i hate to give a bad rating but literally every time i’ve came here the food is never fresh and the veggies are wilted and soggy and tastes old. it’s sad bc i have no other option but to eat it. i take the train to work and it’s the only place i can get food on the way there. usually when i eat here it upsets my stomach. this will probably be my 8 or 9th time eating here and today the lettuce was all white and brown. the lady even tried putting the bad lettuce on my sandwich which is crazy. i had to ask to get some fresher salad. tomatoes are soggy and translucent and the onions are very bitter and taste old. please fix this issue! it’s not fair to be paying full price where the food is not up to standard like it is at every other location. also you can’t give me a cup of ice? that’s crazy. these ppl clearly don’t care about customer service at all except a few of them who are nice and say thank you etc.

I was visiting Fort Worth to see the UP Big Boy on display, and decided to stop here for lunch. When ordering my sandwich, I noticed the tray of tomatoes was empty, so I asked the person making my sandwich if they were out, and he said that he'd check in the back. It had been a particularly busy day because of the exhibit, so I totally get that they may have been out entirely, but that's not where my issue stems from. What happened next was the really infuriating part, which was that the manager, who was working the cash register, said that she would not look in the back as she had "locked the door to the back because they were being disrespectful." I don't see how that was a reasonable decision to stop doing your job because people were disrespectful. I understand that there were a lot of people coming through, and some of them probably weren't on their best behavior, but that doesn't mean you can just flat out stop doing your job because someone was rude to you.

I have tried several times to eat at this subway number one rude bad service from the employees that work there in the afternoon number two. They always lock the doors 30 minutes before it’s time to close number three depending on who makes your sandwich some of them over stuffing, and some of them hardly put nothing in your sandwich, there’s an African-American lady she will stuff your sandwich and make it a good sandwich. There’s a Mexican guy that works there an older man and he’s very greedy when it comes to making your sandwich. Basically you feel like you’re eating nothing but bread and veggies but every time I go in there I’m never greeted and they look at you like what do you want? How dare you come in here and bother me and make me work that’s the type of attitude they give you.

This is the only Subway I have ever been to I dislike and I have been to several in CA., NV., TX, UT, WA.,OK, to name just a FEW. I have been overcharged here a few times. REALLY, $1.35 for a cup I can put hot water in to have my allergy tea? The hot water stopped brewing at least ten times. AT lunch time another gal asked about the salad bowl and she was informed they were sold out till Tuesday. Someone doesn't have a clue about par levels in that store. There is one man in there who is a know it all and he was the one who overcharged me AFTER the man who I gave my order, made my sandwich AND TOLD that man I ordered a meal. It's a fantastic location but really, I need to go to the one downtown by the Courthouse.

The man was very rude. He rudely said you can’t stay unless you order as soon as I walked through the door and sat down to get my money out my bag. I said yes I know. I started to get my money out my bag, then I had to look in the other bag for my purse. He rudely said you have to purchase something to stay in here. I said sir didn’t you just say that you don’t have to repeat it I’m getting my money out my bag. He said I’m just telling you the rules. I said I told you the first time I know. But since you being rude I will take my money to another restaurant. He said rudely please thank you very much. Attitude Attitude attitude. Don’t order here unless you want to be discriminated against for no reason at all.

Worst subway of all time. They wouldnt give a cup of ice water without a purchase...at a train station ive been trapped inside for hours. Very rude with children. Told me company policy is i cant fill my own vessel with water because it may be contaminated from traveling. 5 mins later i see another employee filling her personal vessel on her down time. Subway! Listen up please... you work at a train station. You need to be on it making sandwiches people... That train don't wait. When they say they are boarding, they ain't joking... I f you are behind the counter, please don't dilly dally around... You lose two stars for lack of caring for the customer... If you are on the Amtrak, and longing for something that is not microwaved and has some vegetation then you need to stop by if you have time before your train leaves... I used to work at this subway back in 2016-2017 for almost a year.. I used to love subway food, but once I was eating it just about everyday.. I got wore out pretty quick. I liked some of my employees (except the ones that didn't like to come to work or were constantly late)...Our busiest times were usually during lunch when the train came or if a special event was happening at the convention center. Pay wasn't all that great and sometimes the checks would b late but I made pretty decent money I guess for working at a Subway... I think I might try to go back if I can

It’s the only place close by Central station so it’s good that it’s a good one. I’ve been there a hood few times and it’s been hood every time. They are a lil stingy with their drinks but with all the homeless it’s understandable. Water is hard to come by. Lol Jokes… with that said I must give props to the pretty black woman who did actually let me get a water one of the 2 times I asked. It was crazy hot and my cash app had suddenly been hacked and emptied! Not cool when it’s 107° and your on a bike in downtown Fort Worth and you live in Plano. So Bless You!

Rude. Went in to buy a drink, was ignored by the girl behind the register. She then dragged her feet helping someone else, then took another customer before me. The guy behind the counter took a customer behind me before acknowledging me. He gave the guy a free drink while I waited to buy mine. These people don't care about customer service, and they sure don't seem to care that their associates are playing favorites. I walked out and nobody, not even the manager that was off to the side running her mouth, seemed to care that they lost a sale

I'm relying on Google. This is the Subway within the transit station that includes Amtrak in Fort Worth. Amtrak trains stop here, and zillions of train passengers go as a mob to this Subway. The passengers have limited time, but they get here to find just one person plodding away in this sandwich shop, the only place around to get food. You'd think the Subway would have some prepared sandwiches on hand and an extra person or two ready to inch through the traditional very slow Subway sandwich-making process.

