Had to grab a quick lunch due to work schedule and decided to go to Subway through the drive thru. Paid $6.50 for the 6-inch deal of the day which was turkey and I asked for spinach and cucumber on italian herbs & cheese (kinda healthy right?). Well what I got was the complete opposite. Steak (very little at that) with only cheese and mayo on italian. Basically paid for chips and a drink. Took a picture and headed back to work with the drink. Went in the next day and the manager said very politely, sorry but the owner won't do anything in this case. Basically because I didn't call, save the sandwich, and retain the receipt they wouldn't have the common courtesy of doing something to "satisfy a paying customer " so I left and said I won't be back to this location. I'm not upset, I'm just warning y'all! Read the other reviews, this isn't the first time they gave the wrong sandwich to drive thru customers. And subway is a franchise, I wouldn't go back to this location, the owner clearly doesn't care about its customers.

This location is very close to my house and there are a few items I like to get there. I am one of those persons who think there can be no excuse for a limited menu restaurant to ever be out of anything. To be out of any menu item means the manager has failed and needs to be replaced. Why have a manager if they are not managing, including doing inventory to be sure as not to run out of anything. More than once at this location, I have ordered only to be told some part of the order was not available. That happened today with the double chocolate cookies. It is the only reason i had for going there. Subway has very good cookies. I was very disappointed. Managers need to be trained properly and running out of any item should never be an option.

I went in earlier today, there was a worker who was rude, was impatient, and not a good service at all. I was there with my mom who told him we’ve never ordered there, but we were ordering for someone else who knew their order. The order was fairly simple, sandwich with chicken, black olives, and mayo, but no I told him this and he made it seem like I gave him a whole book to read. When I was paying, we gave them a tip and even then still rude, simply dropped change on the table and didn’t even turn the bag towards customer, expecting customer to do everything. Bad service.

Horrible experience!! Went on my lunch break to get a footlong sandwich with chips n a drink n they messed up my order. Only gave me a 6 inch sandwich and when I told them they messed up, they tried to charge me for the other half of the sandwich and have a attitude about it. I Was going to just take a refund and go somewhere else but they already scanned my debit card and the manager was VERY RUDE about it!! I work in customer service and the way I was treated was definitely not friendly or good service. I will NOT be coming back here!!! Ruined my lunch break

i was ordering in the drive through and I saw That there was a meatball sub was just laying on the counter and they gave me it and it was COLD!! I came back the next day and ordered the same thing and they said the price changed and I told them I was concerned but the worker with a nose peircing and red and back hair rolled her eyes and was rude!!!! And another thing when subway was better then now I ordered a meatball sub but they have me a sandwich with veggies!

They don’t really care - subways missing protein and they won’t tell you… they’ll let you arrive home with a vegetarian sub - pizza is available online but it takes 2 hours to get a personal pizza? - be ready for the constant excuses on why your food can’t be ready on time or in a reasonable amount of time - this location has a drive thru. I love their sandwiches they're so delicious and healthy and not so heavy like hamburgers and also if you find the right one with the good people in it you should keep going to that one and that will make you the big thick sandwiches I like going to the one on Mockingbird and Abrams because they have good people working there and they also make the sandwiches really thick some places they make them real thin and don't really care but if you find the right one you two can love those sandwiches

Not really happy with this place. I noticed it wasn't clean, pretty dirty & dusty, close to where they make your sandwich. Looks like they don't take their time to clean each night. NOT enough ppl working, wait time is extremely long. It's close to my house but might drive a little out to eat at the other location I usually go to. I only gave it a 2 start because the ppl there were friendly.

Got there at 8:56 because google, maps and the hours on the door of the location say they opened at 7:30am. I pulled the door but it was locked. I saw people inside and thought maybe I just can’t get the door open so I knocked. They guy came over and unlocked it and told me to calm down I responded that I thought they were open and he said all those signs are wrong. Then the lady behind the counter told me to not come in with that attitude. So I left.

Do Not order from here. They do not know how to listen, read or make orders right! I thought making the order online would help. Wrong! They still did the sandwiches the way they wanted. And apparently Chocolate chip cookies are macadamian! Yes I said a written online order! I first tried the drive-thru multiple times, and the three times I did, the sandwich was wrong. I figured online written order would help... Wrong! Just avoid ordering from here.

One employee is doing all the work while two ladies are wasting time not doing anything instead of taking care of my sandwich order. Instead the lady is having fun with another customer and then hugs and what not. The poor man was doing all the work by himself and had to say nothing but agree with me on why I am not being helped. Not going back there for their lack of customer service. The guy gets 5 stars. The younger tattooed girl gets zero.

I went there 040918 i was 4 girls working and a guy on front of me asjibg for a big order of sandwiches but i was there very patiente to someone take my order of 1 sandwich only and none of the 4 girls there gave service i wait for 20 mins waiting i just tookoff very dissapointed i think 1 of the 4 girls can stop and do my sandwich and the rest can keeping finish the order very unorganized!!!

Avoid this subway location. The drive thru made my order wrong. They toasted my sandwich and I didn't want it toasted. When I went inside to fix it they tried to argue with me and wanted to reuse the meat and toppings. Took a while to make a new sandwich and my old one was not thrown away. The last out it in the back and I suspect they may try to use the meat or toppings for someone else. Not good.

I placed an order online & when I went to pick it up it was closed. I was there 5 minutes before my order was supposed to be ready but doors were locked even though it said it was open. I called nobody answered my calls but there was a guy inside. So I never got my sandwich but they charged my card anyways. I called next day but was put on hold & nobody ever helped me

Service here and the way sandwiches are prepared is very sloppy, I’ve had numerous bad experiences here. I wish the employees would pay better attention to what the customers are saying instead of worrying about their coworkers gossip. Customer service is everything, You all need some work on it.

I was told I only can order three sandwiches at a time from the drive thru. They wanted me to go in for the rest of my order even though I was willing to go back around the drive thru. It made no sense whatsoever to want people during Covid times to come inside the restaurant.

You have to call the Owner to use a coupon. Hispanic manager has an attitude problem because I tried to use one. Got my sandwich in the end though thanks to the workers , the are so nice.

I was in drive thru for a long time waiting to order. I ended up going inside and the employees were just chatting. There were no customers other than myself. The staff was also very rude towards me when I told him I was waiting for a while.

The SUBWAY on 5417 Gaston closed their doors at 8:30pm on Friday (09/16/22). They had numerous of boys on the inside just hanging around inside. The hours on the door says closes at 9:00PM not 8:30pm.
