it's overbearing. But closed for 5 hours is just lazy. I can see being closed an hour to prep and bake everything. 1am-6am closed is way too long.

I’ve had nothing but bad experiences with this location. Just a few examples I ordered via the app and got there and found out the store was closed. I didn’t even get a refund or anything and I had to call my credit card to get it refunded. This location always forgets something on the sandwich when ordering via the subway app. It’s always something here I only come because it’s nearby but I’ll make the extra drive for a better location from now on.

It needs work its not as clean as it should be ingredients are not fully stocked or nearly as fresh as it should be the staff is nice but night staff is lazy rude and borderline gross guys that seem high on something other than life. I gave this place a try 2-3 times I'm over it fix it or shut it down oh and the new menu is so busy its confusing

I went in and there was 2 people there. The lady was already working in one of them is order I stood there for while and I sat down after she finished with both people another guy walks in and took his order instead of mine. I got angry and walked out.. I mean been in there for more then 20 Minutes for her to service someone was there less than five. I didn't even say anything I just walked out..never returning again. ..

Put order in thru the app. Got to store and saw that subway had cancelled my order. Asked lady at counter, she never got it. Put order in again at counter and 5 min later Subway's system cancelled it again, Lady at the counter could not use my discount code as they are only available on orders put in online. I am really NOT HAPPY after driving all the way there.

I normally give this store a five-star rating but I had to give it a 3-star rating this time because yesterday I ordered two sandwiches one was the turkey bacon sub with avocado on it and then I ordered a BLT sub and added the extra avocado for that sub did not get it on the sub but was charged for it anyway. I normally order from this store but I think I'm going to try another one...

Thanks to all the "SANDWICH ARTIST" that was to busy to acknowledge any customers standing in line waiting to order. After about 5 mins i asked the guy in front of me how long he was standing there he said around 20 mins. Omg what a shame! Someone teach these kids a thing or two about customer service. BTW you , yea you warmed my cookies up way to damn hot.

Very disappointed with my meal. Ordered 3 meatball subs and a side salad. Received the order via grub hub no lettuce for salad ran out. I got three free cookies. Instead. I would have appreciated a text or call To cancel the salad Spinach was willty. I threw it away. Worst Grub h Hub meal ever. So fkn expansive Never again this location Bonanza Eastern

Terrible customer service, as per usual!! I somehow always manage to forget why I stopped going there, then I go & am QUICkLY reminded as soon as I walk in & see a mess at the soda fountains & trash on the floor. I'm not sure if it's the way they slap my sandwich together that make it gross or if it's actually untasty. I will NOT be back... Ever!!!

The customer service here is extremely bad!! Every time when I go, there is this midget hispanic guy, in his 30s or early 40s that gives me attitude everytime I come here. I ask him something and he doesn't know what I'm talking about. Extremely rude. Other workers treat me right and give me my order right, besides him!!

Idk... i walked in there a couple of minutes ago and i bought a tuna footlong ... the first bite i took the sandwich did not feel fresh. I think there product was not meeting the accurate temperature. Now i feel sick ! Last time i go to this subway .

Went there late night usually no problem in and out with in a few mins this time it took 20 mins to make a single sandwich and i waa the only one in there asked for extra lettuce and got a pinch of lettuce extra that didnt even land on the bread.

Needed a fast and fresh lunch, we got it here. I took me niece who in turn got me to try my sub as a salad. It was good this way except the lettuce was not fresh, kinda wilted, soggy and a little brown. Hope for better next time.