Very upset!! Got a sandwich there. They automatically charged me a tip!! I like for that to be MY choice !! In case people dont remember what aTIP means. ..it goes to the server not the owner but the OWNERS have taken away the servers right thru legislation to make extra money for good service!! Apparently they don't give out free water, even tho its abundantly available. The lady behind the counter was nice enough but apparently the management is beyond greedy bc they only had one person working the whole store at a busy train station on Labor Day weekend. The woman behind the counter was nice enough despite being severely overworked,and let us know shed been alone all day with no break. Unacceptable.

My husband and I went in. The man behind the counter told my husband he needs to wear a mask. My husband told the man behind the counter that he can't wear a mask. The man said he had to leave. I asked, "What about when a person has underlying health conditions?" The man ignored that and turned to speak to another customer. So, if you have an underlying health condition and can't wear a mask, don't come here.

In the store now and the female employee is yelling at the male employee in front of everyone. They are bickering and it's been going on over 10 mins. She keeps saying clock out and I will call Tammy. I can't believe how rude this lady is being. Now she is yelling at the customers. I can't believe this she is yelling this is her store. She needs to be fired!! Now she is yelling at half the costumers in line.

Wonderful service! I ordered using the Subway app and arrived a few minutes early. Not only did the guy at the register apologize for it not being ready, he gave me a free drink! They were crowded, but their employees werer calm and friendly to everyone. What a pleasant surprise! Hey Store Manager: give a raise to the 3 working on 07/30/19 at 1:00 PM. They made my week better!

I used to always get food at this Subway before catching a train, but no more. The rudeness of the staff towards customers is among the worst I've experienced in a long time. My recommendation is to walk or take an Uber and eat elsewhere if you have a long layover at this station

The service was sloppy. both female employees had an attitude. Told them they were out of apple slices for jids meal and they had an attitude because they had to walk to the back to get an extra bag... if im paying for my food I would like for it to stay in the bread and to be able to have all items that I'm paying for. OMG Slow. We had 30 minutes to train time. We were going to get our sandwiches and eat on the train. 6 people in front of us. 7 of us. We wound up having to run for the train. Slow and rude. Woman at the register yelled at everyone to speak up as she couldn't hear behind the counter. Don't go there unless you have at least an hour before train time.

People aren't too friendly. They won't take bills larger than a $20 even if you are spending $40. Doesn't make sense because they are located in the train station where there is 24 hour security. Cashier like like she could use a shower and they allow customers to bring in dogs and never even asked to see proof of them being service animals

Attached to a train station. We literally told them when we came in we have to get back on the train. They literally went slower and with a line of 6 people yet to order someone went to the back to “make bread”. 36$ AND attitude. Needless to say this place is terrible. Amtrak people STAY AWAY! Opening time is 7 am, but by 7:08 the doors were locked and they were not yet prepared to serve anyone. I was asked to wait a minute but with a bus to catch, I don't have a few extra minutes to hope they'll be ready and able to take my payment in time. Not being open for posted business hours is problematic.

Employee threw a fit that it was busy and locked the doors at 1230 on a Saturday. No one could get in, only out. They left the open sign on. Mouthed off to customers and refused to restock. Glad I never have to come here again.

I have had Door Dash from this location 3 times... cancelled twice. They never have meatballs and I don't find out until the dasher arrives. And on the third attempt, the dasher informed me they hadn't even started on my order when he arrived. This location is in serious need of management.

The food service area was a disgusting mess. The vegetables were intermixed, the sandwiches were thrown together in a messy mix. The staff was friendly but incredibly slow and not sure how to operate the equipment.

If anybody traveling to get to this greyhound location don’t go to this subway because the old lady that works there is rude she yelled at my dad just for sitting next to the door not even blocking the door way she’s only nice to people if they have money and are dressed fancy

Nothing. The guy at the counter was rude, shoved a trash can in to a customer, and then waited on customers after taking out the trash without washing his hands. I don't care how close it is to the train station. They still need basic hygiene and customer service. .

New guy was rude, like i get why your not fast and making mistakes but to have attitude on top of that, should try another job. Much prefer morning staff they are nicer and its usually cleaner. Afternoons too dirty and dont seem to know the concept of smiling.

Whoever manages this Subway needs a reality check. You really going to put one person working right before an Amtrak train departs? Tried to get some chips and a drink but the employee was too busy chatting with her friends while making their sandwiches.

Don't waste your money here! Worker was very rude to customers, they had to close because of lack of product! This is not my fault, but is the fault of thier management! Do yourself a favor and walk a few blocks for some excellent Fort Worth eateries!

One of the consistently better run Subway's in town. This location doesn't run out of supplies and the line runs smoothly. Could use a few more smiles behind the counter, the only reason for four stars.

I don’t know if they have changed the staff since some of the negative reviews were posted but the staff was super friendly, polite, courteous and patient. One of the friendliest ones I have visited.

I love subway sandwiches. This location is a little pricier than most but the staff was exceptional. I hope their pay is the reason for the extra cost. If not they are working for the wrong company.
